Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of education financing in Islamic Universities in South Kalimantan. This research is in the form of descriptive qualitative with a library research data collection approach. The focus of this research will be to observe how the management of education financing in Islamic Universities throughout South Kalimantan, which consists of 13 educational institutions, both public and private categories. The results of this research show that the Covid-19 pandemic cannot be denied, causing the dropout rate to soar, due to the inability of students to pay their tuition fees. However, several campuses in South Kalimantan provide a policy of cutting payments and delaying payments so that students can continue to carry out the education process well. The financial management of Islamic higher education institutions in South Kalimantan during the Covid-19 pandemic has been carried out as effectively as possible. This is to maintain accountability and transparency to get good grades before getting cross-subsidy funds from the Government. The conclusions of this study are: the impact of Covid-19 has a very significant effect on education financing at Private Islamic Colleges in South Kalimantan but not at State Islamic campuses and the management of education financing amid the Covid-19 pandemic should be carried out very strictly.

Abstract

State -owned commodities are all goods purchased or obtained on the weight of the state budget or obtained from other legal acquisitions. The elimination of state -owned relics is the last activity to carry out the management of state -owned relics, not a simple action from the governing board. The purpose of this research is to identify whether the system and method of removal of state -owned property is in line with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance. 83 or pmk. 06 or 2016 Regarding the rules of the method of destruction and destruction of property belonging to the state is assessed from whether the elements of the system of internal regulation of the ruler has been in accordance with the regulation of the system of internal regulation of the ruler in 2008. The research procedure used in this research is a qualitative descriptive procedure where each information is combined, analyzed and then concluded that the type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The results of this research conclude that the system and rules of the method of removal of state -owned property are in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 83. or PMK. 06 Deed of 2016 on the rules of the method of destruction and destruction of state property as well as the release of elements of the internal regulation system of the ruler in accordance with the Regulation of the Internal Regulation System of the ruler No. 60 of 2008.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan model pembelajaran blended learning dan kesulitan yang dihadapi di SDN Padang Panjang Kabupaten Banjar. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Padang Panjang Kabupaten Banjar dengan peserta didik SDN Padang Panjang Kabupaten Banjar sebagai subjek penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah hubungan penggunaan model pembelajaran blended learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di SDN Padang Panjang Kabupaten Banjar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas I sampai kelas VI di SDN Padang Panjang Kabupaten Banjar tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 118 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan sampel penelitian ini ditetapkan di kelas V di SDN Padang Pajang Kabupaten Banjar, Kelas V dengan jumlah 14 siswa.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan penggunaan model pembelajaran blended learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa di SDN Padang Panjang Kabupaten Banjar.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan konsentrasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan deskripsi korelasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin dengan siswa-siswi SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin sebagai subjek penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah Hubungan Konsentrasi Belajar Dengan Prestasi Belajar Peserta Didik pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan sampel penelitian ini ditetapkan di kelas III di SDN Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin, Kelas III dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi belajar sangat berhubungan erat terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Sekolah Karang Mekar 4 Banjarmasin, terbukti dengan siswa yang berkonsentrasi belajarnya cukup baik prestasi belajarnyanya lebih baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang silabus esp bagi mahasiswa semester I Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Dalam penelitian ini, tiga ahli dilibatkan untuk memvalidasi produk. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan validasi ahli dan persepsi siswa serta hasil rancangan uji coba, produk penelitian ini layak diterapkan pada siswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah semester I sebagai sekolah dasar silabus untuk kursus bahasa Inggris. Silabus yang dirancang dari penelitian ini akan bermanfaat bagi dosen Bahasa Inggris dalam mengajar Bahasa Inggris untuk Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, khususnya bagi mahasiswa semester pertama.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a descriptive analysis of the management of financial management in educational institutions. Educational institutions which are engaged in non-profit activities also carry out management processes. Educational institutions are required to carry out an optimal management process based on the concept of school-based management (SBM). SBM aims to empower schools in establishing various internal school policies that lead to improving the quality and performance of schools as a whole. Based on data collection carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Irtiqaiyah. It is based on a foundation where most of the sources of income come from the Foundation, SPP, and the government, in contrast to state schools that come from BOS. Practically speaking, the results of this article are expected to be able to provide insight into financial management in private school institutions starting from planning, implementation, recording, accountability or supervision, and reporting based on the principles of fairness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

