Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the role of the madrasah principal as a manager in developing teachers’ professional competence at MTS Al-Ihsaniyah, Sarang Burung Village, Muaro Jambi District, from the aspects of planning, implementation, supervision, and follow-up. This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data sources include the principal, vice principals of curriculum and facilities, vice principal of student affairs and public relations, teachers, students, and the foundation’s supervisor. Informants were selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques involved observation, interviews, and document study. The research used inductive qualitative data analysis techniques. The findings show that : (1) Planning is carried out by the principal through forming a madrasah development team, involving members in formulating the vision, mission, and programs, planning programs based on needs, and aligning them with policy; (2) Implementation is carried out by optimizing the principal's duties, fostering a sense of shared responsibility and family principles, setting a motto for educators, executing the program, and maintaining a strong professional image; (3) Supervision is carried out by involving the foundation in overseeing programs, directly supervising program implementation, maintaining good communication, and identifying shortcomings; (4) Follow-up is done by giving full support, involving the foundation, analyzing programs, and providing facilities for implementation

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of the Headmaster as a motivator in improving teacher competence at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Ikhsaniya Sarang Burung, Jambi Luar Kota, Muaro Jambi. The research focuses on three aspects: planning, implementation, and outcomes of improving teacher competence through the Headmaster's role as a motivator. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach involving in-depth interviews with the Headmaster, teachers, and direct observation of the activities related to teacher competence development at the Madrasah. The results of the study show that: first, in the planning phase, the Headmaster designs professional development programs that address the teachers' needs, taking into account internal evaluations and the dynamics of the field. Second, during implementation, the Headmaster actively acts as a motivator by providing encouragement, direction, and recognition of teachers' achievements. The Headmaster also facilitates collaborative activities and team-based development. Third, the outcomes of the competence improvement are reflected in positive changes in teaching performance, curriculum understanding, and the use of technology in the learning process. The conclusion of this study indicates that the Headmaster’s role as a motivator significantly influences the planning, implementation, and outcomes of teacher competence improvement. An active and inspiring Headmaster can create an environment that supports teachers' professional development, ultimately leading to improved educational quality.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the strengthening of contextual learning through industrial visits for undergraduate Manag ement students at STIE Pemuda, specifically at PT Atlantic Biruraya. The study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentat ion. The findings indicate that industrial visits significantly enhance contextual learning by providing students with direct, real-world exper iences and expanding their understanding of how human resource man agement concepts are applied in actual business practices. Through these activities, students are able to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom and its practical implementation in the workplace, industrial visits contribute to improving students’ critic al thinking, adaptability, and professional awareness. For business ma nagement students, such experiential learning opportunities are essent ial in preparing them for future careers, as they foster relevant compet encies, practical insights, & a deeper understanding of organizational dynamics in a competitive business environment.

Abstract

CV. Hersa Industri Elektrik Surabaya beroperasi sebagai perusahaan ritel, berfokus pada peralatan suara dan komponen terkaitnya. Perusahaan ini menghadapi persaingan signifikan dari pasar digital maupun toko fisik tradisional. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan membutuhkan metodologi penjualan tertentu. Pendekatan ini melibatkan pengelolaan stok perangkat audio dan komponen secara cermat, menjamin jumlah staf yang memadai, menyediakan harga yang kompetitif, dan menjaga standar kualitas layanan yang luar biasa. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh layanan prima dan pendekatan penetapan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan menyeluruhnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional CV. Hersa Industri Elektrik Surabaya. Penelitian ini menerapkan metodologi penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Perekrutan partisipan dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan ukuran sampel sebanyak 109 individu. Untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan, teknik seperti analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur digunakan, dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). Hasilnya menunjukkan hubungan langsung dan signifikan secara statistik antara Kualitas Layanan (KL) dan Kepuasan Pelanggan (KP), yang dibuktikan dengan T-Statistik sebesar 2,430 dan P-Value sebesar 0,015. Selain itu, Strategi Penetapan Harga (SPH) menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang substansial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (KP), sebagaimana dibuktikan dengan T-Statistik sebesar 2,219 dan P-Value sebesar 0,027. Varians residual diatribusikan pada variabel lain yang tidak tercakup dalam analisis khusus ini

Abstract

Pendidikan dipandang sebagai salah satu elemen fundamental dalam peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia sekaligus pembangunan nasional. Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan tidak hanya bergantung pada rancangan kurikulum, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi pendidik serta tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji pengaruh profesionalisme guru dan kelengkapan fasilitas pendidikan terhadap mutu layanan di TK Amanah Kabupaten Gresik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh wali murid TK Amanah sebanyak 80 orang, dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan partisipan. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui metode Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan. Selain itu, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai juga terbukti berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam peningkatan mutu layanan sekolah. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara kompetensi profesional pendidik dengan dukungan fasilitas pendidikan yang optimal mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih efektif efisien, serta menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik serta pengelolaan sarana prasarana secara berkelanjutan guna mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional.
