Abstract

Abstractthe purpose of the study was to describe the lingual form of cultural terms in ritual Antar Tumpang Adat Pernikahan of malay people in Ngabang. describe the meaning of cultural terms in ritual Antar Tumpang Adat Pernikahan of malay people in Ngabang. describe cultural meaning ritual Antar Tumpang Adat Pernikahan of malay people in Ngabang.in the form of spells, myths, taboos, and oral literature.The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The approach is sociolinguistics. Data collection techniques are competent listening techniques, see free involvement, and record. cultural terms in ritual Antar Tumpang Adat Pernikahan of malay people in Ngabang consists of 50 data.Data from this study are expected to be used as a reference for further research and can be used as cultural heritage objects that should be preserved and can be used as guidelines in communicating a day, especially the user community through local wisdom hidden in this custom.Keywords: cultural, Ritual Antar Tumpang, Adat Pernikahan of malay people,  Ngabang

Abstract

Potensi kearifan lokal dalam menghadapi ancaman bencana alam sangat penting dalam upaya mitigasi bencana di daerah-daerah yang rawan bencana.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengenali kearifan lokal khususnya terkait dengan pengelolaan lingkungan dan kebencanaan yang bermanfaat untuk menggali kekayaan sistem sosial budaya masyarakat pesisir Kota Pariaman.Tipe penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kearifan lokal masyarakat pesisir pantai Kota Pariaman mengarah ke sistem religi yang tampak dari berbagai tradisi keagamaan. Kearifan lokal yang ada yaitu adanya mitos-mitos dalam masyarakat dan menjadi pengetahuan lokal terkait kondisi alam sebelum bencana datang. Pengetahuan lokal ini diwariskan turun temurun dan dijadikan mitigasi bencana yang berbasis lokal. Penanggulangan bencana masyarakat pesisir pantai dengan berbagai tradisi keagamaan, tradisi “hoyak tabuik”, penanaman cemara dan mangrove di pesisir pantai serta keyakinan akan terlindungi oleh pulau-pulau kecil disekitar laut Kota Pariaman. Untuk itu nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam sistem sosial masyarakat, harus dihayati, dipraktekkan, diajarkan dan diwariskan agar dapat dipahami oleh generasi penerus.

Abstract

PT X adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penambangan yang mengolah bijih timah menjadi logam timah melalui proses peleburan. Bijih timah yang diperoleh dari hasil tambang darat perlu diolah terlebih dahulu untuk mencapai kadar Sn >70% sebagai kriteria peleburan di PT X. Proses pengolahan bijih timah ini dilakukan dengan 2 proses yaitu wet process dan dry process. Shaking table tipe slime adalah salah satu yang mengolah bijih timah secara wet process. Alat ini digunakan untuk mengolah bahan yang tidak dapat diproses pada alat sebelumnya yaitu middling dari air table dengan kadar dibawah 20% Sn. Shaking table menghasilkan 2 produk yaitu konsentrat dan tailing. Konsentrat yang dihasilkan selanjutnya dikeringkan di rotary dryer sedangkan tailing yang dihasilkan langsung masuk ke dumping area. Variabel alat ini yaitu kemiringan dek, panjang pukulan, kecepatan feeding, debit air, dan kecepatan pergerakan dek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan sudut kemiringan optimum shaking table untuk pengolahan bijih timah yang berasal dari produk middling air table. Kemiringan dek shaking table ditentukan dalam 3 variasi yaitu 0,753o, 1,507o, 2,260o adapun variable lainnya dianggap tetap. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan kemiringan sangat berpengaruh besar dalam perolehan bijih timah yang optimal, dimana semakin besar kemiringan maka berat konsentrat yang dihasilkan semakin sedikit dan kadar konsentrat cenderungsemakintinggi, begitupun sebaliknya. Shaking table mampu meningkatkan kadar Sn yang semula <20% menjadi 40-60%. Kadar Sn dan recovery optimum diperoleh pada kemiringan 1,507o dengan mengasilkan rata-rata kadar konsentrat 65% sn, recovery dengan rata-rata 39% dan tailing yang rendah dengan rata-rata1,7%.

Abstract

Tuna is one of the prospective fishery commodity for exports due to high demand in the international market. However, European Union as the main buyer demand its imports to comply with Council Regulation. This tariff and non-tariff barriers on Indonesia can cause a decline for the exports. To maintain its market Indonesia should find ways since Germany is the fourth largest tuna importer in the world. Efforts by Indonesian government to maintain tuna exports to Germany will be described in this study.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The perspective used by the author in this thesis is the perspective of liberalism with the level of nation state analysis, and the theory used is the theory of international trade. To analyze this case, the authors collected data from books, journals, websites, dictionaries, as well as various information from the EUR-Lex, the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia and the Association of Pole and Line & Handline Indonesia (AP2HI) regarding Indonesia's efforts to increase fish exports tuna to Germany.The results of this study indicate that Indonesia seeks to increase tuna exports to Germany by lobbying with the European Union regarding reducing tuna export tariffs, improving quality and cleanliness in the management of Indonesian tuna, and eradicating illegal fishing. Indonesia is still working on increasing tuna exports to Germany. Although there has not been an increase in the export value, there has been an increase in the quality of tuna so that it can increase the confidence of the European Union, especially Germany, in Indonesian tuna.Keywords: Effort, Tariff Barriers, Non-Tariff Barriers, Tuna, Exports, International Trade

