Abstract

BAPPEDA Kota Magelang sebagai penanggung jawab dalam pengembangan dan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di tingkat kabupaten/kota, menindak lanjuti inovasi-inovasi yang berasal dari masyarakat yang layak untuk dikembangkan. Kegiatan ini disebut sebagai Pendampingan Pengembangan dan Penerapan IPTEK (Bangrap IPTEK), yang merupakan tindak lanjut dari hasil seleksi kegiatan KRENOVA tingkat kota magelang yang telah di selenggarakan sebelumnya. hasil seleksi Bangrap IPTEK mendapatkan 6 judul inovasi yang di kategorikan layak untuk dikembangkan lebih lajut. Sebagai bentuk dukungan bagi peserta yang terpilih, BAPPEDA Kota Magelang menyediakan pendampingan intensif guna memaksimalkan hasil inovasi yang dikembangkan, sebelum di edarkan di masyarakat. Salah satu tim pengembang inovasi Bangrap IPTEK menciptakan inovasi digital berupa aplikasi kompresi gambar dengan nama “FastImageMin” yang di kembangkan untuk memperkecil ukuran gambar sebagai solusi optimalisasi ruang penyimpanan. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan berfokus pada pemberian arahan dan bimbingan kepada tim pengembang inovasi Bangrap IPTEK guna meastikan produk yang di hasilkan siap untuk digunakan dimasyarakat. Dimana hasil dari proses bimbingan yang di berikan dapat memaksimalkan inovasi yang di hasilkan oleh tim pengembang. Dari kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan untuk tim pengembang, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan telah siap di gunakan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Physical data storage using flash drives or local computer storage continues to be used for document archiving in database laboratories. Archived documents include laboratory inventory modules, practical course modules, practitioners' attendance cards, and students' task and response files. Utilizing cloud storage has emerged as a solution to these issues, enabling data to be easily accessed from anywhere via an internet connection. Numerous cloud storage applications now feature advanced functionalities; however, each cloud storage company varies regarding access speed, storage capacity, security, and costs. This study aims to analyze the performance of two cloud storage applications, Nextcloud and Owncloud, using throughput as a parameter. Test results demonstrated that Nextcloud's performance in file upload throughput was higher at 1065 bps compared to Owncloud's 850 bps. Similarly, in file download throughput, Nextcloud exceeded Owncloud's throughput of 2960 bps against 2564 bps. These results indicate that Nextcloud's performance surpasses Owncloud's in both file upload and download operations

Abstract

Internet service is an important thing during the Covid 19 Pandemic to do work from home, especially video conferencing and video streaming applications. This study aims to analyze the quality of internet network services on the Telkomsel cellular network internet network provider for video streaming and video conferencing web application services. Parameters measured on the quality of service are delay, jitter, packet loss. The method used in this research is to take  samples of video streaming and video conferencing applications for one week at different times and captured using the Wireshark application. Data collection was carried out in Mojayan, Klaten, Central Java. The results of this study showed video streaming and video conferencing applications have an average delay value of 37 ms in the "very good" category, jitter 223 ms in the "bad" category and 0% packetloss in the "very good" category. The results of this study indicate that the quality of web video streaming and video conferencing services from the Telkomsel provider at that location is running quite well according to the TIPHON standard. Service improvement needs to be done on the quality of loading so as to reduce buffering when the service is running

Abstract

Website development is one of the important strategies in promoting tourist attractions and as an effort to improve access to information for tourists. This research aims to design and develop a website for Pengklik Madurejo tourist attraction, Sleman using the Waterfall method. This method was chosen because of its systematic and structured approach. The development stages begin with a needs analysis to identify the main features required, such as tourist attraction information, photo gallery, event schedule, and reservation system. Next, at the design stage, the system architecture and user interface were designed to provide an intuitive and engaging experience for users. Implementation is done by developing front-end and back-end components according to the design that has been made. Thorough testing is done to ensure the functionality, compatibility, and security of the website before launching. The development of this tourism website aims to improve the promotion and marketing of Pengklik tourist attraction. Pengklik tourist attraction is located in Madurejo Village, Sleman. The website displays various information about tourist attractions, MSME products, and activities or events that will be held. The results show that this website makes it easier for tourists and MSME players to obtain and disseminate information, as well as support the promotion and marketing of local products. The use of the website is expected to encourage economic growth in the area and increase the reach and involvement of users.

