Abstract

Tujuan akhir kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawat di RSUD. AM. Parikesit Tenggarong dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan berbasis 3S. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk in house training dari bidang komite keperawatan yang sebelumnya telah diberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang konsep penerapan asuhan keperawatan berbasis 3S oleh Dosen pelaksana pengabdian Masyarakat Fakultas kedokteran Prodi Diploma 3 Keperawatan Universitas Mulawarman. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan dan penerapan kompetensi perawat Askep berbasis 3S meningkat yaitu 80 persen perawat dapat melaksanakan askep dengan baik dari total perawat 225 orang. Pemberdayaan kemampuan komite keperawatan meningkat dan kredibel dalam memahami penerapan askep 3S. Tindak lanjut yang harus dilakukan adalah melakukan peningkatan kompetensi perawat adalah dengan melakukan training secara kontinyu dan terus menerus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran perempuan yang terus berkembang dalam pengambilan keputusan rumah tangga, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor seperti pendidikan,. pendidikan, secara bertahap telah memberdayakan perempuan untuk mengambil peran yang lebih aktif. Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis bagaimana perubahan ini memengaruhi dinamika pengambilan keputusan dan tantangan yang dihadapi perempuan dalam rumah tangga. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui tinjauan literatur.

Abstract

Background: Competence of Indonesian nurses as caregivers using the 3S Nursing Care Standard (PPNI, 2013). Method: This study is a quantitative study with a Cross-sectional research design. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test and Multivariate Analysis using the Logistic Regression Test to analyze the most influential factors on nurse competence in implementing the 3S nursing care. Results: the majority of nurses are 20-30 years old, 77 respondents (67%). Age 31-40 years 33 respondents (28.7%) and Age 41-50 years 5 respondents (4.3%). Education level D3 as many as 63 respondents (54.8%), Nurses as many as 52 respondents (45.2%). A total of 85 respondents (71.3%) were at level PK 1, 27 respondents (23.5%) were at level PK 2, and 6 respondents (5.2%) were at level PK 3. Length of work of nurses 78 people with a work period of 1-5 years (67.8%), a work period of 6-10 years 30 respondents (26.1%) and 10-15 years there were 7 respondents (6.1%). Moderate knowledge 83 respondents (72.1%), 18 respondents had good knowledge (15.8%) and 14 people had poor knowledge (12.1%). Good motivation as many as 64 respondents (56%), moderate motivation 50 respondents (43.3%) and poor motivation 1 respondent (0.7%). Heavy workload as many as 64 respondents (55.7%), 41 respondents (36.7%) moderate workload and 10 respondents (7.6%) said light workload. Rewards and punishments were good as many as 102 respondents (88.7%), 13 respondents (11.3%) rewards and punishments were lacking. 6 rooms obtained data from Enggang 1 room which had the highest value with a percentage of 91%. The relationship between nurses' knowledge. Motivation and workload were related to the implementation of 3S nursing care (P-Value 0.000), while rewards and punishments (P-value 0.35>α=0.05) had no relationship with the implementation of 3S nursing care. The most influential factors in the implementation of nursing care were knowledge, motivation and workload based on the logistic regression test (P-value 0.000). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to increase knowledge of 3S nursing care, increase work motivation and review the effective and efficient workload of nurses and broader research related to the implementation of nursing care.

