Abstract

Based on first observations, several problems were found in early childhood, namely the low moral values ​​of early childhood due to the inappropriate moral application of children. One of the factors that hinders moral development is that children often see behavior that is not in accordance with moral values ​​in their surroundings. So it is necessary to take action, namely increasing morale through the storytelling method with creative wayang media. The storytelling method is one of the most widely used methods for increasing children's morale, usually there is a moral message contained in the story. Apart from that, storytelling can also use media, one of which is creative wayang media. Puppet creations are used so that children are interested in listening to stories and can make children more enthusiastic about participating in activities. The purpose of this study is to improve the morale of early childhood at Rimapersada Kindergarten using the storytelling method with creative puppets. The type of research conducted was classroom action research (PTK) designed by Kemmis and Tagart, using qualitative methods. Observations, interviews and documentation were carried out for data collection. The research subject was the moral development of children with 15 children consisting of 8 girls and 7 boys as objects. The results of the study showed an increase in children's morale from the results of initial observations, namely 26% in the category of children who developed according to expectations and developed very well, to 46% in cycle I. In cycle II, it increased according to expectations to 87%. This shows the significance of increasing the morale of early childhood through the storytelling method using creative wayang media. Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in group A at RA Tanjung Assalam Pakenjeng for the 2022/2023 Academic Year, including the lack of interest in learning in class children due to several factors such as learning media, lack of children's creativity in developing existing media. Teachers only use traditional methods and conventional media. So we need a solution of some of these problems. Loose part media made from nature can be used as an alternative media that can increase children's creativity and imagination. The purpose of this research is to increase creativity and imagination in group A through loose part media made from natural materials. The type of research is (PTK) with the Kemmis MC and Taggart models, the method used is a qualitative approach and data collection is taken in cycle I and cycle II with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research in the pre-cycle the ability to recognize natural materials developed according to expectations and developed very well 12% then after being carried out or applied loose part media the children's creativity increased from a total of 24 students in cycle I developed according to expectations and grew very well reaching 58% and at the end of Cycle II of the 24 students who developed according to expectations and developed very well reaching 96%.  Keywords: Creativity and imagination, loose parts made from nature

Abstract

Understanding the concept of numbers for young children is an important aspect of development that needs to be improved because it has a big impact on an individual's survival in the future. In this research, the background is that there are several factors that hinder the introduction of the concept of numbers, namely in the learning process which does not use varied methods and limited learning media, so it is less developed. Researchers encountered a similar problem in Kober Al-Barokah, where children's introduction to the concept of numbers was underdeveloped. Therefore, action needs to be taken to improve children's introduction to the concept of numbers. Researchers are trying to improve the concept of numbers, namely by using digital analog clocks. Digital Analog Clocks are media that can help children to understand the concept of numbers because in these clocks there are several numbers, with various clock media and attractive models it can increase children's interest in learning and children can easily understand each learning activity. The aim of this research is to describe how to improve understanding of the concept of numbers in Kober Al-Barokah, how to apply digital analog clock media in learning environmental themes in Kober Al-Barokah and how to improve children's concept of numbers through digital analog clock media. Apart from that, researchers can find out the extent of the effectiveness of improving children's concept of numbers (variable Y) through digital analog clocks (variable X). The type of research used is classroom action research or PTK with a Kemmis and Taggart design and using qualitative methods with a total of 15 students with 7 male subjects and 8 female subjects. The subjects of this research were group A in Kober Al-Barokah aged 4-5 years. Data collection techniques in this research consist of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on observations that have been made, the concept of early childhood figures in Kober Al-Barokah is 26.6% with the category of children developing according to expectations. When carrying out actions in cycle I there was no improvement because they still used the same media and the percentage results were still 26.6%, in cycle II it increased to 46.6% and cycle III increased to 80% with the category developing very well and 20% with the category developing according to expectations. This shows a significant increase in the introduction of number concepts using digital analog clock media in group A Kober Al-Barokah with a percentage of 100% developing children.  Keywords: Early Childhood, Understanding the Concept of Numbers, Digital Analog Clock

Abstract

This research was motivated by observational data which showed the low level of achievement in recognizing hijaiyah letters for early childhood at the Hikmatul Huda IT Kindergarten with the discovery of several problems including; the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in group A is still lacking, children recognize hijaiyah letters through the medium of iqro books, but the ability to recognize letters through their letter shapes is still lacking, children are not yet able to name and differentiate hijaiyah letters randomly, children cannot pronounce the letters hijaiyah beginning to end both in singing or memorizing and how to pronounce the letters correctly. thus making children's recognition of hijaiyah letters less stimulating. The aim of this research is to describe the use of the YouTube application to recognize hijaiyah letters in children aged 4-5 years at the IT Hikmatul Huda Kindergarten. The subjects in this study were 17 respondents with 8 male subjects and 9 female subjects. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a classroom action research or PTK design. The results of this research show that the use of the YouTube application to recognize hijaiyah letters in children aged 4-5 years at the IT Hikmatul Huda Kindergarten shows a significant increase, this can be seen from the percentage of success, from the results of initial observations there are 0% of children developing very well , 18% of children are developing according to expectations, 29% of children are starting to develop and 53% of children are not yet developing. After implementing the use of the YouTube application to improve the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in children aged 4-5 years, the final results of cycle I reached a 53% increase in the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in children aged 4-5 years, and the final results of cycle II reached 100% .  Keywords: Early Childhood; YouTube App; Hijaiyah letters

