Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors causing conflict, analyse conflict resolution methods, and determine the factors that hinder the resolution of conflicts related to the construction of houses of worship in Aceh Singkil District. The research employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that inter-religious conflicts, particularly between Muslims and Christians, are triggered by the construction of houses of worship that do not comply with agreed-upon terms. The Aceh Singkil government has taken several steps to address these conflicts, such as socialising regulations, promoting mutual respect among religious adherents, conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and holding dialogues with conflicting parties. However, the resolution is hindered by factors like the binding nature of the 1979 Agreement, incomplete conflict resolution efforts, political issues, suboptimal performance of relevant institutions, and the fact that the clergy are not indigenous. This research provides valuable insights into the dynamics of inter-religious conflicts in Aceh Singkil, highlighting the complex interplay of social, political, and legal factors in conflict resolution.

Abstract

Islamic psychology has emerged as a spiritual-based alternative to Western psychological approaches. This study aims to analyze the academic significance of this field, map its publication trends, and identify future research implications. Using bibliometric analysis, 907 articles were retrieved from the Scopus database (as of September 13, 2025) and analyzed via VOSviewer through co-authorship, co-citation, and keyword co-occurrence. Findings show a significant surge in publications since 2010, peaking in 2024. Research is dominated by authors from the United States, Iran, and Indonesia, with major contributions from institutions like Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Keyword clusters reveal thematic focuses on mental health, education, family dynamics, and Islamic ethics. This study confirms that Islamic psychology is an evolving interdisciplinary field that successfully integrates modern theory with religious values, offering vital implications for mental health services, education, and public policy.. Psikologi Islam berkembang sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat Muslim akan pendekatan psikologis yang mengintegrasikan nilai agama dengan dimensi spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis relevansi akademik, memetakan distribusi publikasi, serta mengidentifikasi implikasi penelitian di masa depan. Menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik pada basis data Scopus per 13 September 2025, ditemukan 907 artikel relevan yang kemudian dianalisis melalui perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Hasil pemetaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan publikasi sejak 2010 dengan puncak pada tahun 2024. Kontribusi riset didominasi oleh Amerika Serikat, Iran, dan Indonesia, dengan institusi utama seperti Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Klaster tematik yang ditemukan mencakup bidang kesehatan mental, pendidikan, dinamika keluarga, dan etika Islam. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Psikologi Islam merupakan bidang interdisipliner yang terus berkembang dengan implikasi praktis yang kuat dalam penyusunan kebijakan publik, layanan kesehatan mental, dan sistem pendidikan yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam..

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the waste management system in the waste bank of Gampong Blang Krueng and how the contribution of the waste bank to community empowerment in Gampong Blang Krueng. This research is a qualitative research, the method used in this research is descriptive, the aim is to provide a clear picture of the state of the object under study based on the facts that appear as they are. The data collection techniques in this study used, observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the contribution of the waste bank to community empowerment was divided into two aspects, namely the aspect of building public awareness and the aspect of empowering the productive economy of the community. The first aspect is to build public awareness in managing waste. The second aspect is empowering productive economic communities, which means managing waste that can be recycled and then producing goods of value for resale.
