Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan caring spiritualitas dalam membangun karakter diri di pada mahasiswa Prodi D-III Keperawatan FK Unmul yaitu menganalisis Perubahan berpikir (mind set) dan perilaku mahasiswa kearah konsep caring spiritualitas, menganalisis Karakter diri mahasiswa, dan menganalisis Konsep Caring Spiritualitas menjadi dasar pemikiran mahasiswa dalam membentuk karakter diri. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa program studi diploma III Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Mulawarman semester 5 dan 6 (enam) tahun akademik 2021/2022 sebanyak 75 orang yang telah mengerti tentang konsep caring spiritualitas dari sejak semester satu hinggga semester lima di Prodi D-3 Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Mulawarman. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan penerapan konsep caring spiritualitas dalam membangun karakter diri mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian mix methods. Secara kuantitatif penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Analitik deskriptif. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah Cross Sectional, dimana data variabel dependen dan independen didapatkan dalam satu periode waktu yaitu tentang caring spiritualitas dan konsep membangun karakter diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu berupa 30 item pernyataan dengan hasil uji validitasnya adalah 0,600 dan uji reliabilitasnya adalah 0,281 pada 50 responden tentang evaluasi penerapan konsep caring spiritualitas dalam membangun karakter diri mahasiswa. Ada 2 item dang tidak valid sehingga instrumen yang digunakan sebanyak 30 item pernyataan. Berdasarkan penelitian, karakteristik usia mahasiswa yaitu terbanyak pada rentang usia 19 tahun 27 orang (36%), 20 tahun sebanyak 25 (33%), usia 21 tahun sebanyak 22 (29%) dan usia 22 tahun sebanyak 1 orang (1%). Responden terbesar sebanyak 60 orang (80%) dan laki-laki sebanyak 15 orang (20%). Berdasarkan kepribadian, sebanyak 65 orang (87%) berkepribadian extrovert dan sebanyak 10 orang (13%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, setelah dilakukan evaluasi tentang penerapan konsep caring spiritualitas dalam membangun karakter diri mahasiswa sebanyak 64 orang (85%) penerapan efektif dan 11 orang (15%) penerapannya kurang efektif. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah membentuk karakter diri dengan pelatihan selama 2 hari dalam membangun karakter diri dan mengaplikasikannnya langsung pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

Program pendampingan masyarakat adalah bagian dari fungsi dosen di sebuah perguruan tinggi. Dosen menjadi pionir untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, utamanya di lingkungan sekitar kampus dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya sarana prasarana yang dimiliki. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Pada penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen dan desain pre post test design, dimana data variabel dependen dan independen didapatkan dalam satu periode waktu yaitu tentang efektifitas terapi modalitas keperawatan maternitas sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan oleh dosen PSDK FK Unmul. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu berupa 40 item pertanyaan tentang efektifitas sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan terapi modalitas keperawatan maternitas (dalam proses uji coba instrument). Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang (Kader posyandu, masyarakat dan PIK Remaja) yang mengikuti pendampingan terapi modalitas keperawatan maternitas. Uji kelayakan etik No. 133/KEPK-FK/VIII/2022 oleh Komisi Etik Kesehatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Mulawarman. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, Pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap dari 100 partisipan sebelum dilakukan pendampingan masih kurang dan pengetahuan mengenai makna pendampingan, pengetahuan dan sikap mengenai 7 terapi modalitas keperawatan maternitas meningkat setelah dilakukan pendampingan. Dilakukannya pendampingan dengan memberikan informasi tentang terapi modalitas keperawatan maternitas pada Kader Posyandu, Masyarakat dan PIK-Remaja terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap partisipan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, responden terdiri dari 50 orang mahasiswa (50%) dengan usia mahasiswa 20 tahun dan masyarakat dan kader posyandu sebanyak 50 orang (50%), terdiri dari usia 30-40 tahun sebanyak 38 orang (38%) dan usia 40-50 tahun sebanyak 12 orang (12%). Berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan, mahasiswa sebanyak 50 orang (50%), SMA sebanyak 48 orang (48%) dan IRT sebanyak 2 orang (2%). Berdasarkan pekerjaan, mahasiswa sebanyak 50 orang (50%), swasta sebanyak 27 orang (27%) dan IRT sebanyak 23 orang (23%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian rata-rata pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan sebelum pendampingan adalah 21,78 dan meningkat setelah pendampingan menajadi 32,07 dengan rata-rata kenaikan 10,31 point. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariate dengan nilai P-Value 0,000 < α= 0.05, berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan partisipan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pendampingan. Abstract

