Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of marketing communications, service quality and trust on customer loyalty for Uniqlo products. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is consumers who have come at least twice to Uniqlo. The sample used in this research was 93 respondents. Based on the results of this research, marketing communications has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The resulting Adjusted R Square value is 56.4%. Simultaneously, the research results show that marketing communications, service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The creative economy has developed in Indonesia since the rise of the digital era. Many people use this as an opportunity to earn more income, such as creating content or selling via social media. Creative economic activities in schools can be something that can be considered to help bridge the future of today's teenage children. Adolescents must know their potential and explore this potential so that it can be developed through creativity. There are several obstacles to the creative economy among young people at SMP Negeri 7 Medan, namely not understanding the creative economy and still lacking skills. Training activities were carried out by giving lectures about the creative economy and then providing practice in making liquid soap. The activities carried out aim to increase the knowledge and skills of young people at SMP Negeri 7 Medan. With this training activity, young people from SMP Negeri 7 Medan have increased their knowledge about the Creative Economy and skills in making liquid soap. All training participants are able to practice making liquid soap well and it is ready to be marketed, thereby increasing their income and helping their family's economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan pembayaran menggunakan QRIS, komunikasi pemasaran, digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian Gen Z di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang meneliti populasi dan sampel tertentu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian dan analisis data bersifat kuantitatif (statistik). Hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa kemudahan pembayaran menggunakan QRIS, komunikasi pemasaran, dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Gen Z di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian secara simultan bahwa kemudahan pembayaran menggunakan QRIS, komunikasi pemasaran dan digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Gen Z di Kota Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Generasi muda merupakan penerus masa depan bangsa yang memiliki potensi besar untuk mendorong perubahan sosial dan ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui metode pelatihan, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik langsung. Fokus utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada siswa SMKS YWKA dalam merancang dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang terencana dan profesional. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar peserta sebelumnya belum memahami konsep strategi pemasaran dan profitabilitas secara komprehensif. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta menyusun strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas usaha. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi kewirausahaan dan keterampilan praktis generasi muda, sekaligus mendorong lahirnya calon wirausahawan muda yang kreatif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing di masa depan.   Young people are the nation’s future generation and possess great potential to drive social and economic transformation. This community service activity was carried out using a participatory approach through training sessions, group discussions, and hands-on practice. The main focus of this program was to enhance the knowledge and skills of SMKS YWKA students in designing and implementing well-planned and professional marketing strategies. The results showed that most participants initially lacked an understanding of marketing strategy and profitability concepts. After participating in the training, there was a significant improvement in their ability to develop effective marketing strategies aimed at increasing business profitability. Therefore, this training proved to be effective in improving entrepreneurial literacy and practical skills among young people, while fostering the emergence of creative, innovative, and competitive young entrepreneurs for the future