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, bahasa mengalami peningkatan atau perubahaan diakibatkan akulturasi budaya yang menciptakan kosakata atau logat baru. Disisi lain hal ini mengakibatkan hilangnya bahasa asli berganti dengan bahasa baru yang merubah susunan sintakisnya. Bahasa Sunda sebagai Bahasa Ibu untuk wilayah Jawa Barat yang harus diaplikasikan oleh masyarakat dengan seiring perkembangan zaman mulai terkikis perannya. Orang tua lebih mengutamakan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa yang diajarkan kepada anak sejak usia dini. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu metode untuk pembelajaran yang menstimulus anak usia dini agar bisa berbahasa Sunda dengan baik dan benar. Total Physical Response adalah metode pendidikan bahasa untuk diterapkan pada Anak Usia Dini yang menitik beratkan pada koordinasi perintah, ucapan dan gerak untuk membantu anak memahami suatu bahasa. Metode Total Physical Response merupakan metode pengajaran bahasa dengan perintah atau instruksi yang bertujuan untuk mengajarkan bahasa melalui aktivitas fisik atau motorik didasarkan pada koordinasi ucapan dan gerakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hasil dari penerapan metode TPR oleh pendidik kepada peserta didik, mengajarkan bahasa sunda di TK Kembang Jati. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Observasi wawancara, dan dokumentasi dilakukan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TPR berdasarkan tiga indikator obsrvasi memberikan hasil yang sangat siginifikan terhadap peserta didik dalam menggunakan bahasa sunda baik dalam segi pemahaman siswa terhadap komunikasi verbal atau pun non verbal. Dengan diterapkan metode TPR oleh pendidik kepada peserta didik yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari dapat membantu memelihara dan melestarikan budaya bahasa sunda sebagai bahasa ibu.   kata kunci : metode total physical response ; bahasa sunda ; anak usia dini

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh masalah media pembelajaran yang digunakan pembelajaran sains yang masih kurang maksimal karena hal ini terlihat dari fokusnya anak-anak karena media yang digunakan masih menggunakan lembar kerja siswa atau masih menggunakan kartu gambar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah terdeskripsikasnnya pembelajaran sains untuk anak usia dini pada tema hewan di kelompok B TK Kartina Kiddy Club, penggunaan proyektor pada pembelajaran sains anak usia dini pada tema hewan di kelompok B TK Kartina Kiddy Club, dampak penggunaan proyektor pada pembelajaran sains anak usia dini di kelompok B TK Kartina Kiddy Club. Adapun metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode studi kasus yaitu meneliti kasus atau fenomena untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut tentang latar belakang, keadaan dan interaksinya. Objek penelitian ini dampak penggunaan proyektor pada perkembangan pembelajaran sains dengan tema hewan, subjeknya siswa kelompok B dengan jumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningakatan perkembangan pembelajaran sains, dari hasil observasi awal 20% kategori anak yang belum berkembang dan mulai berkembang menjadi 60%. Hal ini menunjukkan cukup signifikan dampak penggunaan proyektor pada perkembangan pembelajaran sains dalam tema hewan.   kata kunci : Proyektor, Dampak, Pembelajaran Sains

Abstract

Based on initial observations and interviews, several problems were found that affect the inhibition of motor development, including the application of less varied methods, less than optimal stimulus, and the activities provided by the teacher make the child's response less and learning becomes boring, so the use of the right methods, strategies, and approaches are neccesary. One of them by using Total Physical Respons (TPR) is a method created to increase the ability of child's language, but in addition to ncreases the skill of child's motor because this method consists of three elements there are speech, command, motion. To maximize the stimulus given to the application of this Total Physical Response method (TPR) combined with the action of the song, is a singing activity accompanied by a movement. The purpose of this study was tresearch is to determine the motor skills of early childhood group A at RA Ma'arif Al-Ikhlas by applying the Total Physical Response (TPR) method through song movement activities. The types of research is using class action research (PTK) kemmis and tagart design. By using method constructive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. observation,interview,and documentation is made for data collection techniques. The subjects in this study were children's motor development with the object of 13 children consisting of 4 girls and 9 boys. The results of the research conducted showed an increase in children's motor skills, from the results of initial observations of 31% category of children developed as expected and developed very well into 36% later 58 % of the cycle 1. in the cycle 2 increased very quickly from 65% then 77% then 88% at 3rd meeting. this shows significant application of the total physical response (TPR) method through the song gesture activities in improving children's motor skill

