Abstract

Bimbel RHC is a tutoring service that provides science tutoring services for high school students. Bimbel is located on Bangau Street No.1073, Palembang, South Sumatra. In its effort to progress and develop, besides prioritizing the interests of RHC tutoring students, it also seeks to improve the comfort of teachers. During this time the working conditions of existing teachers are less comfortable for teachers, resulting in musculoskeletal disorder. The problem that occurs is the use of blackboards by people of different height, resulting in bad posture such as bending and tiptoeing. Long removal time can also make you tired on the arm. The method used is the calculation of anthropometry and ergonomics. From the data processing and analysis, an ergonomic whiteboard design with eraser that is united with the whiteboard and height adjustable features is obtained where the maximum height is 211 cm.

Abstract

Physical education is an important component of general education because it promotes individual growth through physical exercise and natural human movement. Physical education is a series of planned and structured learning experiences to meet the developmental and behavioral requirements of each child and adolescent. Physical education is a process of interaction between students and their environment which is handled through organized physical exercise in order to realize a complete human being which includes physical, psychomotor, cognitive, and emotional elements. In fact, many parents are not able to maximize the potential of their children, so they only need to take care of themselves physically and provide the amount of food needed, but lack of exercise stimulation. Being realistic, accepting yourself and people as they are, adapting quickly, being able to handle problems objectively, not depending on others, empathizing, having a sense of humor, being creative, and appreciating difficulties are the characteristics of emotional maturity.

Abstract

Purpose: The study examines how factors such as perceived usefulness, ease of use, cost, customer trust, satisfaction, and attitude influence online purchase intentions on marketplace platforms.Method: We gathered data through a survey of 310 e-commerce users. The collected data were then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software to identify and quantify the relationships between the determinants—perceived usefulness, ease of use, cost, customer trust, satisfaction, and attitude—and online purchase intention.Result: The research findings indicate that perceived usefulness, ease of use, cost, customer trust, satisfaction, and attitude all significantly influence online purchase intention. The inclusion of attitude underscores its importance in understanding online shopping behavior.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This study suggests that enhancing user experience, trust, and satisfaction on marketplace platforms can drive online purchase intentions, ultimately supporting economic growth by boosting e-commerce activity and fostering the development of digital markets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Location, Products and Prices on Purchasing Decisions at the CV. Creative Centre. The population in this study are all consumers who have made purchases on the CV. Creative Centre for 2019. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, a total sample of 93 respondents was obtained. The results of the research analysis show that Location, Product and Price partially have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at CV. Creative Centre. The results showed that Location, Product and Price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at CV. Creative Centre. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that the Location, Product and Price have an effect on the Purchasing Decision at the CV. Creative Centre. While the remaining is effectd by other factors originating from outside the research model such as service, perception, image, distribution channels, communication, advertising and price discounts

Abstract

This study explores how servant leadership is enacted through coaching within a Christian school board in Surabaya. While servant leadership is widely upheld in faith-based education, its integration with coaching remains underexamined. This research addresses three questions: (1) how school leaders understand coaching as part of servant leadership, (2) how they practice it, and (3) what enables its implementation. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with ten school leaders and analyzed using Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña’s (2014) framework. Findings reveal that servant leadership coaching (SLC) is shaped by leaders’ inner convictions, especially their sense of divine calling and belief that leading means helping. SLC emerges as a holistic practice encompassing spiritual formation, personal care, and professional development. However, effective implementation depends on two enabling factors: (1) training that builds coaching competence and trustworthiness, and (2) school policies that institutionalize SLC formally while also allowing it to flourish organically. These findings expand existing SLC models by emphasizing vocational identity, relational integrity, and organizational culture as key elements. This study offers a faith-integrated servant leadership coaching in Christian schools, positioning coaching as an effective servant leadership enactment.

Abstract

Abstract

Advancements in digital technology have transformed conventional attendance systems into more secure and automated solutions. However, manual and online-based systems remain vulnerable to fraud, such as proxy attendance and false records. This study designs a digital attendance system using face recognition technology based on the Convolutional Neural Network method. The process begins by capturing facial images via camera, followed by preprocessing steps including grayscale conversion, face detection using Haar Cascade, and resizing images to 100x100 pixels. The CNN model is trained with the preprocessed dataset and saved in .joblib format for real-time face identification. Attendance is automatically recorded in a CSV file. Testing was conducted based on dataset size, distance, and face position relative to the camera. Results show that accuracy improves with more training data. Using 200 images per individual yielded the best balance of accuracy, speed, and storage efficiency unlike 50 images, which often failed, or 500 images, which required long training times and large storage. Lighting quality also significantly impacts recognition accuracy, poor or uneven lighting leads to unclear facial features. Thus, proper lighting is essential. This study demonstrates that CNN effectively supports the digital transformation of attendance systems, making them more accurate, efficient, and fraud-resistant.
