Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work shifts, workload and incentives on employee performance at PT Nusajaya Persadatama Mandiri district. Morowal. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Nusajaya Persadatama Mandiri, totaling 200 people using the proportional random sampling method which was calculated using the Slovenian formula with an error rate of 10%, resulting in a sample of 67 respondents. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this research show that: (1) work shifts, workload and incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) shift work has a negative effect and significant on employee performance, (3) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (4) incentives have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dampak Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), beban kerja, dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain penelitian explanatory research. Sampel pada penelitian iniadalah karyawan PT PLN Tarakan Region Sulawesi II Kota Kendari yakni sebanyak 45 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan K3, biaya kerja, dan konflik kerja secara signifikan berhubungan dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan di PT PLN Tarakan Region Sulawesi II Kota Kendari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Panin, Tbk. Cabang Kendari. Serta mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Panin, Tbk. Cabang Kendari. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, data primer. Populasi terdiri atas 66 responden dan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu semua populasi menjadi sampel (sensus) alat analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Panin, Tbk. Cabang Kendari. Dan secara parsial variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karyawan pada PT. Bank Panin, Tbk. Cabang Kendari. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t-statistik yang sebesar 0,001 atau lebih kecil dari alpha 5%. Dengan demikian, hipotesis H1 dalam penelitian ini diterima. Sedangkan variabel kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Panin, Tbk. Cabang Kendari Dan kepuasan kerja bepengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t-statistik sebesar 0,000 atau lebih kecil dari alpha 5% yakni. Dengan demikian, hipotesis H2 dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran wajib pajak bagi pelaku usaha burung walet di Kabupaten Kolaka Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi wawancara awal, penyuluhan, edukasi, dan wawancara akhir. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran wajib pajak yang signifikan di kalangan pelaku usaha burung walet setelah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi. Peserta menjadi lebih memahami pentingnya membayar pajak, jenis-jenis pajak yang harus dibayar, tata cara pelaporan dan pembayaran pajak, serta sanksi yang berlaku bagi wajib pajak yang tidak patuh. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam perkembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, khususnya dalam bidang perpajakan bagi pelaku usaha sarang burung walet khususnya di daerah kabupaten kolaka utara.

Abstract

Broiler farming has great potential to improve household income and support local food security in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. However, many small-scale farmers face challenges such as limited knowledge of modern farming techniques, high feed costs, and poor marketing access. The title of this Community Service is Community Empowerment Through Household Scale Slaughter Chicken Farming in Kendari City. This community empowerment program aims to provide training and mentoring on efficient broiler farming practices, including feed management, disease prevention, and simple business planning. The methods include workshops, hands-on training, and the formation of farmer groups to strengthen collective marketing. The expected outcomes are increased productivity and income for participating farmers, reduced production costs through local feed alternatives, and the establishment of a sustainable small-scale poultry business model. This initiative aligns with the government’s efforts to promote economic independence and food security at the household level.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the competency of beginner broiler farmers in selecting superior breeds and implementing proper cage management techniques. Through participatory training methods, the program provides practical knowledge about breed selection criteria, cage design principles, and effective maintenance practices. The activity combines classroom sessions with hands-on practice in the field, covering topics such as recognizing quality DOC (Day Old Chicken), optimal cage density, ventilation systems, and biosecurity measures. Pre- and post-test evaluations show a 65% increase in participants' understanding, with particular improvement in breed selection skills (from 42% to 78% competency) and cage management knowledge (from 35% to 82% competency). The program results in the establishment of 5 demonstration units showing proper cage setups. This initiative significantly contributes to improving livestock productivity and economic outcomes for small-scale broiler farmers in the target area.

Abstract

This research was carried out in North Konawe Regency in June-July 2024. This research aims to identify the quality of service attributes based on the level of importance and performance of extension workers according to farmers, analyze the level of conformity between the importance of attributes for farmers and the performance of extension workers, and find out how satisfied farmers are with performance. agricultural extension in North Konawe Regency. The research area was determined purportively. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. Based on the research results, the highest level of conformity between the interests of farmers and the performance of extension workers is found in the attribute of instructors helping farmers to make administration of RDKK proposals, administration books, and monthly reports, amounting to 88.51%, which means it is appropriate, and the lowest level of conformity is found in the attributes of extension agents serving and completing the problem completely was 46.23%. The results of the analysis of the level of farmer satisfaction with the performance of agricultural instructors were 50.51%, which means they are quite satisfied.Keywords: Importance and Performance of Extension Workers, IPA, CSI.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a key strategy on increasing Customer Satisfaction for forest products industry in East Kalimantan. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method, where primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 278 consumers selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach with SmartPLS software. The results show that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a positive and statistically significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, as evidenced by a path coefficient of 0.249 and a T-statistic of 3.973 (P-value < 0.05). The R-Square value of 0.062 indicates that CRM is able to explain 6.2% of the variance in Customer Satisfaction. This finding confirms that the implementation of CRM strategies, particularly through ease of service access and the maintenance of personal relationships, is a crucial factor that can enhance consumer satisfaction in the forest products industry sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this socialization was to increase the understanding and awareness of tofu and tempeh small and medium industries (SMIs) in Lambusa Village about the concept and benefits of green products in producing environmentally friendly products. The methods used were lectures, discussions, and simulations of green product implementation in the tofu and tempeh production process. The results of the socialization activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept and benefits of green products. Participants were also enthusiastic about implementing it despite constraints on limited capital and knowledge of environmentally friendly technologies. The service team provided affordable alternative solutions, such as waste utilization and energy savings. This socialization activity succeeded in raising awareness among tofu and tempeh SMIs about the importance of producing environmentally friendly products to increase competitiveness and business sustainability
