Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 cases is taking place in a very fast time so that it has an impact on all sectors. One of the sectors affected is educational institutions. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 cases, all learning processes are carried out with an online learning system. Online learning causes an increase in sitting activities rather than standing activities, specially activity in front of a smartphone or laptop. Sitting activities that last for a long period of time can result in ergonomic risks. The purpose of the study was to analyze posture using the RULA method. Research was conducted on students of three study programs, namely Industrial Engineering, DIV-Health Promotion and Management with respondents 53 people. This study was conducted with a survey to see the posture of students when attending online lectures. From the results of the study obtained that the posture of students with RULA worksheet is in the range of 4 to 7. For rula score is mostly at a score of 6 as many as 24 students (45.28%). For RULA scores with scores of 5 and 7 as many as 10 people (18.86%). And rula score at a value of 4 as many as 9 people (16.98%).

Abstract

Diphenhydramine HCl is a drug that is used to reduce and block the effects of histamine in the body, to speed up the action of the drug and increase its effect, especially for pediatric and elderly patients. FDT is made with the active ingredient Diphenhydramine HCl combined with superdisintegrant Ac-Di-Sol and Mannitol as filler. To determine the effect of the optimal combination of Ac-Di-Sol and Mannitol in the FDT Diphenhydramine HCl formulation. This study uses a Quasi Experiment Design method with a Non Equivalent Control Group design. FDT was made with 5 different Ac-Di-sol and Mannitol formulations by direct compression method and then evaluated for moisture content, flow rate, angle of repose, compressibility, uniformity of size, uniformity of weight, friability, hardness, disintegration time, disintegration time and wetting time. The results of the research are descriptive analysis and Simplex Lattice Design using Software Design Expert Version 10.0. Evaluation of the physical properties of the powders showed that all formulations met the requirements of moisture content, angle of repose and compressibility, while the flow properties of all formulations did not meet the requirements. The results of the evaluation of the physical properties of FDT produced a clean white color, odorless, with a slightly bitter taste. All FDT formulations met the requirements for uniformity of weight, friability, hardness, disintegration time, and disintegration time, while the results of the uniformity of size and wetting time of all formulations did not meet the requirements. The combination of the concentration ratio of Ac-Di-Sol and Mannitol affects the aspects of brittleness, hardness, disintegration time and wetting time. Formulation 4 is the optimal formulation with the composition of Ac-Di-Sol 12.5 mg and Mannitol 7.5 mg with a desirability value of 0.953.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia saat ini tidak terlepas dari perkembangan teknologi informasi yang dijadikan sebagai sarana pendukung dari perkembangan akses dan mampu meningkatkan efesiensi pekerjaan serta kualitas pelayanan dengan berbasis teknologi informasi. Untuk mengetahui tata kelola sistem keamanan dan tingkat kematangan saat ini dari sistem dengan menggunakan COBIT 5. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Framework COBIT 5 yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan sebuah penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pencarian studi literature sebagai bahan referensi teoritik dalam meneliti objek. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form.Berdasarkan penelitian hasil dari pengetahuan rata-rata pada seluruh domain proses ialah 1,25 dengan level dengan level 1 (Performed) yang dimana proses pada level ini, maka proses telah dilaksanakan dan mencapai tujuan sehingga dibutuhkan penyesuaian masing-masing domain proses. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dari hasil kemantangan ini nilai rata-rata maturity level adalah 4,74 berada pada level 5 (Optimizing), yang dimana pada proses ini telah terstandarisasi dengan baik sehingga kemudian diimplementasikan menggunakan proses untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan diKeamanan Informasi.

Abstract

Lacks of facility and equipments in physics/science experiment is the problem in school activity, due to prising and availability of the equipment. The lack of facility and equipment can cause lower quality of student education. Solutions needed to solve this problem. In this community service, Arduino Uno with sensor physics and data acquisition experiment equipment introduced. Introduction about input-output pin in Arduino, temperature sessor LM35, coding language, and air temperature data acquisition, explained to student and teacher. The results are the experiment well done, learning that interests students to participate actively, additional knowledge for the teacher, and the higher motivation of students and teachers to study further.

