Abstract

Purpose- This research aims to: (1) examine the activities of the center and community (community) carriers of lurik Klaten; (2) To thoroughly examine the PTEBT lurik Klaten; and (3) Identifying IPR documents at the Klaten lurik center. Design/methodology/approach- Qualitative research methods with a juridical empirical approach or legal sociology. Findings- The research results show that the documentation system for standard lurik motifs is still incomplete and there is a lack of knowledge of traditional craftsmen on lurik production. Implication- It is necessary to pay attention to the intellectual property rights of the craftsmen for the copyright of the creation of new motifs from each lurik craftsman, this is aimed at avoiding imitation / counterfeiting of lurik motifs. Abstract

The application of the self-assessment system in Indonesia is very influential on tax revenue, this happens not because taxpayers are not willing to pay their taxes but they do not have knowledge of how to calculate, pay and report their taxes. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred has affected the economy in Indonesia which has an impact on tax revenues in 2020. This qualitative research analyzes how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has on taxpayer compliance. Interviews were conducted on 27 taxpayers who had good knowledge about taxes and the remaining 8 other taxpayers had minimal tax knowledge. The results of the interviews are used as statements as research data. Keywords: Tax religiosity, Tax morale, Tax knowledge, Tax sanctions, and Tax service

Abstract

SMEs are businesses that can still run in the midst of a crisis. The classic problem that often arises is the low level of tax payment by SMEs. So with PP No. 23 of 2018 which took effect on July 1, 2018 where the government reduced the final tax rate for SMEs from 1% to 0.5%, it is hoped that it will be able to increase taxpayer awareness to comply with paying taxes. In this study, the factors taken are Taxation Socialization, Fiscal Services, and Implementation of the Self Assessment System. This research was conducted on batik SMEs taxpayers in Bantul Regency, the purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the level of Tax Socialization, Fiscal Services, and Implementation of the Self Assessment System on taxpayer compliance. The population is SMEs batik taxpayers in Bantul Regency. The results of the study are 1) that the results of the F test simultaneously the variables of taxation socialization, Fiscal Services and Implementation of the Self Assessment System have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. 2) The results of the t test partially the three variables of tax socialization, Fiscal Services and Implementation of the Self Assessment System have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Abstract

  Kegiatan pelatihan pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tutur pambagya harjo manten dan layu-layu ini bertujuan meningkatkan peran dosen dan mahasiswa di masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa dalam ranah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Desain kegiatan berupa pembelajaran praktik nyata Bahasa Jawa secara lengkap. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh perubahan positif dan signifikan dimana uji pre-test dan post-test signifikan ada perubahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan baik oral maupun praktik bagi dosen dan mahasiswa di hadapan masyarakat tentang kemampuan tutur  Bahasa Jawa kegiatan atur pambagya harjo manten dan layu-layu.

Abstract

Corruption is a major impediment to the nation's social, economic, and political development, making early anti-corruption education crucial. This article discusses the role of the traditional game congklak as a learning medium for instilling anti-corruption values in Indonesia's younger generation. This study employs the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to develop a congklak game that teaches values such as honesty, integrity, responsibility, and sportsmanship. The findings indicate that using congklak significantly enhances students' understanding of anti-corruption values. The game provides an interactive experience that helps students internalize essential values and comprehend their relevance to daily life. Despite its effectiveness, challenges remain, such as younger students' difficulty in grasping modified rules and longer-than-expected game duration. However, with appropriate adjustments, congklak can be integrated into character education curricula, preserving local culture while supporting the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 as a nation of high integrity. This study presents an innovative approach to anti-corruption education through culturally relevant, local traditions.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the learning process at Widya Dharma Klatten University is based on the discovery learning method. In connection with this statement, this research focuses on 1) Can the application of discovery learning method improve the learning achievement of students/citizen learners at Widya Dharma University Klaten? 2) Can the application of discovery learning method improve the critical, tactical, and innovative thinking patterns of students/citizen learners at Widya Dharma Klaten University? The type of research used is class action research. Classroom action research is an observation of learning activities in the form of actions, which are deliberately raised and occur in the classroom together. As primary data are students, lecturers, The secondary data are documents of Indonesian Language and Literature Education students in the form of score lists, student rosters, and other records that support this research. The data collection techniques used were tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is by using descriptive qualitative which includes three streams of activities simultaneously and continuously during and after data collection, namely data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that of the nine students examined, all students experienced a 100% increase. However, of the one hundred percent of students there is one who can be said to have not passed (successfully). However, the student's score continued to rise. The conclusion is 88.888% passed, and 11, 111% did not pass (although the gradation increased).