Tujuan akhir kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawat di RSUD. AM. Parikesit Tenggarong dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan berbasis 3S. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk in house training dari bidang komite keperawatan yang sebelumnya telah diberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang konsep penerapan asuhan keperawatan berbasis 3S oleh Dosen pelaksana pengabdian Masyarakat Fakultas kedokteran Prodi Diploma 3 Keperawatan Universitas Mulawarman. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan dan penerapan kompetensi perawat Askep berbasis 3S meningkat yaitu 80 persen perawat dapat melaksanakan askep dengan baik dari total perawat 225 orang. Pemberdayaan kemampuan komite keperawatan meningkat dan kredibel dalam memahami penerapan askep 3S. Tindak lanjut yang harus dilakukan adalah melakukan peningkatan kompetensi perawat adalah dengan melakukan training secara kontinyu dan terus menerus.

Abstract

Good university governance is expected to increase the public image which leads to promoting credibility and public participation in the role of the university. Some roles expected by society from universities are to give qualified education, develop research, transfer knowledge, culture, and technology and promote the economy within society. Continuous improvement enables universities to always increase their quality to become highly competitive. This study aims to develop strategic models for competitive university governance at the Muhammadiyah Islamic University of East Borneo. The qualitative approach with a Case study type was used in this research. The data were collected through depth-interview, participation observation, and document study. The findings concerning the strategic model of the competitive university governance characteristics were interrelated, as follows: 1). Internal Quality Factors: the Personal Character Building by developing caring spirituality, awareness, and total action in which all came from the conscience (honesty, responsibility, visionary, discipline, cooperation, just and caring. 2) External Quality Factors: the Quality Culture and IT-based organization by developing vision, mission, and organizational character, excellent leadership, stakeholder, Good University Governance management, the national standard university, Quality assurance, and creative innovation. 3) Outcome: Achieving the University Index, achieving the university roles, the graduate's competence, and consumer satisfaction, hence achieving a competitive university.

Abstract

Background: Competence of Indonesian nurses as caregivers using the 3S Nursing Care Standard (PPNI, 2013). Method: This study is a quantitative study with a Cross-sectional research design. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test and Multivariate Analysis using the Logistic Regression Test to analyze the most influential factors on nurse competence in implementing the 3S nursing care. Results: the majority of nurses are 20-30 years old, 77 respondents (67%). Age 31-40 years 33 respondents (28.7%) and Age 41-50 years 5 respondents (4.3%). Education level D3 as many as 63 respondents (54.8%), Nurses as many as 52 respondents (45.2%). A total of 85 respondents (71.3%) were at level PK 1, 27 respondents (23.5%) were at level PK 2, and 6 respondents (5.2%) were at level PK 3. Length of work of nurses 78 people with a work period of 1-5 years (67.8%), a work period of 6-10 years 30 respondents (26.1%) and 10-15 years there were 7 respondents (6.1%). Moderate knowledge 83 respondents (72.1%), 18 respondents had good knowledge (15.8%) and 14 people had poor knowledge (12.1%). Good motivation as many as 64 respondents (56%), moderate motivation 50 respondents (43.3%) and poor motivation 1 respondent (0.7%). Heavy workload as many as 64 respondents (55.7%), 41 respondents (36.7%) moderate workload and 10 respondents (7.6%) said light workload. Rewards and punishments were good as many as 102 respondents (88.7%), 13 respondents (11.3%) rewards and punishments were lacking. 6 rooms obtained data from Enggang 1 room which had the highest value with a percentage of 91%. The relationship between nurses' knowledge. Motivation and workload were related to the implementation of 3S nursing care (P-Value 0.000), while rewards and punishments (P-value 0.35>α=0.05) had no relationship with the implementation of 3S nursing care. The most influential factors in the implementation of nursing care were knowledge, motivation and workload based on the logistic regression test (P-value 0.000). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to increase knowledge of 3S nursing care, increase work motivation and review the effective and efficient workload of nurses and broader research related to the implementation of nursing care.

