Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at Kopi X, Bekasi. The research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 32 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 27 software. The results show that partially, leadership style and motivation do not significantly affect employee performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect. However, simultaneously, leadership style, motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The implication of this study highlights the importance of a conducive work environment to improve performance, and the need to further evaluate leadership approaches and motivational systems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product design, price, and product quality on the purchase decision of Skintific clay stick masks through the Shopee e-commerce platform in North Bekasi. The research method used is quantitative, with questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents who reside in North Bekasi and have purchased the product. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance for companies to consider aspects of design, price, and quality in their skincare product marketing strategies on digital platforms

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of On-Page and Off-Page SEO partially and simultaneously affects Brand Awareness. This type of research is quantitative. The technique used is purposive sampling using the Slovin formula, where the number of samples is 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire through the Validity and Reliability test. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the OnPage SEO and Off-Page SEO variables partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai pelanggan, kepercayaan konsumen, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Shopee di Kecamatan Babelan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan 102 responden melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F, di mana hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai pelanggan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan t-statistik 6,247 (p-value < 0,001), kepercayaan konsumen (X2) dengan t-statistik 3,773 (p-value < 0,001), dan kualitas pelayanan (X3) dengan t-statistik 3,248 (p-value = 0,002), serta uji F menunjukkan pengaruh simultan yang signifikan dengan F hitung 63,717 (p-value < 0,001) dan Adjusted R² sebesar 0,655. Kesimpulannya, ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berperan penting dalam membentuk kepuasan konsumen Shopee.

Abstract

Metode penelitian kuantitatif adalah sebuah pendekatan penelitian yang menggunakan data, dengan fokus pada pengukuran hasil yang objektif dan analisis statistik. Penelitian kuantitatif juga termasuk pertanyaan atau pernyataan yang sudah di sediakan dengan pilihan angka untuk masing- masing skor. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 108, tujuannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menguji hipotesis. Alat yang digunakan untuk membantu proses penelitian menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Promosi berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) dan melibatkan 162 responden yang dipilih secara kriteria (Purposive). Hasil analisis Regresi Linier berganda menunjukan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, digital marketing dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand image memiliki pengaruh dominan dibandingkan digital marketing dalam membentuk keputusan konsumen untuk bertransaksi di e-commerce. Temuan ini mengidikasikan bahwa perusahaan perlu memperkuat brand image dan mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital agar dapat meningkatkan loyalitas dan intesi beli konsumen.

Abstract

Pembentukan kepribadian anak dapat tercipta dalam lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah. Melatih kepribadian anak dalam lingkungan keluarga memerlukan bantuan orang tua untuk menciptakan anak berkepribadian baik, serta peran guru dalam membentuk karakter anak didiknya. Untuk itu diperlukan komunikasi antar personal antara guru dan siswa untuk membentuk karakter yang baik pada diri siswa sesuai norma, agama, dan Pancasila. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk membantu guru membentuk kepribadian siswa melalui sosialisasi komunikasi antar personal melalui materi yang diberikan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan yakni dengan beberapa tahapan terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan tahapan evaluasi. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari guru–guru SD Perjuangan Terpadu Depok sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat, 26 Mei 2023 di Aula SD Perjuangan Terpadu Depok dengan sistem tatap muka. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain bertambahnya informasi dan pengetahuan guru mengenai komunikasi antar personal yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada siswa berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan kepada peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan.

Abstract

A B S T R A C T This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and work experience on employee work productivity. The research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. The study population was all employees of the company and a sample of 100 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The independent variables consist of Work Experience (X1) and Career Development (X2), while the dependent variable is work productivity (Y). Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 27. The results of the validity test show all valid statement items. The reliability test resulted in a Cronbach's Alpha value of > 0.70 so it was reliable. The normality test with Kolmogorov-Smirnov showed normally distributed data on all three variables (Asymp. Sig. > 0.05). A partial t-test showed that work experience had a significant effect on work productivity and career development with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.260 or 26%, meaning that 26% of the variation in work productivity could be explained by work experience and career development, while the remaining 74% were influenced by other variables outside the model. The conclusion of this study is that both work experience and career development partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. The breadth of the employee's work experience and the better, the career development program (promotion, training, job rotation), the higher the level of work productivity that can be achieved. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to improve structured and equitable career development programs and utilize experienced employees as mentors or coaches for junior employees to support continuous productivity improvement.
