Abstract

Limbah industri sering dibicarakan dalam percakapan nasional dan internasional. Masalah limbah dari industri perlu mendapat perhatian dari pelaku industri dan pemerintah. Limbah ini membahayakan lingkungan dan air di sekitarnya jika tidak dikelola dengan benar. Kualitas air di Desa Bina Baru Kabupaten Kampar Kiri Tengah mengalami penurunan. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Bina Baru, Kabupaten Kampar Kiri Tengah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pembuangan limbah mengganggu kualitas air di desa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembuangan limbah pabrik mempengaruhi kualitas air di desa tersebut.

Abstract

This article aimed to analyze the triple bottom line accounting concept from scientia sacra perspective. The alignment of the triple bottom line accounting from scientia Sacra perceptive is essential to dealing with crises in all aspects of life regarding corporate sustainability. Scientia sacra is the knowledge of reality that is at the heart of every revelation obtained through revelation and the intellectual intuition that cover the hearts and minds of human beings. This article employed the interpretative method. The triple bottom line concept from scientia sacra perspective is analyzed in ontological, epistemological, and axiological meanings. The ontological aspect of scientia sacra refers to the existence of God. In line with that, the ontological aspect in the triple bottom line also refers to the existence of God through religious ecocentrism or the spiritual dimension. In the epistemological aspect, the triple bottom line uses eco-theological principles from the Holly book. In the axiological aspect, the triple bottom line transforms from profit oriented to 3Ps (profit, people, planet) oriented. However, this transformative function has yet to be fully achieved since some companies still commit deviations, such as environmental pollution, due to their business activities.

Abstract

This research actually aims to see the existence of pesantren in the midst of the pull of modernity and the economic needs of the community. Because along with the development of social life which with the progress of the times and the economic needs of the community will change course. We know that at first, pesantren were used as printers for ulama, but now we see not only that and now they have developed into officials, technocrats, businessmen, and others. Therefore, this research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis with a phenomenological approach. Researchers will see firsthand the phenomena that occur in Islamic boarding schools in Medan City. And based on the results of the study it was found: a) The existence of pesantren is the most important thing in the midst of modern human life, therefore people who are economically capable feel proud of their children studying in pesantren, b) They are proud to study in pesantren because the learning system is modern and can continue their education to higher education. General PT, c) The willingness of parents to send their children to Islamic boarding schools because from an economic point of view it is more profitable, for example, in pesantren, the budget is clear, while if their children are sent to public schools, the financing can be greater, because children are freer to use their money.

Abstract

Kelompok kerja PKK yang berperan penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu Pokja III yang membidangi program pangan, sandang, perumahan dan tatalaksana rumah tangga. Pemberdayaan ibu-ibu PKK Desa Jaharun B Kecamatan Galang Kabupaten Deli Serdang dalam memanfaatkan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif peningkatan pendapatan keluarga dan sebagai multivitamin tambahan di masa pandemi covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menstimulasi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan semangat berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan TOGA dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pengolahan tanaman TOGA sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan keluarga. Melalui metode ceramah, demostrasi, observasi serta diskusi tim akan memberikan arahan tentang budidaya TOGA dengan metode Bag Culture, manajemen pengelolaan usaha dan keuangan serta pendampingan pengurusan izin usaha bagaimana menerapkannya dan mengimplementasikannya. Hasil pengabdian ini berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota PKK dalam budidaya TOGA serta mengolahnya menjadi minuman herbal dan peningkatan pemahaman anggota PKK dalam memulai bisnis agar dapat memperhitungkan pendapatan dan pengeluaran untuk kedisiplinan pembukuan usaha yang sangat berperan dalam keberhasilan dan keberlangsungan suatu usaha. Selain itu juga pendampingan kepengurusan izin juga sangat membantu anggota PKK yang memiliki usaha dan yang belum untuk mendaftarkan usahanya secara mudah dengan sistem Online Single Submission (OSS).

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Deli Serdang District by introducing and providing training on product innovation based on Thai cuisine. The main challenges faced by culinary MSME partners in the area include limited menu innovation, lack of awareness of current culinary market trends, and inadequate product packaging techniques. Additionally, these MSMEs struggle with mastering digital marketing strategies, which have become increasingly crucial in the post-pandemic era. To address these issues, the program employs a participatory approach involving training sessions, hands-on demonstrations, interactive discussions, and intensive mentoring. An experiential learning method is applied to ensure participants not only understand the concepts but are also able to implement them directly and effectively. Preliminary results indicate that 87% of participants experienced improved understanding of Thai menu innovation, while 76% successfully developed new product variations inspired by Thai recipes but adapted to local ingredients. Moreover, 65% showed improved skills in attractive product packaging, and 58% were able to promote their products through social media platforms as part of a digital marketing strategy. This approach has demonstrated a positive impact on enhancing the competitiveness of local culinary MSME products.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong kebutuhan reformasi dalam sistem akuntansi perpajakan, khususnya dalam aspek transparansi, efisiensi, dan keandalan data. Teknologi blockchain hadir sebagai inovasi yang menawarkan solusi terhadap berbagai kelemahan sistem perpajakan konvensional, seperti manipulasi data, keterlambatan pelaporan, dan kurangnya integritas informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi implementasi teknologi blockchain dalam sistem akuntansi perpajakan di Indonesia, dengan menyoroti peluang dan tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blockchain memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan sistem perpajakan yang lebih transparan, real-time, dan terotomatisasi. Namun, tantangan utama terletak pada aspek regulasi, kesiapan infrastruktur, serta pemahaman pemangku kepentingan terhadap teknologi tersebut. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kebijakan adaptif dan edukasi berkelanjutan sebagai langkah awal menuju integrasi blockchain dalam reformasi perpajakan nasional.

Abstract

Chelsea Pet Studio Medan has experienced a decrease in customer satisfaction as seen from several customers making complaints so that the influence on customer visits to Chelsea Pet Studio Medan has decreased due to price and product quality. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to determine the influence of Price and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Chelsea Pet Studio Medan. The research method used is quantitative. The number of respondents was 200 customers and the number of samples was 64 customers with the sampling technique being simple random sampling. Price and product quality influence on Customer Satisfaction at Chelsea Pet Studio Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the adjusted R Square value of 0.693, which means that price (X1) and product quality (X2) can explain customer satisfaction (Y) by 69.3% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
