Abstract

This research was generally based on an interesting phenomenon in 2006, when Merapi erupted. There was Maridjan’s rebellion as a royal servant to climb down from Merapi when Hamengkubuwono X as the king commanded him. The main questions were what were the factors of Maridjan’s resistances?; what were the forms of Maridjan capitals in this fighting?; and what did Maridjan get from the bet as the winner? The approach of this research was anthropological perspective using participatory observation and analyzed by qualitative method. To get data, researcher lived in Maridjan’s house for several months in Merapi. The findings of the study were there was Maridjan’s resistance which was interpreted as a fighting created by media. The second was Maridjan’s resistance supported by two capital powers; the cultural power as the Merapi’s caretaker and the discourse capital supported by the media. The third was Maridjan won the bet by getting the prestige in his social status either popularities or wealth.

Abstract

Dinamika hukum Islam mengalami tantangan beragam di Nusantara. Pernikahan di Pesisir Jawa menjadi problematis karena dilarang dalam hukum positif, namun dibolehkan dalam Islam. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam perspektif sosio-normatif. Ditemukan beberapa kasus pernikahan bawah tangan di Pesisiran Jawa, Pati dengan keragaman alasan suami istri menikah dibawah tangan. Faktor yang dominan adalah persoalan ekonomi, hamil di luar nikah, maupun alasan study. (The dynamics of Islamic law face various challenges in the archipelago. Marriage on Marriage on the coastal Java becomes problematic because it is prohibited in positive law, but is allowed in Islam. This research applied a qualitative approach in a socio-normative perspective. Several Cases of underhand marriages have been found in coastal Java, Pati with a variety of reasons for husband and wife marrying on underhand. The dominant factors are economic problems, pregnancy out of wedlock, and study reasons.)

Abstract

Community economic empowerment can be done through the management and distribution of the allocation of zakat, infaq, and alms. Based on the goal of raising the humanitarian side, helping the community by optimizing the distribution of funds from ZIS fundraising is a good way. This distribution is especially for people affected by natural disasters such as pandemics. Therefore, the dynamics of governance, the diversity of distribution in the form of social capital from the allocation of ZIS funds to their managers becomes an interesting study to analyse so that it becomes a model for other institutions in finding solutions to the problems of the people that come to the surface. Moreover, legal support has been born, UUZ Number 23 of 2011 concerning the importance of zakat management and other regulations governing donations of people's funds. So that these assets can further empower the community to continue education, strengthen the culture of family harmony, as well economic prosperity. Through a qualitative approach from validated data, the research was carried out by kyai informants, leaders of Zakat institutions, and other managers. The results of this study indicate that philanthropic funds, zakat in the context of the northern coastal community of Java, namely in the Pati area can be collected massively, and from the community's perspective, they have increased their economy through various entrepreneurs. There are various kinds of community productive economic empowerment that have been managed well. Post-pandemic, this community empowerment program is focused on aspects of education, populist economy, and socio-religious.

Abstract

Law, economic have one vision, happiness for human being. We found the existence of inequality in the dynamic economy of Indonesia. This is a crucial problem for sosio-economy productivity. In this writing, Marxism theory about the class and conflict is applied to analyze in Indonesia context. Neo-liberlisme become an ideology of capitalist as legitimation supported by international institution, such as World Bank, IMF,etc. Rule of law in term of dynamic regulation in Indonesia is as a part of alternative solution to control a socio-economic equality supported by progresif law in contemporary era.

Abstract

The challenges faced by the nation in the current era are increasingly diverse, both in the fields of education and the economy. The basic needs needed for the development of both the economic and educational sectors rest on adequate financial support, as well as a strong mentality from the actors involved. This research aims to present an analysis of empowerment programs in the fields of education and the economy carried out by Islamic philanthropic institutions. The method used in this discussion is a qualitative approach, with data sources from informants involved in fundraising programs for Islamic philanthropic institutions, Daarul Quran in particular. Some of the findings of this study are first, Daarul Quran institutional empowerment program focuses on developing productive economic activities for the community, consolidating education to prepare the generation of the Qur’an, and then prioritizing religious values ​​and moral culture for every individual in society. Second, effective management of philanthropic institutions is achieved through professional and integrated management. Third, As philanthropic institutions, some of them face challenges in community empowerment, especially in the economic and educational fields which are heavily influenced by public trust. Then, well-managed philanthropic institutions support for the development of the education sector and the community's economy.

Abstract

Mustafa Al-Siba’i is a warrior figure for the authenticity of Hadith. After Muhammad, as messenger of God, passed away, some orientalists have emerged who doubt the authenticity of the Hadith. Then Mustafa is one of the figures at the forefront of countering the orientalists who are trying to make Muslims doubt the authenticity of Hadits. This article aims to analyze how Hadith Hermeneutics in the perspective of Mustafa Al-Siba’i. Therefore, who is the figure of Al-Siba’i, what is his educational background and his works will be discussed, before analyzing his thoughts related to the authenticity of the Hadith to find out the style of his thinking. The method applied was library research or reviewing various existing literature, mainly sourced from various journals and books explore about Mustafa Al-Siba’i's thoughts. The results of the study of various literatures explain that Al-Siba’i is an extraordinary scholar and preacher who actively writes and produces various logical, systematic and monumental works. He has written various works to counter the efforts of orientalists or liberal figures to weaken the Muslim community's belief in Hadith. Al-Siba’i's works can influence Muslims to the authenticity of Hadith as Islamic law or the second reference for Muslims after the Qur'an.