Abstract

Saat ini, perbincangan mengenai Covid-19 masih terus menghangat di tengah masyarakat. Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda sejak awal tahun 2020 memberikan dampak pada berbagai sektor kehidupan. Berbagai sektor dituntut untuk melakukan adaptasi dengan datanganya pandemi tersebut sebagai upaya bertahan. Salah satu sektor yang terdampak yaitu lembaga pendidikan pesantren. Pesantren ialah sebuah bangku pendidikan dimana menonjolkan sisi pendidikan agama dalam keseharian. Pesantren memiliki kekhasan dan karakteristik tersendiri pada sistem pendidikan yang digunakan. Pada masa pandemi ini, pondok pesantren Al-Falah Banjarbaru sebagai tempat berkumpul para santri dari berbagai daerah juga dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan adanya pandemi. Kebijakan-kebijakan terus dirundingkan sebagai bentuk pertahanan di masa pandemi ini. Manajemen pada pondok pesantren Al-Falah Banjarbaru seperti pengelolaan dan sistem belajar juga harus diubah dengan inovasi dan kreativitas baru yang dikembangkan untuk keselamatan dan kebaikan pada saat ini. Munculnya pandemi tentunya menimbulkan banyak problematika seperti terbatasnya ruang dan melemahnya kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif. Pesantren pun menerapkan manajemen yang cukup berbeda dari sebelumnya seperti peralihan proses belajar mengajar menjadi daring ataupun membatasi kegiatan yang menyebabkan kerumuman. Walau bagaimanapun, kegiatan dan aktivitas dalam pondok pesantren harus tetap berjalan stabil dengan berbagai pertimbangan untuk kebaikan bersama.

Abstract

The success of managing early childhood education institutions depends on aspects of curriculum management, infrastructure, marketing, students, supervisors, and educators. One of the most important steps in the management of educators is because this management determines how educators provide facilities to develop the skills possessed by children so that they can achieve the desired educational goals. This study aims to improve PAUD management (early childhood education) by identifying system problems. This study uses a qualitative and descriptive research model. The research sample is the Professor of the Integrated Islamic Ukhuwah PAUD Banjarmasin. The results showed that the observations, attention, communication and personality of teachers and children had been carried out well. Teachers often consult children's questions which show that the Ukhuwah Banjarmasin Integrated Islamic PAUD teachers on average have carried out their duties well.

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the strategy of improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions through financing management at MIN 1 Banjarmasin. This study used a qualitative approach with a natural setting as the data source. The data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. There were five respondents in this study, namely the head of the madrasa, the head of the curriculum, the treasurer, the school committee, and the new student admissions committee. The results of the were the education financing management strategy in improving the quality of teachers, which emphasizes professionalism and discipline, as well as task commitment to improving school quality. Educational financing management strategies in an effort to foster students are carried out through coaching in the arts, by sports, religion, scouts, English, and personality. The education financing management strategy in the field of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by increasing funding sources, implementing quality improvement programs to support facilities and infrastructure as well as teacher welfare. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of madrasa finance at MIN 1 Banjarmasin has been going well and its performance needs to be maintained and improved. Financing at MIN 1 Banjarmasin has been managed professionally. Based on the results of the analysis of the quality of education, there is a positive and significant relationship with financing management, where with financing management madrasas are able to plan things that support quality improvement, for example, reliable financing will support the provision of infrastructure that supports learning, teacher self-development, and academic and non- academic achievement. student academics.
