Abstract

Companies are expected to be able to maximise the limited human resources they have in order to meet the goals of a company that has been set. The purpose of this study is to determine the variable influence of work discipline, organisational commitment, and person job fit on employee performance at CV Gardenia Java.  The research method used is quantitative method. The object of research is one of the furniture industries in Jepara. The population in this study were employees in the production department with a total of 105 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25 application. In analysing data using statistical methods using validity, reliability, and normality tests. To ascertain whether the data meets the basic assumptions of the study, a classic assumption test is carried out. In addition, researchers will conduct multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, T test, simultaneous test (F), and determination test.  The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work discipline variable has a positive influence on employee performance as indicated by the b1 value (work discipline coefficient value) of 0.678 which means that the more work discipline increases, the employee performance will increase; (2) Organisational commitment variable has a positive influence on employee performance satisfaction, that is, if organisational commitment increases, employee performance will increase. This is indicated by the coefficient value of organisational commitment (b2) of 0.478; (3) The person job fit variable has a positive influence on employee performance as indicated by the person job fit coefficient value of 0.561 (b3). This means that if person job fit becomes more affordable, employee performance will increase.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah guna menganalisis serta menguji pengaruh Disiplin Kerja serta Lingkungan Kerja pada Prestasi Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel Mediasi pada PT AP Semarang. Metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan sampel 62 pegawai. Menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling untuk menentukan sampel. Metode analisis yang diterapkan mencakup evaluasi outer model, inner model, serta pengujian hipotesis memakai perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0.9. Hasil penelitian menyiratkan yakni: (1). pengaruh disiplin kerja pada motivasi kerja positif signifikan (2). pengaruh lingkungan kerja pada motivasi kerja positif tidak signifikan (3). pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja positif signifikan (4). pengaruh lingkungan kerja pada prestasi kerja positif tidak signifikan (5). pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja positif signifikan (6). Pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh pada Prestasi Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja (7). Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh pada Prestasi Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of service quality, price, and customer trust on customer loyalty at Alfamart H385-Supriyadi Semarang. The research method employed is descriptive and correlational, with the population consisting of repeat customers at Alfamart. A total of 80 respondents were selected as samples using a random sampling method, and data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire. The results of the analysis indicate that service quality, price, and customer trust significantly affect customer loyalty at Alfamart. Both service quality and price show a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, with regression coefficient values of 0.320 and 0.269, respectively. Additionally, customer trust also has a positive and significant influence, with a regression coefficient value of 0.429. Simultaneous analysis reveals that all three factors collectively influence customer loyalty significantly, with an R- square value of 75.4%. The conclusion drawn from this study is that Alfamart H385-Supriyadi Semarang needs to pay attention to and enhance service quality, price, and customer trust to strengthen customer loyalty. These steps can assist the company in retaining existing customers, attracting new ones, and overall improving customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of cryptocurrency, particularly among Gen Z and millennials, has raised significant ethical, financial, and religious questions in Islamic contexts. This study explores the role of dakwah in addressing cryptocurrency, with a focus on guiding Muslim communities toward Shariah-compliant financial practices. By employing content analysis of prominent Islamic preachers, such as Zakir Naik, Adi Hidayat, and Assim Al Hakeem, the research identifies recurring themes, including speculative risks (gharar), gambling-like behavior (maysir), and the lack of regulation. It also examines the nuanced rulings that differentiate permissible uses, such as spot transactions, from impermissible speculative investments. The findings highlight the critical role of preachers in educating their communities, emphasizing financial literacy, Shariah compliance, and ethical innovation. The study concludes with recommendations for leveraging digital platforms, promoting Shariah-compliant cryptocurrencies, and addressing the psychological factors, such as FOMO, driving impulsive investments. This research provides actionable insights for preachers to engage effectively with younger Muslim audiences in navigating cryptocurrency responsibly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menilai pengaruh motivasi, kemajuan teknologi informasi, pengetahuan investasi, dan modal investasi terhadap minat generasi Z untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden, dengan menerapkan metode purposive sampling untuk memilih responden. Survei online dengan skala Likert dilakukan melalui Google Forms untuk pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data kuantitatif yang dianalisis melalui perangkat lunak SPSS 21. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa motivasi, kemajuan teknologi informasi, pengetahuan investasi, dan modal investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat generasi Z untuk melaksanakan investasi di pasar modal. Abstract

Ketersediaan atau kecukupan makanan, sanitasi lingkungan yang kurang menguntungkan dan kondisi kesehatan lingkungan yang kurang bagus merupakan faktor yang tidak langsung berpengaruh pada perkembangan anak. Guru dan orang tua perlu cepat tanggap dengan kondisi yang dialami anak-anak. Upaya cepat tanggap akan menyelamatkan tumbuh kembang anak. penyakit yang lebih banyak menyerang anak. TK. Pertiwi merupakan salah satu instansi Pendidikan dasar yang merasa perlu mengetahui tumbuh kembang anak didiknya. Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan sarana yang digunakan untuk perantara transfer ilmu dari entitas guru ke peserta didik. Media pembelajaran sangat mempengaruhi tercapainya kompetensi pembelajaran. Mitra pada program kemitraan ini adalah SD. Negeri 4 Kertosari yang sampai sejauh ini masih memanfaatkan pembelajaran secara konvensional. Pembelajaran secara konvensional cenderung membentuk rasa bosan bagi siswa. Tujuan dari program kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi pada guru di lingkungan  SD. Negeri 4 Kertosari untuk meningkatkan kualitas mengajar dengan Media Pembelajaran Quis Berbasis Power Point.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan adalah kegiatan menyusun, mengatur, dan mengelola keuangan agar lebih terstruktur dan optimal. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik sangat diperlukan, agar mereka dapat mengatur keuangan dengan bijak dan menghindari masalah finansial di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, financial technology, sikap keuangan, dan locus of control terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Dian Nuswantoro yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui Google Form serta dibagikan langsung kepada mahasiswa. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS 22 dengan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh masing-masing variabel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan finansial technology berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Namun, sikap keuangan dan locus of control tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Measuring employee performance is important for companies to carry out their business processes to meet people's electricity needs. This research aims to determine the most important indicators that can improve employee performance using the Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC) method approach and weighting using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). To find out the most important indicators, they are determined by accumulating key informant assessments in this research which are then analyzed using AHP with the help of the superdecision application. The research results show that the main perspective that must be considered is the customer perspective which has the highest priority weight. Then for each perspective on the HRSC theoretical approach, the key performance indicator (KPI) that PT PLN Pusmanpro Semarang must prioritize based on the highest priority weight is the KPI Reward amount (0.024351) in the financial perspective, KPI speed of service (0.134916 ) from the customer perspective, KPI for the number of projects implemented (0.023622) from the internal business process perspective, and KPI for increasing employee understanding of their job descriptions (0.035857) from the learning & growth perspective. To be able to improve the performance of its employees, PT PLN Pusmanpro Semarang must consider each of the most important indicators from each HRSC perspective.
