Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product quality and price have on sales levels with service quality as an intervening variable for House Of Smith consumers. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was a positive and not significant effect of the product quality variable on the service quality variable. There is a positive and significant effect of the price variable on the service quality variable. There is a positive and significant effect of the product quality variable on the sales level variable. There is a positive and insignificant influence on the level of sales. There is a positive and significant influence of service quality variables on sales level variables. There is a positive and not significant effect of the product quality variable on the sales level variable with the service quality variable as the intervening variable. There is a positive and significant effect of the price variable on the sales level variable with the service quality variable as the intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the influence of income and financial literacy on investment decisions through financial behavior as a moderating variable for Bank Nagari Muara Labuh Branch customers. The sample in this study were customers of Bank Nagari with a total of 100 samples. The data analysis method uses moderated regression analysis The results are based on the research and hypothesis testing that has been done, the results of the study can obtain that income has a positive and significant effect on Investment Decisions at Bank Nagari Muara Labuh Branch. Financial Literacy positively and significantly affects Investment Decisions at Bank Nagari Muara Labuh Branch. Income positively and significantly affects Investment Decisions through Financial Behavior at Bank Nagari Muara Labuh Branch. Financial Literacy positively and significantly affects Financial Behavior Decisions at Bank Nagari Muara Labuh Branch. This research contributes to financial institutions to create policies to improve customer investment decisions. Abstract

AbstrakSistem suplai bahan bakar adalah cara untuk membawa bahan bakar ke ruang bakar, bisaberupa sistem bensin, diesel, atau bahan bakar lainnya.Untuk menciptakan pembakaran yangsempurna pada motor berbahan bakar bensin dimulai pada saat terjadinya loncatan bunga apipada spark plug atau busi kemudian membakar campuran bahan bakar dengan udara dalamkondisi campuran paling ideal yang telah diatur oleh ECU kemudian dikabutkan melalui throttlebody ke dalam ruang bakar sehingga dengan komposisi percampuran yang paling ideal akanmenghasilkan pembakaran yang sempurna. Pada saat pembakaran sempurna terjadi maka akansangat berpengaruh terhadap performa mesin yang semakin maksimal. Metode yang digunakanuntuk melakukan penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dengan pengujian daya dan torsi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pembahasan pada bab sebelumnya dapat disimpulkan sebagaiberikut :Dengan penggantian variasi nilai AFR menjadi 13,5 : 1 daya maksimum mengalamipeningkatan sebesar 3,2 % dari ECU standar dan daya tersebut didapatkan pada putaran mesinyang sedikit lebih tinggi yaitu 8150 rpm yang sebelumnya didapatkan pada putaran mesin 8040rpm pada ECU standar.Dengan penggantian variasi nilai AFR menjadi 13,5 : 1 torsi maksimummengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,2% dari ECU standar dan torsi tersebut didapatkan padaputaran mesin lebih rendah yaitu 7920 rpm yang sebelumnya didapatkan pada putaran mesin8040 rpm pada ECU standar.Dengan merubah nilai AFR dapat meningkatkan daya dan torsisepeda motor. Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan komoditas strategis di sektor perkebunan Indonesia karena perannya dalam menyuplai minyak nabati bagi industri domestik maupun global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Vector Autoregression (VAR) untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap harga minyak kelapa sawit mentah (CPO). Hasil analisis jangka panjang menunjukkan bahwa inflasi, nilai tukar rupiah, tingkat suku bunga, dan volume ekspor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga CPO pada tingkat kepercayaan 5%. Inflasi dan suku bunga berdampak positif, sedangkan nilai tukar memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap harga CPO. Volume ekspor menunjukkan pengaruh positif meskipun relatif kecil. Pada model jangka pendek (VECM), harga CPO pada lag pertama dan kedua signifikan dan berpengaruh positif. Hasil Variance Decomposition memperlihatkan bahwa fluktuasi harga CPO pada awalnya didominasi oleh variabel itu sendiri, mencapai 100% pada periode pertama, lalu menurun menjadi 86,77% pada periode kesepuluh. Variabel makro lainnya menunjukkan kontribusi stabil terhadap pergerakan harga CPO.

