Abstract

Promotion of direct visits to schools is spearheading the introduction of higher education products directly to teachers and students in schools. This activity requires a promotion team that is really expected to be able to introduce higher education products to attract the interest and trust of teachers, especially students, to enter the college. The problem is that so far, recruiting promotion team members is only based on subjectivity and there is no scoring system to select promotion team members objectively. A selection system is needed that is able to provide an objective assessment based on the variables of communication skills, years of service, knowledge, type of employment, area mastery, responsibility, teamwork and trust. The method used is simple additive weighting. The resulting accuracy rate is 90% from the comparison of the calculation results using the simple additive weighting method with the actual performance ratings of employees who are selected as promotion teams.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, luxury brand, price, and product design on buying interest in the Samsung Z Flip 5 in Semarang City. This research uses primary data and quantitative methods. Researchers conducted a pre-survey on 30 respondents by distributing questionnaires, then after that the researchers conducted a survey by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 150 respondents and processing the data using SmartPLS. From the results of data processing, it was found that brand image had a significant influence, luxury brand had no significant influence, price had a significant influence, and design had no significant influence on interest in purchasing Samsung Z Flip 5 smartphone products in Semarang City.  Keywords:  Brand Image ; Brand Luxury ; Price ; Design ; Purchase Intention

Abstract

The era of dynamic globalization and rapid technological progress has had an impact on the economy, resulting in very tight business competition. One of them is the increase in companies adopting innovation by making environmentally friendly products. This research aims to analyze the influence of product differentiation, eco-labels, and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Eiger products in Semarang City. The population and sample of this research was carried out using a purposive sampling technique on an unknown number of consumers of Eiger products. This study used a sample based on the formula N = (8 × number of indicators) = 8 × 19 = 152 respondents. The research method applied is a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis which is used to test the hypothesis using the SPSS 26 application. The research results imply that product differentiation, eco-label and brand awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger products in Semarang City. Abstract

The study program accreditation process also includes reporting forms filled in with the number of graduates working according to their field of expertise. A low conformity rate will indicate a lack of training and skills for graduates. If the conformity rate is high, it will affect the results of accreditation to increase and make the level of public trust in the study program higher, as well as from the perspective of graduate staff users. The study program needs to know the data of its graduates earlier as a step to increase the compatibility rate of the field of work with the field of lectures for its graduates. These problems can be minimized by carrying out a prediction process on the suitability of graduate fields. The variable used to predict is a data series of the number of graduates working in the right field over a certain period of time. The use of linear regression for predictions in the case of determining the exact field really helps make it easier for study programs to help predict the number of students who graduate by working in the right field. This study uses a linear regression method.

Abstract

Teacher performance according to Law Number 14 of 2005 includes the main activities of planning, learning, implementing, assessing learning outcomes, mentoring and training children as well as additional tasks related to the main activities in accordance with the main workload. Teacher performance influences student learning outcomes, with good teacher performance it should produce good quality students as well. Therefore, it is natural that teacher performance needs to be measured every period. The assessment certainly contains the main and additional tasks. Based on these problems, it is also necessary to improve the existing performance appraisal system. There needs to be an appropriate method to assist the teacher performance assessment process, one of which is the weighted method, namely simple additive weighting (SAW). Performance assessment every semester using the SAW method will be able to bridge the results of increasingly better teacher performance. The assessment is carried out on a weighted basis for each parameter. The final result is a ranking of the performance of all teachers in descending order