Abstract

Microlearning provides smaller units of a subject adapted using technologies that can be accessed anywhere in a relatively short period, making learning activities more efficient and helping students learn with a specific focus in a brief session. This study aims to analyze the extent of microlearning in the existing junior high school English learning materials and describe the description of junior high school English learning materials based on microlearning. This study uses a qualitative research approach to analyze 25 English learning materials applied and used by junior high school English language teachers in East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. The study found that most of the junior high school English learning materials are not microlearning-based as they do not fulfill the indicators of microlearning-based English materials for the junior high school level. The procedure of deconstructing 36 basic competencies into microlearning object material includes recognizing the topic and the instructional activities as well as finding suitable micro-learning object materials for the activities. The total 195 microlearning object materials are varied, such as Short videos, Games, PPTs, Quizizz, Interactive e-learning Websites, podcasts, YouTube videos, digital flashcards, and many more. In summary, as the existing English learning materials do not fulfill the indicators, the procedure of deconstructing basic competencies is made to form micro-learning object materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an Articulate Storyline-based learning application on Light and Optics so that it can help make learning more interesting and fun. With this application, it is hoped that students will be more interested and understand more about the material and concepts of Light and Optics. The type of research that the author uses is research and development R&D, which is the process used to develop and validate educational products. We conclude that the application that we make is interesting and the questions and sample questions that we provide already cover the material discussed and are easy to understand, it's just that there needs to be improvements or developments regarding design and color changes, icons that need to be aligned.Keywords: Articulate Storyline, Light and Optics, interesting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana Generasi Z memanfaatkan e-wallet dalam aktivitas transaksi sehari-hari, persepsi mereka terhadap aspek keamanan dan kenyamanan, serta dampaknya terhadap pola konsumsi dan gaya hidup di era digital. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Generasi Z mengapresiasi kemudahan, kecepatan, keamanan, dan berbagai promo/diskon yang ditawarkan oleh e-wallet. Kemudahan penggunaan dan minat terhadap inovasi teknologi juga menjadi faktor penting dalam penerimaan e-wallet di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. In the context of national economic growth, MSMEs play an important role in creating jobs, increasing people's income and reducing poverty rates. However, the challenges faced by MSMEs, especially in the marketing sector, require innovative approaches, especially through the adoption of digital marketing. Through a literature review, this research analyzes the role of digital marketing in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, the marketing strategies used, the advantages obtained, and the challenges faced. The results show that digital marketing allows MSMEs to expand market reach, increase sales and build brand image effectively. However, there is still a need to increase understanding and skills in implementing digital marketing strategies. Therefore, this research provides insight into the contribution of digital marketing strategies in developing MSMEs which can ultimately support economic growth and community welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Management of Main Facilities at Re Caffe Platinum as One of the Culinary Tourism Destinations in Pekanbaru, and to find out the obstacles faced by Re Caffe Platinum in managing the main facilities. In this study, the method used by the author is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Key informants in this study were the vice direction, manager, members, and visitors of Re Caffe Platinum. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that facility management aims to ensure that facilities and infrastructure can function optimally, facility management at Re Caffe Platinum has five stages, namely planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling. There are several obstacles that occur in the stages of managing the main facilities, but Re Caffe Platinum can still overcome them so that the management of Re Caffe Platinum facilities continues to run well. It's just that the main facilities of the outdoor dine-in area behind still need improvement. Keywords: Management, Facilities, Re Caffe Platinum

Abstract

There needs to be more literature regarding English teachers' perspectives on the actual practice of extensive reading in the classroom in Indonesia. Therefore, a study aimed to investigate the implementation of extensive reading based on the teachers' perspectives. This study employed a qualitative research method as the research design. The participants were two senior high school English teachers and two junior high school English teachers. Interviews were conducted as the data collection and transcribed for the data analysis. The results showed that all English teachers had acknowledged and were well-informed of the benefits of extensive reading. However, half of them projected their positive beliefs through implementing extensive reading in their teaching practice, but the other half did not. The obstacles found in applying extensive reading were the students' need for more interest in reading, their lack of vocabulary mastery, and opposing views toward reading. Therefore, this insight into the study's results has enriched the literature, and the stakeholder of the curriculum should provide support regarding the teachers' concern about implementing extensive reading.
