Abstract

Kindergarten is the right place to develop children's motor skills. The age of kindergarten students is the age of play, where students have a high urge to do physical activities that are fun. Therefore there is a need for physical activity that is fun and can improve children's fitness and motor skills. Aerobic Kids Gymnastics is a physical activity that pays attention to aspects of children's body movements and children's biomechanics wrapped in a pleasant atmosphere, so that in Aerobic Kids gymnastic activities, students will feel joy when moving. TK Nusantara University Laboratory PGRI (UNP) Kediri is an educational institution whose ambition is to create superior human resources by developing motor skills from an early age. Therefore, the introduction of aerobic kids gymnastics activities is very suitable for students' motor development and the understanding of kindergarten UNP Lab Kediri teachers. The introduction of Aerobic Kids Gymnastics to Enhance Teacher Understanding and Motor Children's Development in TK Kediri UNP Laboratory is a positive effort to improve teachers' understanding of students' motor development and improve students' motor skills. The results of this activity indicate an increase in teacher understanding of gymnastic movements that are appropriate to students' motor development. Kindergarten UNP Kediri Laboratory Kindergarten teachers understand the movements needed by kindergarten age students to develop motor skills. The Kediri UNP Laboratory Kindergarten teacher also developed a number of movements that were felt to be appropriate to the character of the students and the needs of the students' environment.

Abstract

Increasing scientific literacy in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era is a must. Scientific literacy is a skill that is very necessary in the 21st century, so it is important to improve it through various strategies. One effective strategy is innovative learning with a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach, which integrates science, technology, engineering and mathematics in the learning process. This research involved samples from the Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) at the elementary, middle and high school levels in Kediri City to analyze the effectiveness of STEM-based learning in increasing scientific literacy. This article is a literature review that discusses the relationship between scientific literacy and the competencies needed in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, as well as how the STEM approach can be a solution in increasing scientific literacy

Abstract

Athletics is one of the most measured sports and is the mother of sports of all other sports. Athletics is divided into several parts according to its specialization numbers including running, horizontalvertical jump, and rotational linear throwing. Athletics is predominantly a measurable sport that combinesseveral physical biomotor components including speed, strength, endurance, explosive power, andcoordination in order to achieve optimal achievement targets. Kediri City itself is a city that is included inthe barometer of athletic development in East Java and even nationally, as evidenced by severalcompetitions in various age categories (pre-teens, teens, and seniors) which always come out as overallchampions or there is an athletic delegation from Kediri City who participates in the Sea Games, AsianGames, to the Olympic Games. In a smaller scope of development, in KONI Kediri City there are severalsuperior sports branches, of which athletics is one of them and is always a gold medal barn in everyimplementation of the East Java provincial sports week. Explosive power training development has avery important role for athletic athletes, this is because almost 80% of athletic competition numbersrequire explosive power as a determinant of success in achieving targeted achievements. Thiscommunity service was carried out with the aim of seeing the level of explosive power of Kediri City'sathletic athletes by holding explosive power training activities for the lower body extremities (legs).
