Abstract

Abstract: Currently the whole world is being hit by the spread of the COVID-19 virus, which makes all people inevitably stay at home to avoid contracting the virus. As a result, many office workers, including students and college students, are laid off or work and study at home using the online learning method. One method of distance learning is to use several platforms such as video conferencing, zoom, google meet, google classroom, moodle, and the like. As for taking the exam online, we can use the Kahoot application. This application allows all teaching staff to make exams online and can be accessed anywhere. So that using the Kahoot application can be a method that helps in carrying out online exams.         Keywords: Kahoot; Online Quiz; E-Learning  Abstrak: Saat ini seluruh dunia sedang dilanda penyebaran virus COVID-19 yang membuat seluruh masyarakat mau tidak mau untuk menetap di rumah masing-masing demi menghindari terjangkit virus tersebut. Akibatnya banyak pekerja kantoran, termasuk para siswa dan mahasiswa yang dirumahkan atau bekerja dan belajar di rumah masing-masing dengan metode online learning. Salah satu metode pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah dengan menggunakan beberapa platform seperti video conference, zoom, google meet, atau seperti google classroom, moodle dan sejenisnya. Adapun untuk melakukan ujian secara online kita dapat menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan semua tenaga pengajar untuk membuat ujian secara online dan dapat diakses dimana saja. Sehingga dengan menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot ini dapat menjadi metode yang membantu dalam melaksanakan ujian secara online.Kata kunci: Kahoot; Ujian Online; Pembelajaran Online

Abstract

The problem in the process of determining candidates for receiving school operational assistance funds for students faced by the Sinar Harapan Vocational School still has several problems such as the existence of subjectivity that tends to assess candidates for receiving school operational assistance funds that still lead to personal opinions so that the assessment process takes a long time. quite long and not right on target because it is done manually so that the decision-assessment process becomes slow and this is certainly not very good because it affects the smooth operation of the Sinar Harapan Vocational School. As for the solution to overcome the problems faced by the Sinar Harapan Vocational School, a decision support system is needed to select candidates for receiving BOS funds. When choosing a method, it is necessary to use the additive ratio assessment (ARAS) method. The system will obtain a ranking decision based on each alternative choice based on a number of predetermined criteria. The alternative with the most weights is the recommended alternative. This research produces a decision support system application program. Designed using a Website-based application that will be used with a multi-user concept, which is designed only for user convenience, through this decision support system application, it is expected to facilitate the process of determining prospective BOS Fund recipients, it is expected to get the best results from the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. . And a trial was conducted by entering a sample of 10 BOS fund recipients to determine the recipient of BOS funds. Based on the ranking of 10 candidates who are entitled to receive 2 people with a dbwah value of 0.5, namely: alternative 10 (Abdi Sutoyo) with a value of 0.3765 and alternative 9 (Ade Juanda) with a value of 0.4058

Abstract

-Mechanical selection is the process of selecting the best mechanic according to certain criteria. This process is carried out to raise the level or level of a mechanic to become a service advisor. As is well known, it is not easy to choose the right person to be promoted to a certain position, especially for this, it is necessary to record an analysis of information from the data held by that person since entering the company, to planning education and what opportunities/challenges are needed. given to the mechanic if he wants to be projected on a certain position. SA (Service Advisor) is a person who carries out a consulting function for consumers who come to the workshop to perform services and has a responsibility to achieve unit entry targets every month. His job is to explain to the customer what actions will be taken in connection with the condition of the car that will enter the workshop. Abstract

Abstract: The data collection process in an organization is needed to store data from every member who joins the organization. Usually, data collection is done by writing a registration form and later the organization will collect the form into an organized file. However, this raises a problem, namely the difficulty of finding member data, and the loss of the data form. To overcome this problem, a data collection application for the HKBP Tanjung Selamat Church Congregation was created. Using a web-based application makes it easier for the church to record its members and look up member data for data changes when members move domiciles or add family members.Keyword: organization; church; HKBP; data collection; web-based.Abstrak: Proses pendataan pada sebuah organisasi sangat diperlukan untuk menyimpan data dari setiap anggota yang mengikuti organisasi tersebut. Biasanya pendataan dilakukan dengan cara menulis formulir pendaftaran lalu nantinya pihak organisasi akan mengumpulkan formulir tersebut ke dalam sebuah berkas yang tersusun. Namun hal ini menimbulkan masalah yaitu sulitnya mencari data anggota, dan hilangnya formulir data tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibuat sebuah aplikasi pendataan Jemaat Gereja HKBP Tanjung Selamat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan menggunakan ceramah, diskusi dan praktikum. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web memudahkan pihak gereja untuk mendata anggotanya dan mencari data anggota untuk dilakukan perubahan data bila anggota pindah domisili maupun menambah anggota keluarga.Kata kunci: organisasi; gereja; HKBP; pendataan; berbasis web.

Abstract

PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Natal is part of the Mujur Group which was founded on May 1, 1996 with a head office in Medan and oil palm plantations and a palm oil mill located in Mandailing Natal, North Sumatra. In an effort to improve the performance of the employees, PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Natal determines the outstanding employees every year. The purpose of determining outstanding employees is to improve the performance of each employee which can support the progress of the company. In determining outstanding employees, PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Natal evaluates only one assessment, namely achievement, even though there are several other criteria that can be used as criteria for determining outstanding employees such as discipline, responsibility, achievement, cooperation, attendance and letters of reprimand. Some of these criteria will be a more effective assessment of the previous assessment of the determination of outstanding employees at PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Natal. In determining outstanding employees, a decision support system (SPK) is needed. SPK in this study uses the MAUT method with ROC weights. The result of the best alternative decision is the A9 alternative on behalf of "Riswandi" with a value of U_i = 0.785 which was selected as an outstanding employee at PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Christmas.