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the writing skills of elementary school teachers in Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. The training emphasized that writing is not merely arranging words, but also a process of conveying ideas, fostering understanding, and creating influence. The activity was conducted online (asynchronously) due to unfavorable weather conditions and the request of participants and partners. The training involved 25 participants and was implemented over two months, from February to March 2025. Each session was held every Sunday for 120 minutes. Learning materials were delivered through online lectures, practice exercises, and assignments. The program was implemented smoothly and in an orderly manner. Participants actively engaged in the sessions and completed all assignments. Evaluation results showed that all participants achieved satisfactory scores, reflecting an improvement in their understanding of writing skills. The online writing skills training successfully enhanced the competence of elementary school teachers in Klaten. Future programs may consider expanding participation beyond Klaten to reach a wider audience in need of writing skill development.

Abstract

Pajak digunakan untuk membiayai anggaran belanja Negara. Pajak mempunyai peran penting dalam membangun kesejahteraan masyarakat, tanpa pajak Negara akan kesulitan dalam pembiayaan Negara. Mengingat betapa pentingnya pajak, pemerintah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk menghimbau wajib pajak melaksanakan kewajiban pajaknya. Salah satu pendapatan pajak terbesar berasal dari pajak penghasilan yang diakumulasi selama satu tahun untuk dilaporkan. Masalah yang sering timbul pada wajib pajak adalah ketidakpatuhan untuk melaporkan dan membayar pajak. Selama ini wajib pajak bukannya tidak mau melaporkan pajaknya, melainkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pelaporan pajak. Pelaporan wajib pajak dinilai sangat rumit, apalagi dengan sistem online. Kendala yang lain adalah banyak wajib pajak yang lupa password akun dan EFIN. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di SMAN 3 Boyolali adalah membantu wajib pajak untuk melaporkan pajaknya, khususnya PPh melalui pelaporan SPT Tahunan PPh. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode learning by doing yaitu dengan praktek langsung secara online pengisian SPT Tahunan PPh menggunakan e-filing. Berdasarkan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang telah kami laksanakan, para wajib pajak sangat antusias melaporkan pajaknya. Adanya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat menyalurkan pengetahuan pajak terhadap wajib pajak sehingga dapat membantu wajib pajak lainnya dalam melaporkan pajaknya. Kedepan diharapkan wajib pajak menjadi taat pajak

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui alternatif strategi yang harus dilakukan berdasarkan kondisi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang terkait saat ini untuk mewujudkan keberlanjutan usaha yang dipertimbangan melalui aspek lingkungan, ekonomi dan sosial. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Manjung, Klaten, Jawa Tengah yang dikenal sebagai desa sentra penghasil mie soun. Ada 82 produsen mie soun di desa Manjung dengan berbagai skala produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis External Factor Evaluation (EFE) dan Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) serta matriks Internal Eksternal (IE) untuk menentukan strategi pilihan yang tepat. Stability strategi merupakan strategi pilihan yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis EFE, IFE dan matriks IE. Matriks SWOT digunakan untuk menentukan dan menyusun langkah implementasi strategi yang terkait dengan pilihan strategi tersebut. Stability strategi dilakukan hingga ancaman yang dimiliki sentra mie soun desa manjung lebih kecil daripada peluang yang ada. Kemandirian dalam penyediaan bahan baku menjadi kunci utama agar keberlanjutan usaha dapat direalisasikan dengan baik.