Abstract

    This research was motivated by observational data showing the acquisition of the results of the ability of early childhood at RA Al-Hikmatul Mubrokah in the ability to recognize colors by finding several problems including; children who do not know colors, children who cannot distinguish colors correctly and children who are still confused in the pronunciation of colors. The purpose of this study is the use of the Hanoi Tower media in improving the ability to recognize colors at RA Al-Hikmatul Mubarokah referring to three assessment indicators, namely recognizing, communicating and classifying colors by referring to the assessment criteria. The limitation of the problem in this study is about increasing the ability to recognize colors in early childhood at RA Al-Hikmatul Mubarokah. This research methodology uses classroom action research with a qualitative descriptive method. The research design uses a spiral model developed by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. Broadly speaking, it consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In the flow of activities, the implementation and observation stages are carried out simultaneously. Based on the results of the study, the increase in the ability to recognize color in early childhood at RA Al-Hikmatul Mubarokah has increased, this can be seen from the accumulated data from the pre-cycle with a percentage of 52.5%, in the first cycle it increased by an increase of 15% with a percentage of 67.5% and in the second cycle it increased again with an increase of 17% with a percentage of 85%. Abstract

Judul ini diangkat peneliti berdasarkan hasil observasi awal pada saat itu belum berkembangnya penggunaanya alat musik sederhana berbahan barang bekas di kelompok B RA Al-Maasy Bayobgbong. berdasarkan latar belakang masalah 1) Anak bosan dengan gaya mengajar guru yang monoton 2) Kurangnya media untuk bermain musik di sekolah 3) Kurangnya waktu untuk bermain musik disekolah.Tujuan dilakukanya penlitian ini yaitu : Terdeskripsikanya kemampuan musikal anak usia dini pada kelompok B RA Al-Maasy Bayongbong, terdeskripsikanya penggunaan alat musik goyang sederhana berbahan barang bekas pada anak usia dini kelompok B RA Al-Maasy Bayongbong, terdeskripsikanya peningkatan kemampuan musikal anak usia dini dengan menggunakan alat musik sederhana berbahan barang bekas kelompok B RA Al-Maasy Bayongbong.Pendeketan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan pada seluruh peserta didik kelompok B di RA Al-Maasy Bayongbong yang berjumlah 22 orang anak, yang terdiri dari 5 anak perempuan dan 17 anak laki-laki. Objek penelitian ini adalah penggunaan alat musik goyang sederhana berbahan barang bekas untuk meningkatkan kemampuan musikal anak usia dini. Prosedur penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Kemudian Teknik penggunaan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini, penggunaan alat musik goyang sederhana berbahan barang bekas di kelompok B RA Al-Maasy Bayongbong pada pratindakan persentase yang di capai adalah 36%, dikategorikan Belum Berkembang (BB), setelah penggunaan alat musik goyang sederhana berbahan barang bekas nilainya sangat signifian yaitu mencapai 94%, dikategorikan Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). Dengan indikator mendengarkan penjelasan guru, memeprhatikan gerakan yang dilakukan guru, menirukan gerakan guru, dan memainkan alat musik sendiri.Kata Kunci : Alat musik goyang sederhana, barang bekas, musikal, anak usia dini

Abstract

  Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh data observasi yang menunjukan rendahnya pemerolehan hasil kreativitas anak usia dini di TK Arrahman Tanjungsari dengan ditemukannya beberapa permasalahan diantaranya; metode masih menggunakan metode demonstrasi, pendekatan atau strategi belajar kurang menarik serta terbatasnya media di sekolah sehingga menjadikan kreativitas anak kurang terstimulus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan kinetic sand pada pembelajaran buah-buahan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak di TK Arrahman Tanjungsari. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdapat 17 responden dengan 11 subjek laki-laki dan 6 subjek perempuan. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian tindakan kelas atau PTK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan kinetic sand pada pembelajaran tema buah-buahan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak di TK Arrahman Tanjungsari menunjukan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dilihat dari persentase keberhasilan, dari hasil observasi awal terdapat 0% anak berkembang sangat baik, 12% kategori anak berkembang sesuai harapan, 29% anak mulai berkembang dan 59% anak belum berkembang. Setelah diterapkannya kinetic sand kreativitas anak menjadi meningkat, pada hasil akhir siklus I mencapai 35% peningkatan kreativitas anak, hasil akhir siklus II mencapai 76% dan hasil akhir siklus III mencapai 100%.
