Abstract

Misi Allah adalah tugas utama gereja dan orang percaya yang mesti ditunaikan, namun hal tersebut tampaknya kurang disadari oleh kalangan tertentu dalam tubuh gereja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengemukakan pentingnya kesadaran gereja sebagai jalan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang misi Allah yang menghantar gereja berpartisipasi aktif di dalamnya demi menyelamatkan dunia dari dosa. Salah satu upaya yang efektif dalam membangun kesadaran gereja adalah melalui pendidikan sebagai wadah membentuk murid Kristus secara berkelanjutan. Pendidikan yang dimaksudkan adalah pendidikan secara formal maupun non formal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan buku dan artikel jurnal secara selektif sesuai pokok penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendidikan merupakan upaya yang efektif dan efisien dalam membangun kesadaran gereja akan tugas dan tanggung jawab misionernya. Perkembangan kekristenan dan pertumbuhan gereja, serta pergerakan misi yang meluas di berbagai belahan dunia mengonfirmasi indikator tersebut.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Prof. DR. Moestopo (Beragama) merupakan Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Pendidikan yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan jasa kesehatan, dengan tanggung jawab memberikan pengobatan memberikan perawatan, mengusahakan kesembuhan dan kesehatan pasien, serta mengupayakan pendidikan hidup sehat yang menyeluruh bagi masyarakat. Sebagai salah satu lembaga yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan jasa kesehatan, rumah sakit harus mempunyai kualitas pelayanan yang baik, kepercayaan yang tinggi, dan fasilitas yang baik untuk mewujudkan dan mempertahankan kepuasan pasien. Tujuan: Untuk menjelaskan serta menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, kepercayaan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada 100 responden pasien yang telah menjalakan perawatan di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama). Data yang telah dikumpilkan dianalisis dengan bantuan pengolahan data berbasis komputer. Hasil: Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan, Kualitas layanan (X1), Kepercayaan (X2) dan Fasilitas (X3) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Pasien (Y) baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kesimpulan: Kualitas layanan (X1), Kepercayaan (X2) dan Fasilitas (X3) mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pasien (Y)

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit gigi dan mulut merupakan salah satu jenis rumah sakit yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasiennya. Rumah sakit Gigi dan Mulut Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) merupakan salah satu rumah sakit gigi dan mulut di Indonesia yang menawarkan berbagai jenis pelayanan terkait kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Sebagai lembaga pelayanan kesehatan, perusahaan dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi para pasien dan juga mempertahankan loyalitas pasien. Tujuan: Untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pelayanan,lokasi dan tarif terhadap loyalitas pasien. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional, teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 80 responden pasien yang telah menjalakan 2 kali perawatan di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama). Data yang telah dikumpilkan dianalisis dengan bantuan pengolahan data berbasis software SPSS 24.0.Hasil Penelitian: Pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pasien (Y). Lokasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pasien (Y). Tarif (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pasien (Y). Pelayanan (X1), Lokasi (X2), dan Tarif (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pasien (Y). Kesimpulan: Loyalitas Pasien (Y) dipengaruhi oleh Pelayanan (X1), Lokasi (X2), dan Tarif (X3).

Abstract

Kupang is a city where teacher competence is still low. The government has disbursed quite a lot of funds for teacher development in Kupang. It is unfortunate if the teachers who have been fostered do not have high loyalty to move to other schools or leave the area. It is suspected that loyalty is influenced by teacher satisfaction and integrity. Satisfaction can include satisfaction with salary, workload, leadership, co-workers, awards, regulations, and facilities. If the components influence of satisfaction and integrity on teacher loyalty in Kupang can be found, then policies to increase loyalty can be pursued. This research aims to analyze the distribution of teachers in Kupang based on their loyalty, analyze the distribution of teachers in Kupang based on their general satisfaction, the distribution of teachers in Kupang based on their integrity, and the effect of integrity and satisfaction on teacher loyalty in Kupang. This research was conducted based on 141 teachers in Kupang who were selected by purposive sampling. The method used for data analysis is Partial Least Square (PLS) and Distribution Table. The data analysis found that 39% of respondents had low loyalty, and 61% had high loyalty; 48.2% of respondents had low general satisfaction and 51.8% had high satisfaction, 44% had low integrity, and 56% had high integrity. Variables that influence loyalty are integrity, satisfaction with salary, school rules, and co-workers. The higher the integrity and satisfaction component of salaries, regulations, and co-workers, the higher the loyalty of teachers in Kupang.

Abstract

This study analyses significant factors affecting the level of preparation for the industry 4.0 era related to anxiety about the COVID-19 pandemic on employees in DKI Jakarta. Apart from being influenced by the anxiety of the COVID-19 pandemic, the level of preparation for the industry 4.0 is also differentiated by gender, age, education, marital status, decreasing income, and loyalty. Therefore, companies can arrange the planning related to preparing the industry 4.0 during the COVID-19 pandemic if those factors have been figured out. This study used a quantitative method, and the population of this study is full-time employees in DKI Jakarta. The sample was selected by using the snowball sampling technique distributed to 12 companies in DKI Jakarta. The distribution was conducted through the WhatsApp application for a month, and it was gained 228 respondents. Snowball sampling technique used in correlation with the implementation of large-scale social restrictions caused by COVID-19 pandemic. The data analysis used a multiple linear regression model. The results show that factors affecting the level of employees’ preparation in DKI Jakarta for industry 4.0 related to the anxiety of the COVID-19 pandemic are loyalty and a decrease in income.

Abstract

Trademark infringement occurs because there is a similarity in substance or in its entirety to a brand, as is the case in case Number 24/Pdt.Sus-Merek/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. Problems 1) What are the regulations for the protection of rights holders of the HELP brand whose marks are used by other parties based on Law no. 20 of 2016 concerning Brands and Geographical Indications?. 2) Is the Commercial Court judge's decision regarding the HELP trademark dispute in accordance with Law no. 20 of 2016 concerning Brands and Geographical Indications?. This research is of the normative type with the nature of descriptive research with secondary data carried out by literature study and then carried out qualitative analysis and deductive logic to draw conclusions. The results of the research can be seen. Legal protection against Melia Lustojoputro as the owner of the rights to the "HELP" brand whose brand is used by another party, namely PT Solusi Solusi Digital without permission, can file a trademark cancellation lawsuit against the HELPOLD brand owned by PT Solusi Solusi Digital based on the provisions of Article 76 of the Law. Trademarks and Geographical Indications and the Commercial Court judge's decision regarding the HELP trademark dispute are not in accordance with the provisions contained in Article 21 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of Law no. 20 of 2016 concerning Brands and Geographical Indications

Abstract

This study aims to examine the direct influence of transformational leadership, job promotions, and work motivation on employee performance, as well as the indirect influence of transformational leadership and job promotions, mediated by work motivation, in the Elementary School Directorate of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. This is due to frequent leadership changes, with each leader having a different leadership style, which impacts employee performance. Lack of employee motivation is caused by employees feeling they rarely receive motivation during their work, which impacts employee performance. Lack of appreciation for employees impacts employee performance. Unclear career paths for job promotions impact employee performance. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with a correlational approach. The target population in this study was employees in the Elementary School Directorate of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. The sample used in this study was all 61 employees in the Elementary School Directorate of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. This study used linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that Transformational Leadership had a significant influence on Employee Performance. Job Promotion has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Work Motivation, Job Promotion has a significant effect on Work Motivation, Work Motivation cannot mediate the effect of Transformational Leadership on employee performance, and Work Motivation cannot mediate the effect of Job Promotion on employee performance.
