Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Islamic education policies in Junior High Schools are designed, implemented, and evaluated in the context of the Independent Curriculum and attempts to identify supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the policy. This study uses Library Research with a qualitative approach. Islamic education policies in Junior High Schools have a strategic role in shaping a generation that is faithful, pious, and has noble character. The implementation of policies in the context of the Independent Curriculum provides an opportunity to integrate Islamic values ​​into the learning process flexibly and contextually. Through effective policies, schools can create an educational environment that supports the development of students' Islamic character, both through strengthening the curriculum, religious activity programs, and social interactions based on Islamic values. The supporting factors for the successful implementation of Islamic education policies in Junior High Schools are a flexible curriculum, teacher competence, parental support, and adequate facilities. Meanwhile, the challenges are limited resources, lack of relevant teaching materials, and the influence of globalization which greatly demands adaptive and innovative strategies so that they can provide maximum impact. So that strategic steps are needed in the future with synergy between the government, schools, parents and the community need to be improved to optimize the implementation of this policy. If all parties have coordinated well, this policy is relevant to the needs of students and is able to produce a generation that excels academically, has an Islamic character, and is ready to face global challenges.

Abstract

Munculnya Sekolah Islam Terpadu merupakan Respon terhadap ketidakpuasan dari aktivis Gerakan Islam oleh system Pendidikan nasional yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini ditulis untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang kebijakan Pendidikan Islam di sekolah Islam Terpadu dan menjawab bagaimana posisi sekolah Islam Terpadu dalam Sistem Pendidikan nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kualitatif, datanya di dapatkan dari sumber seperti buku, Artikel dan sumber-sumber terpercaya lainnya yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan Pendidikan Islam di sekolah Islam Terpadu. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Sekolah Islam Terpadu merupakan sekolah yang mengimplementasikan konsep Pendidikan Islam yang berlandaskan Al-Qur’an dan As Sunnah. Dalam aplikasinya sekolah Islam terpadu diartikan sebagai sekolah yang menerapkan pendekatan penyelenggaraan dengan memadukan Pendidikan umum dan Pendidikan agama menjadi satu jalinan kurikulum. Sekolah Islam terpadu juga menekankan keterpaduan dalam metode pembelajaran sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Sekolah Islam terpadu juga memadukan Pendidikan aqliyah, ruhiyah dan jasadiyah.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang isu Pendidikan Islam di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskritif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui teknik studi pustaka yang mana data diperoleh dari buku-buku, jurnal, laporan penelitian, karya tulis ilmiah, peraturan-peraturan, ensiklopedia, dan sumber-sumber tertulis baik cetak maupun elektronik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama islam memiliki peran yang penting dalam menyiapkan peserta didik di masyarakat. Masyarakat Indonesia adalah masyarakat yang religious. Agama menjadi bagian integral dalam kehidupannya. Momen-momen penting diintegrasikan dengan ritual keagamaan seperti pernikahan , kematian dan lain-lain. Oleh karenanya pendidikan Islam di sekolah dimungkinkan menjadi bagian penting dalam mempersiapkan masyarakat Indonesia yang tetap religious.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the concept of non-violent Islamic education based on the practices and principles implemented by the Khulafaur Rasyidin, namely Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, Umar ibn Khattab, Utsman ibn Affan, and Ali ibn Abi Thalib. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research and historical-critical analysis of classical and contemporary literature. The findings reveal that the Khulafur Rasyidin prioritized educational principles grounded in compassion, dialogue, exemplary conduct, and community empowerment, while firmly rejecting physical and verbal violence in educational practices. Each caliph demonstrated a unique yet consistent approach rooted in humanistic and just Islamic values. The study concludes that the non-violent educational model exemplified by the Khulafaur Rasyidin is highly relevant for addressing modern educational challenges, particularly in developing a character-based and dignified learning system.