Abstract

Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu bidang usaha penggerak ekonomi bangsa. Aspek yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan UMKM adalah legalitas usaha. Karena dapat mempermudah pelaku usaha dalam mengakses permodalan untuk mengembangkan usahanya lebih besar dan dapat bersaing dengan pelaku usaha. Legalitas adalah bentuk pengakuan negara terhadap suatu perusahaan sehingga dapat dijadikan satu dalam kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak. Kelancaran pemasaran dan penjualan suatu produk juga akan berdampak dengan adanya legalitas usaha sehingga omset atau penghasilan suatu pelaku UMKM dapat mengalami pengembangan dan strata usaha menjadi lebih tinggi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan  pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM tentang konsep dasar UMKM dan pentingnya Legalitas Usaha. Terdapat 3 tahapan, yaitu observasi dan koordinasi, penyuluhan terkait konsep UMKM dan legalitas usaha kemudian pengukuran keberhasilan kegiatan. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan secara langsung dengan modeto ceramah dengan jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait konsep UMKM dan legalitas usaha, dapat dilihat dari hasil persentase yang menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman dari 89% menjadi 100% pelaku UMKM yang mengetahui manfaat legalitas dan 43% menjadi 75% pelaku UMKM mengetahui masa simpan produk yang wajib memiliki izin edar, dengan total responden sebanyak 30 orang. Abstract: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) is one of the economic drivers of the nation. A very important aspect in the development of UMKM is the legality of business. Because it can make it easier for entrepreneurs to access funding to develop their business larger and can compete with entrepreneur. Legality is a form of state recognition of a company so that it can be made one in cooperation with various parties. The smooth marketing and sale of a product will also affect the legality of the enterprise so that the turnover or income of a UMKM actor can undergo development and the strata of enterprise becomes higher. The aim of this community service programme is to provide knowledge and understanding to UMKM stakeholders about the basic concepts of UMKM and the importance of the legality of the enterprise. There are three stages, namely observation and coordination, elaboration related to the UMKM concept and legality of enterprise and then measurement of the success of activities. The results of this dedication show that there has been an improvement in knowledge related to the concept of UMKM and legality of the enterprise, can be seen from the percentage results that showed an increase in understanding from 89% to 100% of the UMKM perpetrators who know the benefits of legality and 43% to 75% of the umkm perpetrator know the storage time of the product that is required to have a license edar, with a total of respondents as many as 30 people.

Abstract

The development of Syamsudin Noor Airport is expected to have a major impact on the economy of the people of South Kalimantan. However, the construction of airports will have an impact on the environment due to the increasing number of human activities. And to anticipate these adverse effects, Syamsudin Noor Airport applies the concept of Green Building. The purpose of this study is to provide a descriptive picture of the extent to which Syamsudin Noor Airport has implemented the concept of green building. From the observations, Syamsudin Noor Airport has implemented green buildings such as solar panels, the use of bright glass that allows natural light to enter the terminal space, wastewater treatment facilities, green open spaces in the airport terminal area, bicycle parking and shower compartments, room temperature settings that create comfort in working, and the presence of no-smoking signs. With the implementation of green buildings at Syamsudin Noor Airport to meet the service standards set in the Presidential Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1 of 2009, supporting an environmentally friendly workplace and reducing operational costs.

Abstract

X is a company that works in the field of oil palm plantations and has a palm oil production capacity of 60 tons per hour. The products of palm oil that have been produced are Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO). The various kinds of waste produced by the company as a result of the palm oil industry process are liquid waste, palm kernels, fiber and seed shells. Liquid waste is used as organic fertilizer for oil palm plantations which will be sent through a liquid waste pump machine. Damage that occurs to the liquid waste pump machine will inhibit the delivery of liquid waste to the plantation, thus affecting the yield of palm oil from the plantation itself. This study describes the application of repair and preventive maintenance policies for liquid waste pump machines by looking at the frequency of damage to the liquid waste pump engine and predicting the delivery of liquid waste to the pump engine for the next period as well as providing solutions for handling damage that occurs in the liquid waste pump engine. From the results of calculations on data processing, the results of how to control the causes of damage that occur in the liquid waste pump machine can be overcome by using the Preventive Maintenance Method within a period of 1 month and maintenance of every component in the liquid waste pump machine within 1 cycle, namely 357.27 hours with a repair time of 5.82 hours. Controlling other causes of damage is to add a filter to the liquid waste pool so that stones, leaves and liquid waste husks do not hinder the suction pipe of the liquid waste pump machine.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengembangan produk adalah melalui kemasan. Kemasan diharapkan mampu mempengaruhi konsumen untuk memberikan kesan positif. Kemasan produk perlu diperhatikan dalam persaingan di dunia bisnis. Terutama untuk produk makanan yang mempunyai banyak pesaing di pasaran. Disamping itu, saat ini kemajuan teknologi menjadi hal yang tidak dapat dihindari. Kemajuan teknologi dimanfaatkan untuk memperluas pengenalan produk kepada konsumen dengan lebih cepat dan mudah. Teknologi digital menawarkan kesempatan untuk semua pelaku usaha. Pemasaran berbasis digital dapat menjangkau seluruh masyarakat dimanapun mereka berada. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan UMKM tape gambut dalam penjualan tape gambut. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah interaktif dan demonstrasi praktik. Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan mitra UMKM sebelum dan sesudah penyampaian edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan pre-test dan post-test yang diikuti sebanyak 21 responden. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait konsep kemasan dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan nilai sebesar 22,14 dan peningkatan nilai sebesar 41,54 terkait pemasaran berbasis digital.Abstract: One of the efforts that can be made in product development is through packaging. Packaging is expected to be able to influence consumers to give a positive impression. Product packaging needs to be considered in the competition in the business world. Especially for food products that have many competitors in the market. In addition, currently technological advances are inevitable. Technological advances are used to expand product introduction to consumers more quickly and easily. Digital technology offers opportunities for all business actors. Digital-based marketing can reach all people wherever they are. This service activity is expected to solve the problem of limited knowledge and skills of peat tape MSMEs in the sale of peat tape. The methods used are in the form of interactive lectures and practical demonstrations. To find out the level of knowledge of MSME partners before and after the delivery of education, training and mentoring were carried out pre-test and post-test which were attended by 21 respondents This service activity shows an increase in knowledge related to the concept of packaging, which can be seen from an increase in value of 22.14 and an increase in value of 41.54 related to digital-based marketing.