Abstract

Tujuan utama pelaksanaan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui biaya yang digunakan serta mengetahui proses pemasaran sambal cabai rawit olahan UMKM masyarakat khususnya di SP7 Desa Salimbatu Kecamatan Tanjung Palas Tengah Kabupaten Bulungan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak empat orang yang mengusahakan sambal cabai rawit olahan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, serta menggunakan kuesioner untuk mendukung pendapat responden, kemudian melakukan pengumpulan data dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian dari analisis pemasaran produk sambal yaitu diketahui terdapat biaya yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk olahan sambal yaitu terdiri dari biaya tetap sebesar Rp 7.930.000 dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp 655.000, sehingga biaya total yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk sambal cabai rawit olahan di SP7 Desa Salimbatu sebesar Rp 8.585.000. Saluran pemasaran sambal cabai rawit olahan di SP7 Desa Salimbatu Kecamatan Tanjung Palas Tengah terdapat tiga saluran utama yang yaitu dari pelaku usaha UMKM sambal langsung ke konsumen, dari pelaku usaha UMKM sambal menuju pedagang lokal dan berakhir ke konsumen, dan dari pelaku usaha UMKM sambal menuju pedagang lokal kemudian menuju pedagang luar dan berakhir ke konsumen.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase knowledge and skills in financial management based on digital technology in business development for SigekArt MSMEs. The method of implementing this community service uses training, which consists of several stages, namely activity administration, digital business management assistance and product innovation. The results of this service show that the understanding of partner business management has increased, especially in digital financial management. Partners are also able to increase production by more than 85% per day. The quality of production stitching is also better and neater, because the PKM team provides business capital and industrial sewing machine equipment to partners. Product innovation can also be carried out by partners because there is always assistance from the PKM team.

Abstract

This research was performed because the raw material inventory control has not used any specific methods in agroindustry company PT XYZ which resulted in the stacking of raw material inventory in the storage warehouse and the number of orders each time ordering raw materials that have not been set so that the cost of ordering and handling cost have not been controlled. The cost of raw material inventory can be minimized by the application of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. This method can show the quantity of economic order, optimal purchase frequency, time to re-order/ROP (Re-Order Point), and the amount of safety raw material/safety stock. This research aims to know raw material inventory control processes with actual conditions of the company and the influence of EOQ method implementation on the total of raw materials inventory costs. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews, while the analysis used the formulation of EOQ method by taking into account of TIC (Total Inventory Cost), ROP, reorder frequency, and safety stock. The results of calculation and data analysis using EOQ method shows the total cost of inventory is lower when compared with the actual method of the company. EOQ method can also help the company to reduce the influence of fluctuation in demand of production process that is not stabilized. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh brand ambassador dan citra merek terhadap minat beli dengan kepercayaan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna produk scarlett dikalangan mahasiswa manajemen Bp 23 Upi Yptk Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa manajemen Bp 23 Upi Yptk Padang yaitu sebanyak 589 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partikal Least Square (PLS) 4.0. dengan menggunakan kusioner sebanyak 87 responden. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan, (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel brand ambassador terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel citra merek terhadap variabel kepercayaan konsumen. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel brand ambassador terhadap variabel minat beli. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel citra merek terhadap minat beli. (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan variabel kepercayaan konsumen terhadap minat beli. (6) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan variabel brand ambassador terhadap variabel minat beli melalui variabel kepercayaan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study focuses on examining the role of profitability in explaining the relationship between Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and Intellectual Capital on firm value. The research was conducted on banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period, with a total sample of 47 companies. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 23 application. The results show that ESG and Intellectual Capital have a significant effect on profitability. However, ESG does not have a significant effect on firm value, while Intellectual Capital and profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value. Furthermore, the findings indicate that profitability is able to mediate the relationship between ESG and firm value, but it cannot mediate the relationship between Intellectual Capital and firm value. These results suggest that the implementation of ESG practices contributes to enhancing firm value through improved profitability, whereas the effect of Intellectual Capital on firm value tends to occur directly without the mediating role of profitability
