Abstract

operasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Kredit Union Serviam mempunyai kegiatan utama yaitu membentuk dana dari anggota sehingga membentuk modal dan kemudian dipinjamkan kembali kepada anggota yang membutuhkan untuk tujuan yang produktif dan kesejahteraan anggota. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota koperasi kredit yang menerima kredit pada tahun 2018, 2019 dan 2020 yang berjumlah 1133 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini lebih besar dari 100 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan Data, Teknik wawancara, Studi Dokumentasi, Kuesioner. Teknik Analisis Data, Analisis regresi berganda dan Analisis Regresi Linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa faktor karakter, kemampuan/kesanggupan, modal, jaminan, dan kondisi ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pengembalian piutang. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, diperoleh nilai Fhitung 8,131 > nilai Ftabel = 2,92. Artinya semua variabel bebas dilakukan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pengembalian piutang. Oleh karena itu maka keputusannya menolak Ho dan menerima Ha, artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel (karakter, kemampuan, modal,jaminan dan kondisi ekonomi) terhadap kemampuan pengembalian piutang.

Abstract

In essence, people work not only to maintain their survival but also aim to achieve a better standard of living. This study aimed to determine the effect of status PNS, salary, sense of security, appreciation, and self-actualization on the work motivation of contract teachers in Kupang City. The population in this study were contract teachers who taught in kindergarten, elementary, middle, high, and Vocational Schools in Kupang City (49 people). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (SPSS 17). The results of the t-test show that each independent variable, namely civil servant status, salary, sense of security, appreciation, and self-actualization needs, affects the work motivation of contract teachers in Kupang City. The calculated t values for each variable are civil servant status = 6,529, salary = 4,828, sense of security = 3,064, appreciation = 2,835, from self-actualization = 2,054 > t table = 2,00. Likewise, the results of the f-test show that all independent variables influence the work motivation of contract teachers. This can be seen from the value of Fcount = 26.577 > Ftable = 3.42 (sig 0.005).

Abstract

Riset ini berfokus guna melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran (TSTS) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X IIS SMA Negeri 3 Kupang Timur Kabupaten Kupang. Jenis penelitian yang diguanakan yaitu Quasy Eksperimen dengan menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas (e) dengan perlakukan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dan kelas (k) dengan model konvesional (MK). Subjeknya yaitu siswa kelas X IIS SMA Negeri 3 Kupang Timur dan objeknya yaitu hasil belajar siswa. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu menggunakan tes. Data analisis yang dipakai terhadap hasil belajar siswa berupa analisis univariat yang dimana analisis tersebut di ukur melalui ukuran pemusatan, ukuran penyebaran dan uji perbedaan dalam penganalisisan data. Hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS statistic 24, menunjukan nilai signifikannya = 0,038 lebih kecil dari sehingga ditolak. Jika ho ditolak dan h1 diterima maka dugaan alternatif diajukan diterima yakni model pembelajaran (TSTS) mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Kupang Timur.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted at SMP Negeri 9 Kupang to improve teachers' ability to implement varied learning reflections. Based on survey results, 50% of teachers mastered learning reflections well, 35% had sufficient mastery, and 15% were lacking. This issue arose due to the lack of intensive training and guidance on diverse reflection methods. The aim of this activity was to provide in-depth training to teachers, enabling them to apply learning reflections more effectively. The method used was participatory training, involving hands-on practice in applying various reflection techniques. The results indicated an improvement in teachers' ability to creatively use reflection methods, leading to better learning quality. In conclusion, this training successfully helped teachers master more varied reflections, contributing to enhanced student achievement through a higher-quality learning process.

Abstract

this research aims to determine the factors that cause students to have difficulty learning economic in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mollo Selatan. This research was carried out using quantitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The sample in this research was class XII IPS students, taken using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile the data in this study was analyzed using multipler linear regression. The result of the t test result of learning motivation (X1) are positive and significantly influencer learning difficulties significantly 0,000 < 0,05 thitung 8843 > 1,667 with ttable, parents attention (X2) are positive and significantly influencer lerning difficulties significance 0,000 < 0,05 thitung 6.761 > 1,667 ttable and teacher teaching methods (X3) are negatively and do not significantly influencer lerning difficulties significantly 0,078 > 0,05 thitung -1.792 > 1,667 ttable. Meanwhile the result of the F test (FHitung 83,622 > 2,74 Ftable )

