Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Promosi Online Kelompok Referensi dan Kemudahan Aplikasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Game Online di Kota Ambon. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah game online mobile legends : bang-bang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna game online mobile legends : bang-bang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah pengguna yang berumur 17 sampai 55 tahun, berdomisili di kota ambon, minimal pengunaan pada game online moblie legend : bang-bang adalah 3 bulan lamanya. Jenis data penlitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dan kualitatif sedangkan sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan menggunakan teknik skala likert. Data yang peroleh dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM, dengan bantuan aplikasi Smart-PLS ver. 3.3.3. data yang diperoleh dianalisis dalam model pengukuran (outer model) dan model stryktural (inner model). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai original sampel dari promosi online sebesar 0.345 dengan p (value) 0.002 < 0.05 dan nilai T-Statistik dari promosi online terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah 2.992> 1.96 hal ini berarti H1 diterima sehingga dapat di katakan promosi online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kemudian nilai original sampel dari kelompok referensi sebesar 0.416 dengan p (value) 0.002 < 0.05 dan nilai T-Statistik dari kelompok referensi terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah 2.829 > 1.96 hal ini berarti H2 diterima sehingga dapat di katakan kelompok referensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dan nilai original sampel dari kemudahan aplikasi sebesar 0.272 dengan p (value) 0.023 < 0.05 dan nilai T-Statistik dari kemudahan aplikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah 2.002 > 1.96 hal ini berarti H3 diterima sehingga dapat di katakan kemudahan aplikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of quality and price on purchasing decisions for red bricks from Latuhalat village, Ambon city. The population in this study were the people of Ambon city with a sample size of 103 respondents with accidential technique.The data analysis technique is multiple regression with the t test. The results of the study are product quality and price affect the decision to purchase bricks from Latuhalat village, Ambon city.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is to provide MSME actors with a better understanding and skills of effective marketing strategies. This training aims to address the problems faced by local MSMEs, such as increasingly fierce competition, limited market access, and lack of knowledge about digital marketing. For these activities, participatory approaches, problem-based training and hands-on demonstrations are used. This training teaches participants basic marketing concepts such as market segmentation, branding, digital promotion, and the use of social media and marketplaces to increase market reach. The training also teaches them the technical skills to create engaging promotional content and use digital analytics tools to track the success of marketing campaigns. The results of the activity showed that participants understood contemporary marketing strategies better. MSME marketers are starting to use digital marketing through e-commerce platforms and social media. This results in an increase in product sales. In addition, this program has succeeded in encouraging the formation of a local business cooperation network and has a positive impact on the economy of Hatusua Hamlet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incoming remittances on economic growth and poverty in Ambon City. Remittance receipts are one of the largest contributors to economic growth and tend to be more stable (Jawaid & Raza, 2012). In addition, the flow of remittance funds is also an important source of state revenue for developing countries (Soava, et al., 2020). (2020). In several studies that have been conducted, remittance receipts have been a major factor in rapid economic growth in several developing countries. The World Bank (2005) generally explains that remittances are transfers of funds made by migrant workers to recipients in their home countries. The data used is secondary data, namely the number of incoming remittances, the poor population and economic growth. The results showed a negative relationship between incoming remittances and poverty and a positive relationship between incoming remittances and economic growth. Meanwhile, poverty and economic growth have a negative relationship. Efforts to encourage increased growth in remittance inflows that have been made by the government should be carried out on an ongoing basis. an integral part of the policy of increasing foreign exchange.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap niat beli ulang konsumen pada UMKM di Desa Galala kota Ambon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari warga kota Ambon, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 133 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di UMKM desa Galala. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t untuk kualitas produk lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00, dengan demikian maka kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap niat beli ulang konsumen pada UMKM desa Galala kota Ambon. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya untuk harga memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,02, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada UMKM didesa Galala kota Ambon.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the ability to develop one's potential by utilizing available opportunities. Entrepreneurial activities for the youth in Lokki Village, Huamual Subdistrict, West Seram Regency, were carried out with the aim of motivating them to become entrepreneurs by making use of the natural resources available in their village. The materials provided included entrepreneurship, business management, and basic bookkeeping, accompanied by discussion sessions.The results of this activity showed that the youth began to broaden their perspectives — realizing that employment is not limited to becoming civil servants. Through entrepreneurship, they can also improve their personal well-being, as well as that of their families and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh citra merek dan harga terrhadap Keputusan pembelian Dettol Liquid Handwash dengan populasi adalah masyarakat kota Ambon. Jumah sampel sebanyak 103 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian Dettol Liquid Handwash. Hasil penelitian menjeskan bahwa bahwa nilai t untuk citra merek adalah 1.839 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 artinya citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, demikian juga nilai t hitung sebesar 2,743 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 artinya citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil Mikro (UKM), merupakan sektor usaha yang mampu menjaga stabilitas perekonomian karena memiliki peran yang besar dalam penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan, dengan memanfaatkan berbagai peluang yang ada. UKM dapat bertahan dengan selalu meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi, kuat menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang kompetitif. Pelaku UKm didesa Mamala Kecamatan Leihitu Barat Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah presentasi dan diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil monitoring selama proses pelatihan, maka diketahui bahwa peserta sudah memiliki pengetahuan dan semangat dalam meningkatkan usaha mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand reputation and brand experience on consumer loyalty to Viva brand cosmetic products in Ambon City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique. The research sample was 150 female respondents aged 25–65 years who use Viva products. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that brand reputation and brand experience have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. This finding emphasizes the importance of building a good brand image and creating a positive experience for consumers in increasing loyalty to Viva cosmetic products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on repurchase decisions with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 200 active consumers of Pemuda brand bread, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that product quality does not directly influence repurchase decisions, but has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Conversely, price has a direct and significant effect on repurchase decisions, although it does not influence consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction proved to be a strong mediator, where price influences repurchase decisions indirectly through consumer satisfaction, while the indirect effect of product quality through satisfaction was not significant. The research model showed a Goodness of Fit (GoF) of 0.689, which is categorized as a large effect. These findings reveal the unique dynamics of consumers in Ambon city where they are more responsive to perceived value and price fairness than technical attributes of quality alone. Theoretically, this study extends the validity of Expectation Confirmation Theory to the context of food MSMEs in Maluku and practically, the results provide strategic guidance for local business actors to strengthen loyalty through quality consistency, proportional pricing strategies, and holistic consumer experience management.
