Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan bekerja sama dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Asisted Individualization pada mata Pelajaran sosiologi. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa Ke;as XI5 dengan jumlah 33 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus mempunyai tahapan antara lain perencanaan, tindakan , refleksi. Dalam pengambilan data , untuk mengetahui kemampuan bekerja sama menggunakan observasi , sedangkan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar menggunakan tes. Setelah data yang diharapkan terkumpul semua selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan dengan menggukan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization pada siklus I untuk kemampuan bekerja sama mendapat hasil 76,67%. Hal tersebut belum memenuhi kriteria yang diharapkan yaitu baik atau minimal 80. Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 74,39 atau 72,73% dari total nilai 2455. Hal tersebut juga belum memenuhi harapan yaitu sesuai dengan KKM 75. Oleh karena itu dilakukan tindakan selanjunya yaitu siklus ke II dan ternyata hasilnya meningkat. Untuk kemampuan bekerja sama meningkat menjadi 85,76% dan hasil belajar mencapai 93,94% atau rata-rata 80,61

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issue of low independence and responsibility observed among Group B1 students at TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Kota Madiun. Initial observations indicated that most children relied heavily on teacher assistance for daily activities and lacked awareness regarding their tasks. This study aims to enhance these character traits by implementing the Positive Discipline approach, a method that emphasizes understanding and self-awareness without resorting to punishment. The study employed Collaborative Classroom Action Research based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted over two cycles. The subjects involved were 17 students from Group B1. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and documentation, which were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in each cycle. In the pre-cycle condition, the average level of independence and responsibility was only 25.46%. After implementing Positive Discipline through class agreements in Cycle I, these figures rose to 53% for independence and 54.8% for responsibility. By Cycle II, the scores surged to 88.23% for both traits, successfully exceeding the established success indicators. It can be concluded that the application of Positive Discipline is effective in building independence and responsibility in early childhood, while simultaneously creating a more enjoyable and meaningful learning Atmosphere.

Abstract

The background of this study is that students in group B2 of Tunas Rimba Madiun Kindergarten have not achieved their maximum creative and independent character, character learning is carried out conventionally and through verbal and instructional delivery of values. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the investigation group learning model in improving creative and independent character. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research and is carried out in 2 cycles. Data collection techniques use observation and documents. The results of the study show that students' creative and independent character can be improved through the investigation group learning model. Creative character is at a percentage of 55% and increases to 80% in cycle II. While the independent character in cycle I has a percentage of 58% increasing to 87% in cycle II. Thus, the achievement of completeness is in accordance with the performance indicators reaching 80%. The investigation group learning model can improve creative and independent character in students in group B2 of Tunas Rimba Madiun Kindergarten.

Abstract

Kesenjangan antara kondisi motivasi belajar siswa dan target ketuntasan yang ditetapkan sekolah menunjukkan perlunya pembaruan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hanya 47% siswa yang terlibat aktif dan 53% yang mencapai ketuntasan, jauh di bawah standar 85%. Penggunaan metode ceramah dengan dukungan PPT belum mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara optimal, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih interaktif. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini mengeksplorasi penerapan model Two Stay Two Stray(TSTS) yang dipadukan dengan Canva serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII‑8 pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus di SMA Negeri 4 Madiun. Motivasi belajar dianalisis melalui observasi perilaku siswa, sedangkan hasil belajar diperoleh dari penilaian kognitif dan kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang jelas: motivasi belajar mencapai 86,11%, sementara ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari 53% pada pra‑siklus menjadi 75% pada Siklus I dan 86% pada Siklus II, melampaui batas ketuntasan minimal 85%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the implementation of school rules in shaping the disciplinary character of tenth-grade students at SMK Satria Bhakti Nganjuk, as well as to analyze the outcomes of its implementation on changes in student behavior. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students. The data analysis technique used in this study follows the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were analyzed comprehensively and supported with triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of school rules that are educative, participatory, and model-based is effective in fostering students’ disciplinary awareness through value habituation, guidance, and moral reflection. Student discipline improved particularly in the aspects of punctuality, wearing uniforms in accordance with regulations, and complying with school policies. This study emphasizes that school rules have the potential to serve as an effective form of character education for developing student discipline when managed consistently and integrated into the school culture.