Abstract

Abstract

Abstrak Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui edukasi dan monitoring kepada masyarakat adat Bena bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan terkait teknologi digital. Tim pengabdi dalam hal ini akademisi berkolaborasi dengan masyarakat adat bersama-sama memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dengan tetap melestarikan adat yang ada. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan survei dan koordinasi dengan Perangkat Kampung Megalith Bena terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat adat, Kemudian menyusun tim pengabdian masyarakat dan mengurus perijinan dengan perangkat desa. Selanjutnya pelaksanaan edukasi dan monitoring masyarakat adat Bena. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yaitu literasi digital masyarakat adat Bena mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan konten lokal terutama terkait kebudayaan di Kampung Bena seperti kegiatan menenun khas kampung Bena. Edukasi dan monitoring yang diberikan mewujudkan Desa adat yang adaptif terhadap era teknologi. Kata Kunci: Kolaborasi, masyarakat adat, akademisi, teknologi digital Abstract Community Service Activities through socialization and direct practice to the community by establishing a waste bank and managing waste based on the 3R principle aims to educate the community about the urgency of waste management in creating a clean and healthy environment. This activity was carried out in one of the villages in East Java, precisely in Trewung Village, Grati District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. This activity began with a survey and coordination with the Trewung Village apparatus regarding the waste problems faced by the community. Then form a community service team and ask for permission from the Trewung Village Government, as well as implementing socialization by educating the community through socialization activities and implementing the establishment of a waste bank and waste management based on the 3R principle. The results of this community service activity are that the Trewung Village community is more educated and increasingly understands the importance of overcoming waste problems through the utilization of waste that can have economic value and proper waste management based on the 3R principle. This activity helps the community by socializing the importance of instilling a culture that creates a clean and healthy environment. Keywords: Waste bank, 3R, Independent village

Abstract

Abstract: The numerous factors that consumers take into account when selecting brand of Miyako product are the driving force behind this study. This study aims to ascertain the partial and simultaneous effects of brand image and brand awareness on customer loyalty at the Centarl Perabot Kupang shop. This study employed a quantitative research design with a sample size of thirty samples and data gathering methods that included literature reviews, interviews, and questionnaires. Instrument trials were carried out to determine the validity and reliability of the measuring devices. The product moment correlation technique was used to test the validity of the instruments, the Cronbach Alpha technique was used to test their reliability, and SPSS V 21.0 was used to assist with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The study's findings show that: 1. Customer loyalty is impacted by brand awareness; 2. Customer loyalty is impacted by brand image. 3. Customer loyalty is impacted by both brand image and brand awareness at the same time. The two independent variables' coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.616, or 61.6% of consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract Reviews from TikTok users can increase market share, increase consumer trust, and ultimately increase consumer purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach. This research collected data by distributing it to 300 TikTok users consisting of 150 consumers and 150 producers, each of whom had carried out the activity at least once. Thus it can be concluded that the data used is primary data. The data used above was analyzed with smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that First,The User Generated Content variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Purchase Interest variable because the more reviews from TikTok users, the greater the seller's market share and the more consumers know about the product. If the product gets good reviews, consumer purchasing decisions will increase. Second, The Discount variable is able to moderate the positive relationship and significant influence of the User Generated Content variable on the Purchase Interest variable, the results are even more significant because good reviews, a large market share and high trust will convince consumers even more if accompanied by a bigger discount. bigger than competitors. Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach which uses a number of previous studies as a reflection of the old to form an element of novelty in future research . The data that researchers used was obtained from 300 Muhammadiyah students spread throughout Indonesia who already had smartphones. The data obtained was distributed through an online questionnaire containing 5 choices of statements for questions, namely statements of strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree, and normal/so-so. The data used was analyzed using the Samrt PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Live Streaming Engagement variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Continuous Watching Intention. This can be proven because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.006. . This is because Live Streaming's collaboration can make live creativity continue to increase with new innovations and new objects that can make live streaming viewers not bored and decide to watch live continuously. Apart from the results of the first hypothesis above, in the second row of the third table the path coefficients in this study show similar results if the Electronic-Word of WOuth variable can moderate the influence of the Live Streaming Engagement variable on Continuous Watching Intention because the P-Values value is positive and is at below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, is more significant than the direct assessment of 0.006.
