Abstract

Alma Ata University Portal is a platform intended for Alma Ata University students as an information center in the form of a web, ranging from announcements, class schedules, payment information and so on. The purpose of this research is to test the performance/function of the Alma Ata University portal in meeting student satisfaction as well as in certain services and interests. the sample of this study were students from the University of Alma ata who were still active. The sample was carried out using purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires containing several tasks that needed to be done. The method used in this research is Usability Testing (ISO) 9241-11 with Performance Measurement technique. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Alma Ata university portal is quite good with an average effectiveness value of 75% where this value belongs to the moderate level or can also be called normal. while in the measurement of the efficient aspect, the average value of the relative efficiency is 77% and is included in the normal category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk mendesain website sistem informasi persediaan barang dari toko online yang bernama Roses Store. Di mana website tersebut mendukung fitur agar kedua belah pihak, diantaranya adalah fitur admin dan fitur pengguna. Website ini dapat menggantikan proses manual dalam mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi, membantu pengolahan data manajerial, membantu pengolahan data stok, dan mekanisme pemesanan menggunakan komputer. Sistem informasi dalam penelitian ini memfasilitasi perusahaan dengan berbagai proses yang terjadi dalam perusahaan secara penuh dan mendukung relatif cepat dan teratur sehingga proses yang berjalan dapat menjadi pendukung untuk sarana pelayanan kepada semua pihak yang membutuhkan data secara cepat.

Abstract

The importance of a website is determined by how satisfied the user is in accessing and getting information. Software maintenance is also needed to support the quality of the software. Some examples of the positive impacts of improving software quality include profits, reduced costs for maintenance, and increased productivity. one way to test software quality from the product side is using the ISO/IEC 9126 test model using four main assessments, namely usability, functionality, reliability, and efficiency. This standard is a combination of several existing software quality evaluation methods, such as McCall, Boehm, FURPS, and several other methods. So that this model is considered more complete and easier to develop according to research needs because of the description of its general characteristics. The case study in this paper is a website-based software application from Indofood. The results of Indofood's website-based software testing based on ISO 9126, the results for the assessment of usability characteristics got a score of 61%, the assessment of functional characteristics got a score of 66%, the assessment of reliability characteristics got a score of 77% and the assessment of efficiency characteristics got a score of 30%.

Abstract

In maintaining the integrity and validity of data, security on an agency's network is one of the urgencies that must be considered. In order to guarantee services that are always available to users. The systems used to detect intruders on a network in the 4.0 era are generally able to detect various types but have not been able to take preventive action, but from a user perspective, users really need information technology and this is one of the causes of security cases in Indonesia. a network is increasing every year where this happens because of the low concern of the organization on the security of a network. Therefore we need a system that is able to make it easier for network administrators to monitor network traffic with an Intrusion Prevention System (IPS).

Abstract

The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) is a regional apparatus or institution tasked with assisting the Governor or Regent in carrying out regional government affairs. In the field sector, the Bantul Regency Satpol PP has a Secretariat sector. One of the functions of the secretariat at the Bantul Regency Satpol PP is as a place for archiving or storing documents within the Satpol PP environment. This secretariat sector still uses manual methods to search for archival document data that will be needed again. From interviews obtained at the Bantul Regency Satpol PP, they do not yet have a system or application for storing archival documents. Then a manual search is carried out by sorting the documents one by one in a filling box or filing cabinet which contains many documents from year to year. This is less effective. From the findings of these problems, a solution emerged to create a website-based archiving system that can simplify the work of Satpol PP secretariat members and as a digital document storage that can simplify document archiving and searching by applying Boyer Moore's String Matching algorithm in searching data. The Boyer Moore algorithm is an algorithm for searching for a keyword (pattern) in text by comparing characters or letters from the right of the pattern to the left. The test results were carried out by comparing the search speed of the Boyer Moore algorithm and without the algorithm. The search was carried out for 40 document data and resulted in an average time of 0.000107 seconds for searching using the Boyer Moore algorithm. Abstract

PPOB Nusantara merupakan penyedia aplikasi berbasis layanan pembayaran online dengan lebih dari 800 produk. Dengan produk dan transaksi yang sudah relatif banyak sulit memperoleh informasi berupa jumlah transaksi setiap kategori produk yang akan digunakan untuk menjaga stabilitias ataupun promosi produk. Di PPOB Nusantara proses penggalian data menjadi informasi sebelumnya masih dilakukan manual menggunakan software pengolah angka, sehingga rentan kesalahan dan membutuhkan waktu dan proses yang cukup lama. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem klasterisasi berbasis website untuk mengelompokkan produk berdasarkan tingkat transaksi menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Klaster yang ditentukan adalah 5 (Very Low, Low, Medium, High, Very High) dengan data yang digunakan adalah data transaksi periode bulan September 2023 dengan total 91.923 record. Atribut yang digunakan adalah kategori dan jumlah transaksi. Hasil pengujian sistem klasterisasi didapatkan 26 kategori dengan 15 kategori dan 157 produk masuk ke dalam klaster Very Low, 5 kategori dan 23 produk di klaster Low, 3 kategori dan 5 produk di klaster Medium, 2 kategori dan 2 produk di klaster High, dan 1 kategori dan 1 produk di klaster Very High. Dari hasil klasterisasi selanjutnya akan dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut oleh tim marketing untuk dilakukan strategi promosi berdasarkan kelompok klaster.