Abstract

Terkait pembelajaran tentang dunia kuliner, selama ini masih menggunakan buku atau modul pembajaran manual atau walaupun sudah berbasis komputer namun hanya sebatas mengumpulkan bahan pembelajaran dari artikel di internet. Pada intinya modul pembelajaran fungsinya mendampingi siswa dalam kegiatan belajaran mengajar, namun yang terjadi selama ini sebagai dampak perkembangan teknologi dan gadget membuat mahasiswa malas untuk belajar dari buku atau modul manual, mereka lebih senang browsing dari literatur yang ada diinternet. Berkaitan permasalah diatas maka teknologi informasi mempunyai peranan penting, salah satu model pemberian materi yang bisa digunakan adalah E- modul. Tujuan dari pelatihan pembuatan e-modul ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada para mahasiswa khususnya anggota HMPP dalam menyusun buku resep yang praktis dan mudah memberikan tutorial menu resep masakan. Setelah adanya pelatihan pembuatan E-Modul, mahasiswa pada program studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan, mampu dengan mudah belajar tentang kuliner berbasis e-modul.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry that is growing very rapidly is the coffee shop. This business competition is very tight so companies need to create products that suit consumer tastes. The coffee shop in question is BeliKopi. This research aims to examine the influence of customer experience, brand trust on repurchase intentions with sales promotions as moderating variables at Belikopi in Semarang City (Central Semarang). The method used in this research is sampling purposes using 103 respondents using questionnaires distributed via Google from. In the data analysis process using SmartPLS version 4. The research results show that customer experience and brand trust have a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, while customer experience and brand trust do not have a significant positive effect on repurchase intention which is moderated by sales promotions at Belikopi in Semarang City (Central Semarang).

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri ritel nasional mendorong peritel lokal untuk mengembangkan industri ritel di daerah mereka. Minimarket Berpartisipasi meramaikan industri ritel di Indonesia. Saat ini, industri ritel untuk membangun sebuah pusat perbelanjaan di dekat perumahan. Bagi masyarakat Indonesia, hal ini menjadi fenomena. Seringkali masyarakat melihat pemandangan di mana jika setiap outlet Indomaret maka tidak jauh dari itu ada outlet Alfamart. Jika di suatu tempat telah Berdiri minimarket, kemudian menggoda memiliki potensi untuk tumbuh ke bisnis lain. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di minimart. Para peneliti menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, MO, dan MSA sebagai metode analisis. Responden adalah konsumen yang membeli di pasar ini. Selain itu, peneliti menggunakan accidental sampling sebagai sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 15 faktor yang Mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dapat dikurangi dengan faktor 5 item item, yaitu: layanan cepat, barang bervariasi, lokasi perumahan terdekat, pengaruh keluarga, dan harganya lebih murah dibandingkan pesaingnya . Abstract

Purchasing decisions are the process that consumers do when choosing and buying products or services. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions on Tokopedia e-commerce, focusing on e-trust, experiential marketing, and advertising. The purpose of this study is to determine how E-trust, Experiential Marketing and Advertising can play a role in purchasing decisions. The study used a quantitative approach involving 107 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that e-trust did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. This indicates that the electronic trust factor does not have a direct impact on consumer decisions on this platform. In contrast, experiential marketing and advertising have been shown to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The experience provided to consumers through interesting interactions and effective advertising can increase consumer interest in buying products. These findings indicate that although e-trust does not have much influence, good consumer experience and appropriate promotion through advertising can be key factors in driving purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. This study provides important insights for e-commerce managers to design more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar mengajar antara guru dan siswa pada TK. Bina Atmaja Sejahtera masih sebatas menggunakan alat peraga seadanya dan juga buku kegiatan belajar yang jumlahnya terbatas . Karen jumlahnya sangat minim dan pihak sekolah belum mampu pengupayakan lebih banyak, maka buku yang ada sifatnya hanya dapat dipelajari disekolah. Berkaitan dengan permasalahan diatas maka perlu dimunculkan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana yang membantu, salah satu yang akan ditawarakan sebagai solusi adalah pembuatan modul elektronik (E-Modul). Semua konten yang ada dibuku, bahan bacaan, sumber bacaan dalam bentuk fisik dialih bentuk dalam bentuk softcopy . Tujuan dari pelatihan pembuatan E-Modul ini adalah memberikan bekal kepada pada guru dilingkungan TK. Bina Atmaja Sejahtera dalam memberikan bahan pembelajaran kepada peserta didik melalui praktek pembuatan E-Modul, metode yang digunakan yaitu FlifPDF.