Abstract

Komunitas Akhwat Sholehah Kisaran menghadapi tantangan dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang masih bergantung pada metode konvensional, sehingga membatasi jangkauan pasar dan potensi pertumbuhan. Rendahnya pemahaman pemasaran digital dan adopsi teknologi menjadi kendala utama dalam akses pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif. Program ini dirancang untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut melalui dua pendekatan terintegrasi: teknologi dan matematika. Pendekatan pertama adalah sosialisasi website UMKM berbasis socio-technopreneur untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui toko daring yang mudah diakses. Pendekatan kedua adalah pelatihan matematika terapan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan analisis biaya, penentuan harga, dan proyeksi laba guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup workshop, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan dampak nyata, di mana terjadi peningkatan omzet penjualan rata-rata sebesar 10-15% dalam tiga bulan pertama pasca-pelatihan, melampaui target awal sebesar 10%. Program ini memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa model pemberdayaan yang terukur dan kontribusi akademis dengan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan matematika terapan secara sistematis mampu meningkatkan kapasitas pengambilan keputusan strategis UMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the NHT type of cooperative learning model affects the mathematics learning results of class III pupils at MIS Jihan Ulfani. The population of this study consisted of 332 students from class III MIS Jihan Ulfani. Random sampling was used to choose the research sample of 74 people. This study employs a single factor independent groups design. The test approach was used to obtain data on critical thinking skills and mathematics learning outcomes. MANOVA is used to analyze data. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of the NHT type of cooperative learning model on critical thinking skills, (2) there was a significant effect of the NHT type cooperative learning model on mathematics learning outcomes, (3) there was a significant effect of the type of cooperative learning model NHT simultaneously on critical thinking skills and mathematics learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model of the NHT type has a positive effect on critical thinking skills and mathematics learning outcomes for class III students of MIS Jihan Ulfani

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of media usage edugame android based on the ability of students' mathematical communication. This study is a quasi-experimental study, using only non-equevalent posttest control group design. The study population was all students fourth grade development of the city of Padang. The sampling technique purposive sampling technique. Selected samples of two classes, each of which will be used as an experimental class and control class. Compared learning is learning by using media edugame Scientific approach based on android with learning using a scientific approach, but only with the media in the student book. The data collection technique is to test instruments. The instrument used was a test of mathematical communication in the learning material around the Flat. Data were analyzed using t-test. RESULTS t count = 3.24 and t table = 1.67. So that t count > t table, H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this study is the use of Android-based media edugame generate mathematical communication skills are better than just learning to use media in students' books.Keywords: Media edugame; Mathematical Communications; Android

Abstract

Pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penemuan perilaku bullying verbal, ejekan, serta konflik di media sosial melalui Grup WhatsApp pada siswa kelas VII SMP. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang bentuk bullying dan cyberbullying menyebabkan siswa memandang perilaku tersebut sebagai candaan yang biasa aja. Maka dari itu, pelatihan ini dibuat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan sikap pencegahan bullying sejak dini. Tujuan utama pelatihan adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang jenis bullying dan efeknya, menumbuhkan empati mereka, dan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk melapor dan merespons secara asertif. Metode pelatihan meliputi asesmen awal (pre-test), psikoedukasi melalui PowerPoint, ice breaking untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta, simulasi kartu situasi bullying untuk meningkatkan empati dan pemecahan masalah, diskusi kelompok, dan asesmen akhir (post-test). Evaluasi pelatihan dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test melalui aplikasi Jamovi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan antara skor pre-test dan post-test (p < .001), yang menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan peningkatan kemampuan untuk menemukan perilaku bullying. Berdasarkan dukungan dari pihak sekolah, relevansi materi, serta hasil penilaian yang menunjukkan signifikan, tingkat persiapan pelatihan dianggap sangat pantas untuk dilaksanakan lagi dan ditingkatkan sebagai program pencegahan yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Background: Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is a vascular complication associated with cardiovascular disease or diabetes mellitus and, if not adequately managed, may progress to severe morbidity and increased mortality risk. The prevalence of PAD, based on an Ankle-Brachial Pressure Index (ABPI) value of ≤ 0.89, among students of the Faculty of Medicine at Mulawarman University is approximately 44.7%. Foot exercise is a simple physical activity that, when performed sequentially and regularly, can enhance peripheral blood circulation and improve lipid metabolism, including increasing HDL cholesterol and reducing total cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of foot exercise in improving the Ankle-Brachial Pressure Index (ABPI) among young adults at risk of peripheral arterial disease. Methods: This study employed a quasi-experimental design using a pre-test and post-test non-equivalent control group approach. Forty respondents with an ABPI value of ≤ 0.89 were randomly assigned to two groups (intervention and control), with 20 participants in each group. The intervention group performed foot exercises three times per week for one month, while the control group did not receive any intervention. Data analysis was conducted using the paired t-test. Results: The mean ABPI value increased after foot exercise, from 0.75 (SD = 0.83) to 0.97 (SD = 0.70). This difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Foot exercise is effective in increasing ABPI values among young adults at risk of peripheral artery disease (PAD).