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan salah satu penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernapasan manusia dan pada saat ini pandemi Covid-19 sudah menjadi pandemi global dan sudah memberikan efek yang buruk terhadap kehidupan manusia terutama pada bidang kesehatan dan ekonomi. Infeksi Covid-19 menimbulkan efek paranoid pada masyarakat sehingga menimbulkan ketidak nyamanan dan khawatir tentang lingkungannya. Data-data yang berkaitan Covid-19 sudah banyak terkumpul hanya saja belum banyak dimanfaatkan salah satunya dalam prediksi infeksi Covid-19 terhadap seseorang. Oleh karena itu, sangat diperlukan suatu metode dan algoritma untuk prediksi infeksi Covid-19 berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dihadapi. Dalam data mining salah satu algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi adalah algoritma nearest neighor. Algoritma nearest neighbor dapat memprediksi penyelesaian kasus baru / data baru berdasarkan kasus lama / data historis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kriteria dan pembobotan. Agar hasilnya lebih akurat dan valid untuk perhitungan pembobotan nilai kriteria menggunakan metode AHP. Dengan algoritma dan metode tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat umum dan tenaga kesehatan dalam memprediksi Infeksi Covid-19 sebelum Swab PCT Test untuk mencegah lebih dini penyebaran Covid-19.Kata kunci: Covid-19, Bobot, Kriteria, Metode AHP, Nearest Neighbor

Abstract

Information on a news blog is not small if we look at the amount of information that will be conveyed in a news story. A news blog also uses a lot of storage memory in the database because of the large amount of information in the form of text that is stored, and also affects the speed of data transmission. Compression techniques aimed at reducing data can be used to reduce stored text and save storage media and speed up the data transmission process. Using the Sequitur algorithm is better with a compression ratio of 80.95% of the initial size, because the sequitur algorithm removes symbol pairs that appear more than once with a new symbol. While the RLE algorithm in this study cannot be used because it does not meet the RLE algorithm so that the compression process does not occur due to the absence of the same characters appearing successively, this is a weakness of the RLE algorithm

Abstract

Pada proses penentuan mahasiswa yang layak memperoleh bantuan Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) di Univeristas Budi Darma sering mengalami kesulitan karena kuota yang yang tersedia tidak sebanding dengan calon mahasiswa penerima dan kriteria data mahasiswa yang sama. Pada penelitian ini metode penelitian yang dilakukan dimulai dari studi literature, identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, normalisasi, penerapan algoritma, hasil penelitian dan publikasi. Algoritma yang digunakan yaitu algoritma K-NN, dimana data yang digunakan terdiri atas data training dan data testing. Dalam proses pencarian jarak terdekat maka menggunakan model Euclidean Distance. Sebelum dilakukan proses pencarian jarak terdekat maka data dinormalisisakan terlebih dahulu, tujuan agar ada keseimbangan antara kriteria yang digunakan sehingga memperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat dan optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah calon penerima bantuan UKT setelah diklasifikasi dengan algoritma K-NN dinyatakan tidak menerima.

Abstract

Duta kampus merupakan mahasiswa/i  yang terpilih melalui beberapa tahapan seleksi. Duta kampus terdiri dari satu mahasiswa dan satu mahasiswi. Peran duta kampus diharapkan dapat menjadi promotor Universitas di lingkungan masyarakat, dikarenakan fungsi duta kampus dapat membantu pihak Universitas dalam beberapa hal salah satunya untuk mempromosikan Universitas. Menjadi duta kampus merupakan suatu kebanggaan bagi seorang mahasiswa, dimana dengan menjadi duta kampus, mahasiswa/i tersebut mendapat beberapa output berupa penghargaan. Karena itu banyak yang mendaftar menjadi duta kampus. Sehingga yang menjadi permasalahannya adalah banyaknya mahasiswa/i yang berminat menjadi Duta Kampus sehingga Penyaringan data secara tidak terkomputerisasi kurang efektif dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu sisitem yaitu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Dimana fungsi SPK adalah untuk membantu pihak yang membutuhkan bantuan mengenai pemilihan atau membuat suatu keputusan dengan data yang berjumlah besar. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode WASPAS dengan metode pembobotan ROC. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode WASPAS dengan pembobotan ROC diperoleh hasil sebesar 0.9967 yang diraih oleh  Iman Judi Situmeang sebagai alternatif terbaik laki-laki dan nilai sebesar 0.9999 yang diraih oleh Siti Humairoh sebagai alternatif terbaik perempuan.

Abstract

This research introduces a dynamic optimization algorithm designed to enhance blockchain network resilience against distributed attacks such as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), Sybil, and eclipse attacks. The primary objective is to develop a real-time, adaptive control strategy that minimizes network performance degradation while dynamically responding to evolving threats. The research design integrates multi-objective optimization, game theory, and reinforcement learning to formulate a defense strategy that adapts to adversarial conditions. The methodology is based on a modified state-space model, where the blockchain's performance is represented by a system of dynamic equations influenced by both control actions (defensive measures) and attack vectors. The optimization problem is formulated to minimize a cost function that balances network resilience and resource usage. A numerical example is presented to validate the model, demonstrating the algorithm’s effectiveness in maintaining network performance under attack by adjusting defense mechanisms in real-time. The main results indicate that the proposed method significantly reduces the impact of distributed attacks while ensuring efficient resource allocation. In conclusion, this research offers a novel framework for enhancing blockchain security, with implications for real-world applications in decentralized systems, financial services, and critical infrastructure. Future work will address the scalability of the algorithm and explore more advanced reinforcement learning techniques to handle more complex and unpredictable attack patterns.