Abstract

Kurangnya informasi mengenai program pelatihan, manfaat, dan persyaratan dalam mengikuti pelatihan dibalai UPT BLK Dinperintransnaker Kabupaten Purworejo menyebabkan minat pendaftar untuk mengikuti pelatihan menjadi berkurang. Terbukti berdasarkan hasil obeservasi yang dilakukan di dapati penurunan jumlah pendafatar pelatihan yang terjadi sejak tahun 2023 hingga 2024 dimana penurunan pendaftar mencapai 31% dari tahun sebelumnya, tentunya hal ini menunjukkan promosi yang telah dilakukan melalui media cetak dan elektronik belum terlalu efektif. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana promosi menjadi sangat penting di era digital saat ini, terutama bagi instansi pemerintahan sebagai bentuk pelayanan terbaik yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Salah satu teknologi potensial yang dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi yaitu menggunakan 3D Virtual Tour, yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk menjelajah lokasi secara virtual dengan tampak nyata. Memberikan visualisai dalam bentuk 3D merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan UPT BLK Dinperintransnaker Kabupaten Purworejo sebagai bentuk promosi digital kepada masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini, dikembangkan sebuah website 3D Virtual Tour dengan melakukan pengujian fungsional menggunakan balck box test dan melakukan pengukuran tingkat penerimaan pengguna menggunakan metode TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Dari penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah website yang menyajikan 3D Virtual Tour yang digunakan untuk mengenalkan UPT BLK Dinperintransnaker Kabupaten Purworejo sebagai sarana promosi kepada masyarakat dengan hasil uji fungsional yang dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat di terima oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Lecturer performance is very important to support the progress of higher education. Determination of lecturer performance is based on Tri Dharma activities, including: teaching, research and community service. This study aims to build a model that can predict the predicate of lecturers from the activities carried out. The best model is obtained by comparing the use of two algorithms, namely Decision Tree and Naive Bayes. Data mining methods use the CRISP-DM method, namely business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and development. Performance testing of training data using K Fold Cross Validation. The modeling results with this performance show that the Decision Tree algorithm has better performance with 94.70%, accuracy, 93.24% precision and 96.33% recall, while Naïve Bayes algorithm has performance with 92.95%, accuracy 90.08% and 96.33%. This shows that modeling using the Decision Tree algorithm can be used as a model in determining lecturer performance.

Abstract

Pertamina has issued a cashless application for fuel purchases since July 2019, named as MyPertamina.  The application aims to make it easier for customers to make payments in transactions at fuel stations.   MyPertamina application can currently be downloaded on Google Playstore. Since its release until now, MyPertamina has been downloaded as many as 10 million with a rating of 3.1 and 339 thousand reviews. Unfortunately the low rating and user reviews dominated by negative comments   show that the app's performance is still not satisfactory.  The reviews data can be converted into valuable information by using entiment analysis.  Many researchers have applied sentiment analysis to MyPertamina user comment data.  However, there have been no studies that apply the handling of negation in MyPertamina reviews, even though negative comments are very often found the word negation, i.e ‘tidak’,’jangan’,’belum’ and ‘bukan’  that will change the sentiment of next sentiment word. Untreated negation words will lead to errors in classification which in turn will decrease accuracy.  This study applies the handling of negation words using First Sentiment Word (FSW) and Fixed Window Length (FWL) methods. The classification algorithms used are Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) and Support Vector Machine (SVM).  In this work, we analized  1000 comments consisting of 390 positive comments and 610 negative comments. The results showed that the best performance of  negation handling is FSW. This method has improved accuracy by 2.5%  and F1 by 1.5%  using NBC algorithm and  has improved accuracy by 2.9% nad F1 by 3.4% using SVM algorithm.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi budaya bangsa dihadapkan pada dinamika perkembanagn budaya barat yang dianggap lebih popular oleh masyarakat. Kesenian wayang kulit yang merupakan salah satu bagian budaya, kini sangat jarang di pertunjukkan sehingga banyak anak-anak yang tidak mengetahunya kesenian tradisional ini. Mengangkat tokoh wayang punakawan melalui media game merupakan salah satu alternative untuk memperkenalkan budaya Jawa pada anak. Melalui tokoh pewayangan anak-anak dapat mengetahui tradisi dan budaya yang melekat pada masyarakat, khususnya kebiasaan adat masyarakat Jawa. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan jenis game puzzle dimana model permainan yaitu memilih dan mencocokkan gambar acak agar menjadi satu kesatuan yang utuh. Terdapat 3 level pada game, masing-masing level memiliki tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda-beda. Pada tiap level yang diminkan akan diberikan teks dan narasi singkat tentang karakter tokoh wayang punakawan sebagai pengetahuan budaya Jawa pada anak. Penelitian menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi puzzle game tentang tokoh wayang punakawan sebagai media untuk meningkatkan pemahaman budaya, agar anak lebih paham tentang budaya Jawa dan lebih termotivasi untuk mengenal serta mencintai budaya lokal.

Abstract

Effective financial management is essential for ensuring the optimal operation of educational institutions, including the Al Luqmaniyyah Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta. Traditional manual financial administration often leads to delayed reporting, inaccurate record-keeping, and limited accountability. To address these challenges, this study emphasizes the digitalization of payment processes through the development of a web-based digital payment information system that supports structured student billing management, including scheduled and monthly bills, as well as fully digitized payment transactions. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, employing Laravel version 11 and a MySQL database. It integrates multi-role authentication features using the Spatie Laravel Permission package to ensure secure and differentiated access. System validation was conducted through Black Box Testing with the Equivalence Partitioning technique, focusing on verifying functional correctness across core modules such as billing management, payment processing, and role-based access control. The testing process was carried out after system implementation in a production environment to ensure that application behavior aligned with predefined functional requirements. The results indicate that all system modules function in accordance with the specified design, achieving full functional validation. The digitalization of payment processes significantly simplifies financial transaction recording, minimizes administrative errors, and enhances transparency for both administrators and students. This study highlights the importance of payment digitalization in modernizing financial services in Islamic boarding schools and is expected to serve as a reference for similar system development initiatives in other pesantren environments.