Abstract

K.H. Ahmad Dahlan dikenal sebagai tokoh gerakan pembaru dan reformis Islam meletakkan pendidikan Islam sebagai sarana dan upaya yang strategis untuk menyelamatkan umat Islam dari pemikiran yang statis di bawah penjajahan kolonial Belanda dan Jepang, menuju pemikiran yang dinamis untuk mewujudkan kemerdekaan Indonesia. Semangat perjuangan yang digagas oleh K.H. Ahmad Dahlan diimplementasikan dengan mendirikan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan yang digunakan sebagai sentral kaderisasi bagi umat Islam Indonesia. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan berpendapat bahwa pendidikan yang mampu mengantarkan umat manusia menjadi manusia yang sempurna. Secara umum, ide-ide pembaharuan Ahmad Dahlan dapat diklasifikasikan kepada dua dimensi pendidikan masa kini, yaitu: Pertama, berupaya memurnikan (purifikasi) ajaran Islam dari khufarat, tahayul, dan bid’ah yang selama ini telah bercampur dalam akidah dan ibadah umat Islam. Kedua, mengajak umat Islam untuk keluar dari jejaring pemikiran tradisional melalui re-interpretasi terhadap doktrin Islam dalam rumusan dan penjelasan yang dapat diterima oleh rasio.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis tren, pendekatan, dan temuan penelitian terkait administrasi dan supervisi pendidikan Islam di era Society 5.0, dengan fokus pada transformasi digital, kepemimpinan, dan mutu pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengkaji artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional dan internasional dalam rentang waktu tertentu. Proses penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui basis data ilmiah bereputasi dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang jelas. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa era Society 5.0 mendorong lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam sistem administrasi dan praktik supervisi secara adaptif dan humanis. Kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam berperan strategis dalam mengelola perubahan, memperkuat budaya organisasi, serta menjamin mutu pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan SDM digital dan resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi isu utama. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan konseptual bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik administrasi serta supervisi pendidikan Islam yang relevan dengan tuntutan Society 5.0.

Abstract

Financial administration is an important aspect of managing organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies, as it relates to the processes of planning, organizing, implementing, recording, supervising, and accounting for the use of financial resources. Proper and systematic financial management is necessary to ensure that financial resources are utilized effectively, efficiently, transparently, and accountably in order to support the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, understanding the fundamental principles of financial administration is essential for organizational managers so that they can perform financial management functions appropriately and responsibly. This article aims to explain the basic concepts of financial administration and their application in various organizational contexts. The method used in this study is a library research method, which involves examining various literature sources such as books, scientific journals, and official documents related to financial administration. The data obtained are then analyzed descriptively to provide a comprehensive overview of the definition, functions, principles, and implementation mechanisms of financial administration in organizational practice. The results of the study show that financial administration includes several important activities, such as budgeting, managing revenues and expenditures, recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and conducting supervision and evaluation of budget utilization. In practice, financial administration must be based on the principles of good financial management, including transparency, accountability, effectiveness, efficiency, and responsibility. The application of these principles aims to prevent the misuse of funds, increase stakeholder trust, and ensure that every financial activity is carried out according to the planned objectives. Furthermore, the proper implementation of financial administration also contributes to improving the quality of organizational management, particularly in terms of program planning, decision-making, and the control of operational activities. With a well-structured financial administration system, organizations are able to monitor cash flow more accurately, prepare clear financial reports, and conduct periodic evaluations of financial usage. Ultimately, this helps organizations achieve their goals more effectively and sustainably. In conclusion, financial administration does not merely function as a process of financial recording but also as a management system that supports the optimal utilization of resources. Therefore, every organization needs to understand and consistently apply the principles of financial administration in order to establish good, transparent, and accountable financial governance.

Abstract

The digital disruption era compels madrasahs to undergo fundamental transformations in their managerial systems to maintain relevance and enhance competitiveness. This study aims to map global literature regarding the transformation of Islamic education administration with a focus on three main pillars: leadership, governance, and human capital. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA protocol, this study analyzes articles from the Scopus databases published between 2014 and 2024. Research findings indicate that digital transformation triggers a shift in the role of madrasah heads toward transformational leadership that orchestrates technology and organizational culture. In the governance pillar, a transition toward Governance 4.0 occurs through the integration of management information systems that improve transparency and accountability. Furthermore, human capital readiness is found to be a critical determinant requiring continuous professional development. Theoretically, this research synthesizes Islamic values, specifically the principles of Amanah (accountability) and Itqan (professionalism), as ethical foundations in data governance and digital administration. These results provide a framework for stakeholders to optimize the digital madrasah ecosystem without compromising the identity of Islamic values.
