Abstract

This study investigates the effect of customer experience and video marketing on satisfaction levels and word-of-mouth in the context of TikTok usage in West Java, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 230 TikTok users through a structured questionnaire employing a Likert scale (1-5). The analysis, conducted using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3), reveals that customer experience and video marketing significantly influence satisfaction levels and word-of-mouth. Customer experience emerges as the more influential factor in shaping user satisfaction and advocacy. These findings underscore the importance of optimizing both user experience and marketing strategies to enhance consumer engagement and loyalty. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on digital marketing and consumer behavior, offering actionable insights for businesses aiming to succeed on social media platforms.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of sustainopreneurship research spanning the period 2000–2025, aiming to map its intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and global research collaboration patterns. Using data extracted from the Scopus and Web of Science databases, a total of 320 documents were analyzed through performance analysis and science mapping techniques using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny. The findings reveal that sustainopreneurship—defined as entrepreneurship and innovation for sustainability—has evolved from a conceptual niche into a dynamic, interdisciplinary research field bridging sustainable development, social innovation, and digital transformation. The keyword co-occurrence and overlay visualizations highlight five dominant research clusters: (1) sustainable development and circular economy, (2) sustainability-oriented entrepreneurship, (3) education and entrepreneurial intention, (4) regional development and empowerment, and (5) bibliometric and digital entrepreneurship studies. Collaboration network analyses identify India, the United States, China, Germany, and Spain as leading contributors, with emerging participation from developing regions such as Indonesia, Brazil, and South Africa. The results underscore the growing internationalization and diversification of sustainopreneurship research, driven by the integration of sustainability, innovation, and technology in business and education. This study contributes to the literature by providing a systematic and visualized overview of the global knowledge landscape, clarifying conceptual overlaps, and outlining future research directions for theory development, policy alignment, and practical implementation of sustainopreneurship in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

This study examines the impact of distance travelled, cost of service, and availability of medical staff on patient satisfaction in accessing healthcare services in disadvantaged areas of Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 50 respondents through a structured questionnaire, employing a Likert scale of 1-5. Multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 26 to determine the relationships between the independent variables (distance travelled, cost of service, and availability of medical staff) and the dependent variable (patient satisfaction). The results indicate that distance travelled and cost of service have significant negative impacts on patient satisfaction, while the availability of medical staff positively influences satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and healthcare providers in addressing the barriers to healthcare access in underserved regions of Indonesia and improving patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis aimed at mapping the academic landscape of economic inclusiveness in developing countries from 2000 to 2024. Through a comprehensive review of the literature, this analysis identifies core themes including governance, sustainability, financial inclusion, and education, emphasizing their roles in fostering equitable economic growth. Using data sourced from Scopus, the study employs VOSviewer software for visualization of co-authorship and co-citation networks, revealing prominent authors, pivotal publications, and thematic clusters. The results highlight an interdisciplinary approach in the research with significant contributions from various global regions, showcasing the complexity of implementing economic inclusiveness across different socio-economic and environmental contexts. The findings underline the necessity of integrating sustainable practices and robust governance to ensure inclusiveness and suggest directions for future research to fill the existing gaps in empirical data and cultural considerations.