Abstract

This study aims to implement educaplay as an educational game used as a learning medium to improve students' learning outcomes on the topic "The Cultural Diversity of My Indonesia" in the fifth grade of SDN Banjaran 4. Student learning outcomes are still relatively low, with an average of only 70. Students also appear less active in learning. The use of innovative learning media such as educational games is expected to be a means to improve student learning outcomes. This type of research is classroom action research. Data collection was carried out by tests and observations. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results of this study showed an increase in student learning outcomes. In cycle I, the average student score was 76.67 with a classical completion rate of 66.67%. While in cycle II, student learning outcomes increased significantly, with an average score reaching 91.11 with classical completion reaching 81.48%. It can be seen that the average learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II increased by 14.81%.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam menanamkan winning skill pada anak usia dini di TK ABA AL-Manar Sooka, Kabupaten Pacitan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan sembilan wali murid, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model perilaku asuh orang tua secara langsung dan tidak langsung membentuk fondasi winning skill anak, yang meliputi pendidikan, kemandirian, komunikasi, moral, kreativitas, kerja sama, percaya diri, dan tanggung jawab – faktor-faktor yang dianggap sangat penting oleh orang tua untuk keberhasilan anak di masa depan. Berbagai upaya dukungan orang tua, seperti mendorong diskusi, mendukung hobi, memfasilitasi kerja kelompok, membangun komunikasi terbuka, melatih tanggung jawab, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai agama dan moral, mencerminkan komitmen mereka terhadap pengembangan winning skill anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua adalah sentral dalam meletakkan dasar winning skill sebagai bekal anak menghadapi tantangan di masa depan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: Vaginal discharge is secretion that appears from the vaginal canal without bleeding. Vaginal discharge can occur both physiologically (normal) and pathologically (abnormal) (Gampu et al., 2018). The aim of this research is to describe the knowledge of young women about vaginal discharge among female students at MAN 2 Samarinda. Methodology: This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The sample in this research was 51 respondents, with a total sampling technique. Research Results: From 51 respondents studied, 39 were obtained respondents or (76.5%) respondents Which own level knowledge tall, respondents with moderate knowledge were 10 respondents or (19.6%) and respondents with knowledge low in get 2 respondents or (3.9%) respondents. Conclusion: Based on the results of research conducted on 51 respondents, although the level of knowledge about vaginal discharge is high, namely 76.5%, it is still necessary to provide knowledge about vaginal discharge and carry out re-research on vulva hygiene and preventing recurrent vaginal discharge in adolescents. Abstract

Introduction: Puberty is the period in which adolescent development, physical changes, and sexual maturity occur.  Some teenagers undergo these changes at an earlier age than others. This can give rise to problems because adolescents' knowledge about reproductive health is still lacking. Purpose: The aim of this research is to know and understand teenagers’ knowledge about adolescent health reproduction in the Samarinda Youth Health Center working area. Methods: This is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a survey approach. The respondents in this study were teenagers aged 11-19 years, with as many as 30 respondents. Results: The research results showed that of the 30 respondents who were in the study, 17 respondents, or (57%), had a high level of knowledge about juvenile reproduction; 12 respondents, or (40%), had a medium level of knowledge; and 1 respondent, or (3%), had a lower level of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health. Conclusion: Based on the results of this research, it is necessary to provide health education to adolescents so that they increase their knowledge about adolescent reproduction and can maintain reproductive health and take the correct actions to maintain their reproductive health.  This research conclusion must be health education with continuous that health reproduction to adolescent.