Abstract

Lembaga Amil Zakat Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Gerai Kudus memiliki peranan penting dalam mengelola dana zakat sehingga dapat membantu kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya bidang pendidikan. Para pelajar kurang mampu juga banyak yang terbantu dengan adanya BMH melalui beasiswa. Oleh sebab itu sangat menarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang penyaluran dan pemanfaatan zakat di BMH Gerai Kudus. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi penyaluran dana zakat BMH Gerai Kudus serta perannya dalam bidang pendidikan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti memilih pendekatan kualitatif dan subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah amil zakat BMH Gerai Kudus dan para pelajar penerima zakat beasiswa pendidikan di BMH Gerai Kudus. Pada penelitian kali ini peneliti mendapat sumber info dari 7 (tujuh) orang dimana terdiri dari 2 (dua) amil zakat BMH Gerai Kudus dan 5 (lima) pelajar penerima zakat beasiswa pendidikan di BMH Gerai Kudus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada zakat di BMH Gerai Kudus, strategi penyaluran dana zakat yang dilakukan BMH sudah sesuai dengsn UU No. 23 th 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat Bab III Pasal 1 bahwa pengelolaan zakat di BMH terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengoordinasian sehingga zakat yang disalurkan tepat sasaran kepada pelajar yang membutuhkan. Peran BMH Gerai Kudus dalam penyaluran zakat dalam mutu pendidikan juga telah sesuai dengan UU No. 23 th 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat pasal 3 dimana penyaluran zakat yang dilakukan oleh BMH Gerai Kudus dapat membantu meningkatkan manfaat zakat bagi pelajar yang membutuhkan melalui pengawasan dari pihak BMH sehingga mereka dapat termotivasi untuk belajar sungguh-sungguh sehingga zakat beasiswa yang diberikan benar-benar bermanfaat. Kata Kunci: Zakat, Beasiswa, Pendidikan, Kudus.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out the views of community leaders in Raci Village, Batangan Subdistrict, Pati Regency on the custom of circumambulating the punden after the marriage contract and to find out the law of circumambulating the punden after the marriage contract according to the perspective of Islamic law. This research uses a field research method (field risearch) with a normative sociological approach. The data collection techniques in this study come from primary data and secondary data obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed First, the view of the people of Raci Village, Batangan Subdistrict, Pati Regency on the tradition of circumambulating the punden after the marriage contract, must be carried out by every community with the intention of preserving traditions, honoring their ancestors and rejecting calamities. Secondly, in the perspective of Islamic Law, this marriage tradition is valid, because the conditions and pillars of marriage have been fulfilled. Because this custom is carried out after the validity of marriage and the custom of circumambulating the punden after marriage in Raci village and in terms of Ushul Fiqh methods is not included in 'Urf fasid, which is a custom that contradicts the arguments of Shara".

Abstract

Memiliki motivasi belajar agama yang tinggi sangat penting di era digital ini. Khususnya bagi anakanakuntuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kapasitasnya. Dengan pendidikan agama, seseoranghakikatnya menjadi pengarah untuk dapat berakhlak mulia. Dalam hal ini, menjadi faktor pentingbangunan kesadaran dari orang tua menjadi pendamping pendidikan bagi anak-anaknya. Namun,belum kuatnya motivasi untuk meningkatkan spirit keislaman, kesulitan dalam melaksanakanmanajemen waktu belajar, belum disosialisasinya dengan baik terhadap pendidikan agama berbasisAl-Qur’an, serta masih belum kuatnya kesadaran bersama orang tua dalam mengawal pendidikananak-anak khususnya pendidikan agama menjadikan permasalahan tersendiri. Kondisi kesibukanorang tua yang bekerja menjadi salah satu faktornya. Ini juga terjadi di Desa Ngronggo KecamatanJaken, Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah yang memiliki perkejaan usaha dibidang kayu meubel danpertanian. Perlunya diadakan penyuluhan atau training menumbuhkan motivasi pendidikan agamaIslam bagi anak usia dini dan motivasi menjadi orang tua tangguh  di desa Ngronggo kecamatanJaken, kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah. Adapun metode yang dijalankan di dalam rangkaian kegiatanpengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi metode pengajaran, pelatihan, pendampingan maupunpemberian motivasi dengan pemateri menyampaikan materi berupa informasi dan contoh kepadapara peserta kegiatan. Metode pengajaran Quran,  metode pelatihan sederhana kesenian islami,maupun bentuk dialog tanya jawab bagi para ibu untuk menanyakan hal yang belum dipahamiterkait dengan parenting, pendidikan anak. bentuk pemberian training motivasi bermuatan pada pentingnya pendidikan agama bagi anak-anak sejak usia dini bagi anak-anak dan orang tua. Makauntuk pemberian materi ini dikaitkan dengan urgensi belajar ajaran agama Islam, motivasi belajarbaca tulis Al-Qur’an sejak dini. Materi lainnya termasuk adalah manajemen waktu belajar danmenghafalkan surah-surah pendek Al-Qur’an bagi anak-anak, serta materi parenting islami bagi paraorang tua.Kata Kunci: Motivasi warga, Edukasi religi, Peran orang tua, era digital
