Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove to provide views through the findings of scientific articles related to the variables in this study. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach and examines the variables of this study. One type or method of scientific writing is a form of literature research. Theoretical analysis, analysis of relationships between variables, books, and journals, online and offline, obtained from Mendeley, Google Scholar, and other online media. Peer-reviewed journals are listed in the Journal Metrics Table below, the findings of scientific articles in literary studies with the results that there is an influence between There is Influence of Incentives with Employee Performance, There is an Influence of Innovational Climate with Employee Performance, There is an Influence of Intrinsic Motivation with Employee Performance and There is a Transformational Influence of Leadership with Employee Performance, it is evident from research by strengthening and providing views for future research and also the existence of gap variables or differentiators that can be used in future research listed in this scientific article. The recommendation from the results of this study is that there are findings from literature studies of dozens of scientific articles with differentiating variables that can be used in future research by other researchers.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is the comparison between expectations before making a purchase and perceptions of performance after purchase. Consumers are not satisfied when performance falls short of expectations. Consumers will be satisfied if they get the expected performance. If performance exceeds expectations, consumers are even more pleased and satisfied. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variables, namely service quality and trust, on the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction at the Kabia Jaya Motor (KJM) workshop in Pondok Timur Indah, Bekasi, either partially or simultaneously. Sampling was done using purposive sampling, using the Lameshow formula, and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The results showed that the service quality and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan Job insecurity dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Outsourcing PT Graha Sarana Duta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sejumlah 134 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 120 responden. Teknik pengamblilan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis-bootstrapping pada aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Subjek dalam pelnelitian ini dilakukan di PT Graha sarana Duta, BM Menara Multimedia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Job Insecurity (X1) sebagai variabel independen atas penelitian ini secara signifikan memengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sesuai hasil serta pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity memegang nilai T statistik angka kisaran 5,506 (> 1,96) serta dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai P value sebesar 0,000. Disebabkan standar tingkat P value yakni <0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Oleh karena itu, hipotesis awal penelitian ini sudah teruji valid serta dapat diterima. (2.) Lingkungan kerja (X2) sebagai variabel independen atas penelitian ini secara signifikan memengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Lingkungan kerja memegang nilai p value yakni 0,001. Dikarenakan standar tingkat p value adalah < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05) maka dapat beralasan kalau hal ini memiliki berpengaruh yang sangat penting. Kemudian dilihat dari t-statistik ditentukan yakni 3,354 dan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,96. Sehingga hipotesis kedua menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan outsourcing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of testimonials, product design, and price on the purchase intention of Infinix smartphones on Shopee, focusing on consumers in Griya Asri 2 Housing, Bekasi Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through a survey with a questionnaire on samples selected using the random sampling method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to test the relationship between independent variables (testimonials, product design, and price) with the dependent variable (purchase intention). The results of the study show that testimonials have a significant influence on purchase intention, where positive reviews from previous consumers can increase product credibility. Attractive and functional product design also contributes to increasing consumer appeal to Infinix products. In addition, competitive prices are a major factor in purchasing decisions, where consumers tend to choose products with values that match the price offered. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on consumer purchase intention, indicating that the combination of testimonials, product design, and price can create a more effective marketing strategy in increasing sales of Infinix smartphones on Shopee.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the impact of Social Media Marketing, Brand Image and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Azarine Sunscreen on the TikTok Platform. This research is a quantitative approach study with a purposive sampling technique. Involving 112 respondents who are consumers of Azarine Sunscreen products in the Bhayangkara University Management Department Class of 2021. Data processing and hypothesis testing were carried out using SPSS 25 software. The results of the study reveal that there are variables that influence each other and those that do not influence each other, as explained below: 1) Social Media Marketing has no partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 2) Brand Image partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 3) Product Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 4) Social Media Marketing, Brand Image and Product Quality simultaneously affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image (X1), free shipping program (X2), and product variety (X3) on purchasing decisions for Wardah Everyday BB Cream products on the Shopee marketplace. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The sampling technique used to take samples in this study was non-probability sampling. The researcher used a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all students of the Management Department of the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya in 2021. The sample in this study consisted of 114 respondents obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Data analysis used multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The Free Shipping Program variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and the Product Variation variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Then that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables in the form of Brand Image, Free Shipping Program, and Product Variation on Purchasing Decisions simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), lingkungan kerja, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Mega Kargo Logistik. Penilitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti yakni metode (non probability) dengan teknik sampling jenuh, penelitian ini mengambil seluruh populasi dari 4 titik lokasi PT Mega Kargo Logistik sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 170 karyawan yang berasal dari cabang Jakarta, Bekasi, Surabaya, dan Medan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji bootstrapping pada aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa K3, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan K3 yang efektif, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, dan budaya kerja berbasis integritas, profesionalisme, inovasi, serta komunikasi. Penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan terhadap perusahaan agar lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan meningkatkan program K3, menciptakan lingkungan kerja kondusif, serta memperkuat budaya kerja. Keterbatasan penelitian ini yakni cakupan objek pada PT Mega Kargo Logistik. Peneliti berikutnya disarankan memperluas penelitian terhadap sektor lain. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada kombinasi variabel K3, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya kerja guna mengukur kinerja karyawan dalam industri logistik.

Abstract

The quantitative research method is a research approach that uses data, with a focus on measuring objective results and statistical analysis. Quantitative research also includes questions or statements that have been provided with a choice of numbers for each score. A total of 102 samples were used, the purpose of this study was to find and test the hypothesis. The tool used to assist the research process was Smart Pls version 4. The results of this study show that Service Quality has a direct and significant effect on EWOM, Facilities have a direct and significant effect on EWOM, Service Quality has no direct and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Facilities have a direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and EWOM has a direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the impact of Lifestyle, Cafe Atmosphere, and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions. This study used a quantitative methodology with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all visitors to the “Dalam Rasa Kopi” cafe, 102 respondents. The results showed that the lifestyle variable had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. On the other hand, the cafe atmosphere variable did not show a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the service quality variable also had a partial positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The spread of the global pandemic has an impact on the slow pace of development in several industrial sectors, including PT. Sarimelati Kencana, Tbk. is engaged in the culinary sector with the flagship brand Pizza Hut. The company is known as a restaurant that provides Italian-American cuisine in the form of pasta, side dishes, and desserts. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how PZZA implements its business strategy through the concept of organizational design based on the results of the 2020 EGMS to achieve a market position in this new normal era. This writing uses explanatory research with a qualitative approach, with the SWOT Analysis method and the Canvas Business Model. The business strategy used by Pizza Hut (PZZA) is to stay afloat in the face of the impact of a decline. In. people's. purchasing. power. Efforts that can.be made by PZZA are implemented in several business strategies, including redesigning the company's organizational concept through modification of the organizational structure as a supporter of culture within the company, as well as continuing to carry out internal control activities.