Abstract

The Bantul Regency Tourism Office faces challenges in collecting tourist attraction data because it is still done manually. This study aims to develop a web-based prediction system using the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) method. This system is designed to facilitate data collection on tourist attractions while generating predictions of visitor numbers. Based on the results of accuracy testing using MAE (Mean Absolute Error) and MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error), the Parangtritis and Depok Beach tourist areas have MAE values of 35,157.41 and MAPE 22.75%, indicating a fairly large absolute prediction error but still reasonable considering the high volume of visits. Meanwhile, Samas Beach recorded the highest MAPE value of 165.22%, due to data fluctuations that make predictions inaccurate. Conversely, predictions for Goa Cemara Beach, Kwaru Beach, Goa Selarong Area, and Goa Cerme Area have MAPE values below 15%, indicating the model is able to provide fairly good prediction results with a small average error. However, at Pandansimo Beach, the MAPE value reached 46.47%, indicating the model was not yet adequate for this location due to unstable data trends. The results showed that the SARIMA model can be applied to a system to predict tourist visits, but with varying levels of accuracy at each tourist destination, depending on the stability of each tourist destination's data. Abstract

TB. Prima Vista masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dalam pengelolaan persediaan, yang sering menimbulkan kesalahan, keterlambatan pencatatan, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan stok. Kondisi ini menghambat efisiensi operasional dan meningkatkan risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem inventori berbasis website dengan metode First In First Out (FIFO), yang memastikan barang yang masuk lebih awal digunakan terlebih dahulu. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, mempercepat proses pengelolaan stok, serta memberikan kemudahan akses data secara real-time bagi pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat pencarian data barang, serta memungkinkan pemantauan stok yang lebih akurat dan efisien. Dengan penerapan sistem berbasis website ini, TB. Prima Vista dapat mengelola persediaan secara lebih optimal, meningkatkan efektivitas operasional, dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

Determining the object of the problem posed is the background of the problems that arise in the need for maximizing the Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) as a center for religious character education. The solution proposed by the Thematic Community Service Group II team at Alma Ata University was to integrate learning to read the Koran and the addition of religious knowledge with religious character values for students. The method used by the Thematic KKN team is method PAR (Participatory Active Research). The contribution proposed by the Thematic KKN team is so that TPQ can maximize the role of TPQ in religious character education. For students, can get additional knowledge. for the community, they can support efforts to inculcate religious character education. Abstract

Abstrak - Peran orang tua dalam perawatan sehari-hari balita, terutama dalam hal pemantauan dan pemberian makanan, sangat krusial. Namun, studi kasus di Puskesmas Mertoyudan II menunjukkan adanya kendala dalam pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita akibat keterbatasan waktu orang tua dan kurangnya informasi mengenai pentingnya pemantauan ini. Akibatnya, pemantauan tumbuh kembang sering kali tidak optimal, yang meningkatkan risiko masalah serius seperti stunting, yaitu kondisi gagal tumbuh akibat kurangnya asupan gizi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengi  mplementasikan metode Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto pada Sistem Monitoring dan Rekomendasi Makanan Sehat Bagi Tumbuh Kembang Balita untuk membantu mempermudah proses pemantauan. Fitur-fitur yang dihadirkan meliputi rekam medis, rekomendasi makanan berbasis Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto, jadwal imunisasi, dan riwayat rekomendasi makanan, yang diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dan petugas kesehatan dalam melakukan pemantauan yang lebih efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil mempermudah proses pengawasan tumbuh kembang balita serta memberikan rekomendasi makanan yang tepat, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya stunting. Sistem juga memudahkan akses informasi bagi semua pihak yang berkepentingan, mengurangi risiko kesalahan dalam pemilihan nutrisi, dan meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan kesehatan balita di lingkungan puskesmas.Kata kunci: Sistem Monitoring, Tumbuh Kembang Balita, Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto, Stunting, Puskesmas, Peran Orang Tua. Abstract - The role of parents in the daily care of toddlers, especially in terms of monitoring and providing food, is very crucial. However, a case study at the Mertoyudan II Community Health Center shows that there are obstacles in monitoring the growth and development of toddlers due to parents' limited time and lack of information regarding the importance of this monitoring. As a result, growth and development monitoring is often not optimal, which increases the risk of serious problems such as stunting, which is a condition of failure to grow due to a lack of adequate nutritional intake. This research aims to implement Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Logic method in the Healthy Food Monitoring and Recommendation System for Toddler Growth and Development to help simplify the monitoring process. The features presented include medical records, Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto-based food recommendations, immunization schedules, and history of food recommendations, which are expected to help parents and health workers carry out more effective monitoring. The research results show that this system has succeeded in simplifying the process of monitoring the growth and development of toddlers and providing appropriate food recommendations, thereby preventing stunting. The system also makes it easier to access information for all interested parties, reduces the risk of errors in nutritional selection, and increases the effectiveness of monitoring children's health in the health center environment.Keywords: Monitoring System, Toddler Growth and Development, Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic, Stunting, Health Center, Parents' Role.
