Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of Flipped Learning on Islamic Religious Education learning and student learning motivation at Kertonegoro State Elementary School (SDN). The Flipped Learning method allows students to access learning materials before class sessions and allocates class time for interactive discussions and understanding concepts. This research involved teachers and students at SDN Kertonegoro in implementing Flipped Learning during a certain period. The results of the research show that Flipped Learning has a positive impact on Islamic Religious Education at SDN Kertonegoro. More intense interaction between teachers and students during class sessions increases the understanding of religious concepts and enhances student engagement in learning. In addition, Flipped Learning also contributes to increasing student learning motivation. Students show greater interest, more active participation, and a higher level of persistence in understanding religious teachings. Even though several technical obstacles were encountered, such as limited internet access, the long-term benefits of implementing Flipped Learning are believed to positively contribute to the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning at SDN Kertonegoro. The implications of this research provide a basis for the development of more adaptive and motivational learning strategies in the context of religious education at the elementary level. Hopefully, this research can contribute to a better understanding of the effectiveness of Flipped Learning in improving student learning and motivation. That this learning approach stimulates student curiosity and develops their independence in learning. Despite facing some technical hindrances, such as limited internet access in some areas, the long-term benefits of Flipped Learning are believed to contribute positively to the quality of Islamic Religious Education at SDN Kertonegoro. The implications of this research can assist in developing more adaptive and motivational learning strategies in the context of religious education at the elementary level.

Abstract

This study aimed to research an experimental research in teaching English listening material using English film for the Eleventh grade students of SMK Full Day Bustanul Ulum, The design English Teaching Material to improve the listening skill’s students in SMK Full Day Bustanul Ulum. The research in this study is designing English teaching material using English film to increase students’ listening skill. In this context of the research the researcher designed the listening material in the vocational high school especially in SMK Full Day Bustanul Ulum by focused on quantitative data of Experimental reseach. The data in this research were taken with a round of the object study. The steps of the study are pre and posttests, plan, implementation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed as the teaching materials for designing listening teaching materials that relevant with the vocational school. And then, the syllabus was designed based on the curriculum 2013.

Abstract

Realizing marketable guidance in pilgrimage leadership is not easy to put into practice. It takes a leadership strategy that has positive implications for each congregation that he leads so that it has an impact on increasing the volume of pilgrims every year. This research used a qualitative approach, with a descriptive type. The research data source was obtained from KBIHU Nurul Haramain by purposive sampling and snowball sampling model. The data collection technique was carried out by using observation, interviews, and documentation. While the technical data analysis was by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used a triangulation model. The research results explained that the marketable leadership strategies carried out by the kyai, are: service strategies that are easy to understand by implementing Hajj exercises or rituals 12 times in 1 year and in collaboration, the Hajj practice directly led by Kyai and professionals, direct guidance from home to the holy lands of Makkah and Medina, arranging rituals scheduled as needed the knowledge systematically. Strategies of figures that appear in the Kyai consist of namely friendly service, and excellent facilitation for the congregation from in the country to the holy land.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how academic supervision helps improve teacher professionalism at MI ManbaulUlum in TanjungsariKrejengan, which includes the program, implementation, evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the head of MadrsahIbtidaiyahManbaulUlumTanjungsariKrejengan. Through supervisory activities, madrasas can provide guidance, motivation and technical assistance to teachers with difficulties in learning activities to improve teacher professionalism. This research qualitative uses research. To collect data using observation data, interviews, and documentation, we spoke with the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa, and the teacher. The results of this research show that the supervision of a madrasa director in developing teachers' professional competence is going as planned. The effects of improving the professional competence of teachers include; mastery of materials, essential mastering competencies, developing materials, sustainably developing professionalism by taking reflective actions, and utilizing information and communication technology.

Abstract

Penilaian dari berbagai pendapat yang tidak objektif membuat berbagai kalangan dirugikan dengan sebutan-sebutan yang tidak dikehendaki. Perkembangan besarnya perhatian agama terhadap masalah sosial tersebut selanjutnya mendorong kaum beragama memahami ilmu-ilmu sosial sebagai alat untuk memahami permasalahan yang terjadi, sehingga tidak ada mis-undestanding dalam berinteraksi, pemaknaan, perspektif berlebihan yang sangat berbeda.Agama seringkali menjadi bahan terjadinya permasalahan, namun ia juga kemudian menjadi bahan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi di antara masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, maka menjadi urgen kondisi-kondisi tersebut untuk dipahami dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang relevan. Dan dalam pembahasan ini pendekatan yang dimaksud adalah pendekatan sosiologis. Pendekatan sosiologis merupakan pendekatan atau suatu metode yang pembahasannya atas suatu objek yang dilandaskan pada masyarakat yang ada pada pembahasan tersebut. Berdasarkan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan kontemporer, ilmu ini digunakan sebagai salah satu metode dalam rangka memahami dan mengkaji agama. Kenapa agama?, karena agama mempengaruhi individu-individu dan hubungan-hubungan sosial. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pemahaman ajaran dalam kehidupan yang universal. Pendekatan ini mencoba memahami keagamaan seseorang. Pendekatan ini menjadi pendekatan penerang bagi masyarakat dalam menghadapi problematika. Karenanya diperlukan pendekatan sosiologis (kemasyarakatan) untuk memahami apa yang mereka yakini dari pengetahuan agama tersebut.

Abstract

Kebijakan-kebijakan mengenai pendidikan pada Madrasah di Negara Indonesia diputuskan, semuanya dalam rangka memperbaiki layanan dan kualitas Bangsa Indonesia saat ini dan di masa yang akan datang. Namun tentu hal seperti ini mendapatkan 2 respon yang berbeda yaitu antara positif dan negatif. Berkenaan dengan otonomi daerah yang dikenal pula dengan desentralisasi pendidikan membuat Madrasah harus memiliki strategi-strategi baik dalam mengelola layanan pendidikan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat secara universal, sehingga muncul rasa kepuasan (satisfaction) masyarakat untuk dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada dirinya, orang lain, dan Negara Indonesia. Pembahasan (research) dalam artikel ini menggunakan kajian pustaka dan melalui beberapa observasi yang berkembang pada Madrasah saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school principals’ leadership strategies in enhancing teachers’ competencies to effectively manage inclusive learning. The research focuses on leadership approaches, academic supervision, teacher professional development, and collaboration with parents in supporting the development of children with special needs. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, conducted at an Islamic Integrated Early Childhood Education institution implementing inclusive education. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, regular teachers, special education teachers, and parents, as well as documentation analysis. The data were analyzed thematically using source triangulation to ensure validity. The findings reveal that principals’ leadership strategies significantly contribute to improving inclusive teachers’ competencies. The principal applied a combination of transformational and instructional leadership through academic supervision, technical guidance in lesson planning, constructive feedback, continuous professional training, and motivational practices such as appreciation and recognition. Furthermore, strong collaboration among teachers, special assistants, and parents strengthened the implementation of inclusive education. This study implies that adaptive, collaborative, and professional development–oriented leadership is essential for strengthening inclusive education practices and enhancing the capacity of school principals as instructional leaders and promoters of sustainable inclusive school culture.