Abstract

Demam tifoid merupakan penyakit demam akut yang disebabkan bakteri Salmonella Enterica khususnya turunannya Salmonella typhi. Demam tifoid menjadi penyebab angka modibilitas dan mortalitas pada banyak negara. Terapi yang digunakan pada demam tifoid adalah antibiotik kloramfenikol, akan tetapi saat ini banyak terjadi resistensi terhadap antibiotik. Tanah gambut merupakan tanah yang kaya akan bahan organik yang berasal dari tanaman yang membusuk kemudian terdekomposisi di dalam tanah. Potensi tanah gambut yang dapat dimanfaatkan misalnya senyawa metabolit sekunder yang memungkinkan memiliki aktivitas antibakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bakteri tanah gambut yang berpotensi sebagai antibakteri dan menguji aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Salmonella typhi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental menggunakan tanah gambut yang diproses dengan cara isolasi bakteri kemudian dilanjutkan dengan skrining aktivitas antibakteri, uji konsentrasi hambat minimum dan konsentrasi bunuh minimum. Hasil penelitian terdapat 7 isolat bakteri tanah gambut yang berhasil diisolasi. Semua isolat tanah gambut termasuk jenis bakteri gram positif dan berbentuk batang. Supernatan bakteri tanah gambut memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Salmonella typhi dengan zona hambat 20, 91 mm dan 26,93 mm serta memiliki KHM pada konsentrasi 12,5% dan KBM 25% terhadap Salmonella typhi. Hasil statistik terdapat perbedaan bermakna dengan nilai p value 0,021 pada Kruskal-Wallis Test dan 0,025 pada Mann Rhitney Test.

Abstract

Background: Serum has a high concentration but a low viscosity. a facial serum that has a fairly good ability to absorb into the skin, releases the active substance of the serum well and is easy to apply to the face. Sengkubak (Pycnarrhena cauliflora Diels) is a type of plant in the Menispermaceae family which can be found in West Kalimantan. Sengkubak also has good potential to be developed as a source of antioxidant compounds Objectives: Knowing the optimal formulation of sengkubak leaf extract serum gel (Pycnarrhena Cauliflora Diels) and knowing the evaluation of the physical properties of Sengkubak leaf extract serum gel (Pycnarrhena Cauliflora Diels) Method: The study used a quasi-experimental design method with varying concentrations of 1 gram, 1.5 grams and 2 grams of natrosol. Serum gel was evaluated for physical organoleptic, homogeneity, spreadability, dry time, adhesion, pH, and viscosity. Results:  The results of the observations on the viscous liquid organoleptic test and on the homogeneity test of homogeneous preparations. the most optimal spreadability test results were formulation 1, the most optimal drying time was formulation 1. the most optimal adhesion test results were formulation 1, the most optimal ph test results were formula 1, and the most optimal viscosity test were formulation 2. Conclusion:  The most optimal serum gel of sengkubak leaf extract (Pycnarrhena Cauliflora Diels) is formulation 1, with a concentration of 1 gram.
