Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan meningkatkan keterampilan untuk berbisnis secara online dan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana kepada para peserta (mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas islam syekh – yusuf) yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, peserta yang hadir sebanyak 14 peserta. Diharapkan setelah terlaksananya kegiatan ini, peserta dapat memahami cara berbisnis online dan dapat membuat laporan keuangan sederhana untuk bisnis nya, karena berdasarkan hasil survei hampir semua peserta belum mengerti cara membuat laporan keuangan sederhana untuk bisnisnya dan belum paham berbisnis secara online yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini yaitu : tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap diskusi tanya jawab. Hasilnya bahwa edukasi bisnis online dan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana mampu membantu menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta untuk membuat laporan keuangan untuk bisnis nya dan bagaimana berbisnis online yang efektif.

Abstract

Background: Tooth avulsion is the detachment of a tooth from its socket due to mechanical trauma. It was reported that a 26-year-old male patient was referred from the RSND Emergency Department to the dental clinic with complaints of loose front teeth of the upper jaw due to a traffic accident. From the intraoral examination, tooth 11 was partially detached from its socket, tooth 12 had an Ellis class II fracture, and a torn wound on the labial mucosa of the lower lip. Treatment of choice in this case is replantation and fixation of avulsed teeth, which aim to restore the physiological function of the teeth.Method: Treatments include extraoral root canal treatment and replantation and fixation of the arch bar. Result: Clinical and radiographic examinations during post-treatment control showed periodontal tissue healing and bone formation.Conclusion: It was concluded that the success rate of tooth replantation, in this case, was good, and using the right arch bar provided stability to the avulsed tooth, thereby accelerating the healing of the periodontal ligament

Abstract

Abstract Reviews from TikTok users can increase market share, increase consumer trust, and ultimately increase consumer purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach. This research collected data by distributing it to 300 TikTok users consisting of 150 consumers and 150 producers, each of whom had carried out the activity at least once. Thus it can be concluded that the data used is primary data. The data used above was analyzed with smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that First,The User Generated Content variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Purchase Interest variable because the more reviews from TikTok users, the greater the seller's market share and the more consumers know about the product. If the product gets good reviews, consumer purchasing decisions will increase. Second, The Discount variable is able to moderate the positive relationship and significant influence of the User Generated Content variable on the Purchase Interest variable, the results are even more significant because good reviews, a large market share and high trust will convince consumers even more if accompanied by a bigger discount. bigger than competitors. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ekplorasi penggunaan e-wallet ShopeePay pada mahasiswa di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara survey berupa instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian disebar melalui google form. Simple random sample digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Kemudian indikator yang digunakan untuk melihat ekplorasi penggunaan e-wallet ShopeePay pada mahasiswa di Indonesia yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan atau manfaat, dan persepsi risiko. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa persepi kemudahan penggunaan menunjukkan hasil 96% mahasiswa di Indonesia memberikan tanggapan bahwa ShopeePay memberikan banyak kemudahan dalam penggunaannya. Persepsi kegunaan atau manfaat menunjukkan hasil 91% mahasiswa di Indonesia memberikan tanggapan bahwa ShopeePay memberikan kegunaan atau manfaat dalam berbelanja online dan dalam hal transaksi pembayaran. Persepsi risiko menunjukkan hasil 83% mahasiswa di Indonesia menyetujui bahwa ShopeePay memiliki tingkat risiko yang rendah. Selain itu, dilihat dari minat bertransaksi menunjukkan hasil 89% mahasiswa di Indonesia tertarik untuk melakukan transaksi melalui ShopeePay. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan e-wallet ShopeePay dipengaruhi oleh ketiga persepsi tersebut. Kata Kunci: E-Wallet ShopeePay, Persepsi, Mahasiswa

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of relationship marketing strategies in increasing customer retention. This research approach collects data through a literature review, which involves reading literature from various sources including books, articles, journals, and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The results of this study indicate that a relationship marketing-based marketing strategy emphasizes building long-term relationships between companies and customers as an effort to increase customer retention. The strategies implemented include personalized service, regular and consistent communication, providing loyalty programs, handling complaints quickly and with solutions, providing appreciation to loyal customers, and involving customers in product or service development. These strategies aim to increase customer satisfaction, trust, and emotional attachment to the company. The implementation of an integrated relationship marketing-based marketing strategy has been proven to play a significant role in strengthening customer loyalty and encouraging the sustainability of long-term business relationships.

Abstract

Abstract: The problems that occurred in this study were the level of financial literacy of housewives which was still relatively low, the implementation of a high lifestyle, and a lack of understanding of the use of fintech payment. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, and fintech payment on household financial management. The object of the study is in the Grand Sutera Rajeg Housing. The population of this study were all housewives in the Grand Sutera Rajeg Housing, with a sample size of 89 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of IBM SPSS 29. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive effect on household financial management, lifestyle has a negative effect on household financial management, and fintech payment has no effect on household financial management.
