Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Influence of Work Stress, Work Conflict and Work Environment on Work Enthusiasm in UD Employees. The Sweet Fragrance of Tebing Tinggi City.” The method of determining the sample used in this study is the Quantitative method. The sampling technique a total sampling technique of 60 samples which are all UD employees. The Sweet Fragrance of Tebing Tinggi City. Based on the results of the analysis the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the work stress variable (X1) influences the work morale variable (Y). The results of the analysis of hypothesis 2 can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Conflict variable (X2) influences the Work Morale variable (Y). And the results of the analysis of hypothesis 3 can be concluded that the third hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the Work Environment variable (X3) has no effect on the work morale variable (Y). Based on the results of the analysis of hypotheses 4 it can be concluded that hypotheses 1, 2 and 3 are accepted, meaning that the variables Job Stress (X1), Work Conflict (X2) and the environment simultaneously influence the work morale variable (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price discounts and in-store displays on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously on Rizki Net Bandar Masilam customers with a type of quantitative descriptive approach. The method used is the census method in taking the population and sample. The results of the study can be concluded: (1) It can be seen that the value of the adjusted R square is 0.623 or 62.3%. This shows that In Store Display (X2) and Discounts (X1) can explain Customer Satisfaction (Y) of 62.3%, the remaining 37.7% (100% - 62.3%) is explained by other variables outside this research model. (2) The results of the (Partial) t test show that tcount (9.017) > ttable (2.011), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the discount (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). (3) The results of the t test (Partial) can be seen that tcount (3.500) > ttable (2.011), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that In Store Display (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). (4) The results of the F test can be seen that Fcount (41.413) > Ftable (3.16), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning the Price discount variable (X1), the in store display variable ( X2) has a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the customer satisfaction variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes on purchasing decisions at Murni Baru Stores. The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of SPSS version 25.00 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 75 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is the instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. Classic assumption test, namely normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of SPSS in this study were variables product quality (X1) affecting purchasing decisions (Y), variables design’s product (X2) do not influencing purchasing decisions (Y), variables brand’s product (X3) do not influencing purchasing decisions (Y), Variable product support service influences the purchasing decision (Y), variable price’s product do not influencing purchasing product. The influence of product quality, product design, product brand, product support services and product prices on purchasing decisions at Murni Baru Stores is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.860. This shows that 86% of purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality (X1), Product design (X2), product brand (X3), product support services (X4) and product price (X5) and the remaining 14% are influenced by other variables which are not used in this study.
