Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Government of Indonesia is accelerating the development of railway infrastructures. MRT is a milestone in the development of railway infrastructures in Indonesia since 2013. The elevated construction uses a single pier structure with a main reinforcement bar diameter of 40 mm. However, the conventional overlapping connection is unsuitable; hence it used a mechanical coupler connection. This research focused on the quality and cost comparison of using a mechanical coupler as a reinforcing connection in the MRT CP 103 Project's pier construction. The variables which would be studied were conventional connection and mechanical coupler connection. There were two stages in this research: quality testing in an independent laboratory and a cost comparison analysis. The data used were primary data from quality testing results, and secondary data were the project volume and unit price. The project sample in this research was MRT CP 103 Project with Pier AP 29 as the case study. The analytical approach used was descriptive analysis by making a comparison of the two variables. According to the quality test results, the tensile strength of the reinforcement was 665.56 N/mm2 and the mechanical coupler tensile strength was 626.33 N/mm2 . According to the calculation results of the case study on Pier AP29, it was found that the price difference was IDR2,246,622 or 6.17% cheaper than conventional connection. Further analysis showed that the mechanical coupler connection with 40 mm diameter was very effective because it was cheap. This research can be used as a reference in the alternative selection of reinforcement connection.Keywords : Quality, Cost, Mechanical Coupler; Pier; MRT CP 103 ProjectABSTRAKPembangunan infrastruktur kereta api sedang dipercepat oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. MRT merupakan tonggak sejarah perkembangan infrastruktur kereta api di Indonesia sejak tahun 2013. Pada konstruksi layang digunakan struktur single pier dengan diameter tulangan utama 40 mm. Namun, penyambungan tulangan dengan sambungan konvensional dianggap tidak tepat, sehingga menggunakan sambungan mechanical coupler. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perbandingan kualitas dan biaya penggunaan mechanical coupler sebagai sambungan tulangan pada konstruksi pier Proyek MRT CP 103.Variabel yang akan diteliti adalah sambungan tulangan konvensional dan sambungan mechanical coupler. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu pengujian kualitas pada laboratorium independent dan tahap kedua adalah dengan melakukan analisis perbandingan biaya. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer hasil pengujian kualitas dan data sekunder yaitu volume dan harga satuan dasar proyek. Sampel proyek penelitian ini adalah Proyek MRT CP 103 dengan Pier AP29 sebagai studi kasusnya. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan mencari perbandingan kedua variabel. Dari hasil pengujian kualitas didapat nilai kuat tarik tulangan sebesar 665.56 N/mm2 dan kuat tarik mechanical coupler sebesar 626.33 N/mm2 . Dari hasil perhitungan studi kasus pada Pier AP 29 didapat selisih sebesar IDR2,246,622 atau 6.17% lebih murah dari sambungan tulangan konvensional. Hasil analisis selanjutnya menunjukkan sambungan mechanical coupler sangat efektif bila digunakan diameter 40 mm karena murah. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi dalam alternatif pemilihan sambungan tulangan.Kata kunci : Kualitas; Biaya; Mechanical Coupler; Pier; Proyek MRT CP 103.

Abstract

Railway infrastructure development is very massive in Indonesia. Many projects have been constructing since 2013, such as the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Light Rail Transit (LRT), Double-Double Track (DDT), and High-Speed Rail (HSR). And all of these projects were design with elevated structures. When applying precast parapet panel technology in the MRT project elevated section, the contractor didn’t have a reference for precast parapet work activities. Hence, it required new planning for its construction and took time. The project sample of this research was MRT Jakarta CP 103 Project. There were three stages in this research starting from documentation analysis, expert judgment, and respondent survey. There were 5 bridge construction experts and 30 respondents which were professional engineers asked for their recommendations and opinions. Descriptive analysis was applied to know the percentage of opinions. This research focuses on identifying precast parapet activities in elevated railway construction project. There are 14 activities that had been identified in this research, namely preparation, position survey, adjustment material installation, precast parapet panel shifting from trailer to the top of deck slab, precast parapet panel distribution, precast parapet panel installation, rebar parapet installation for concrete stitch, sealing work, concrete casting, formwork dismantling, and finishing. These activities will be very useful for similar precast parapet works in a future project.

Abstract

Bencana longsor dengan intensitas besar dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan bangunan dan infrastruktur lainnya, sehingga menyebabkan hilangnya korban jiwa. Bencana longsor sejauh ini belum bisa diprediksi secara tepat atau dihindari. Akan tetapi dapat diminimalkan risiko kerugiannya salah satunya dengan peningkatan kapasitas berbasis komunitas. Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu daerah rawan longsor melihat zona gerakan kerentanan tanahnya kategori menengah sampai tinggi. Kerentanan masyarakat terhadap bencana dipicu oleh pemahaman risiko yang terbatas sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya kesiapsiagaan. Kesiapsiagaan dan ketahanan masyarakat dapat diwujudkan melalui kegiatan pengurangan risiko bencana berbasis komunitas dengan memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap kapasitas masyarakat dalam upaya pengurangan risiko bencana longsor berbasis komunitas di Desa Tangkil, Kecamatan Citeureup, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang dipakai adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan didukung pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil implikasi pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dalam pengurangan risiko bencana longsor berbasis komunitas sebesar 48%. Strategi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat sebagai upaya pengurangan risiko adalah menggiatkan gerakan pengurangan risiko bencana dibanding menghadapi risiko secara langsung. Upaya tersebut bisa berjalan efektif karena dilakukan dengan konsep desain yang jelas dan adanya partisipasi yang aktif dari masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan terkait.

Abstract

Soil liquefaction and its associated ground failures, pose a significant threat, causing damage to engineering structures during earthquakes, and one of the most effective methods used to mitigate liquefaction in liquefied soil is micro-pile (MP) method. Therefore, this study aims to examine the current state of MP method as liquefaction countermeasure in the soil of the Coal Fired Power Station in Central Java, an area with a high liquefaction potential. A three-dimensional finite element analysis, conducted with OpenseesPL software, uses a numerical method to yield information about ground lateral deformation and excess pore pressure generation caused by MP method during seismic shaking. This result examines important design parameters, including diameter, spacing, length of MP, and inclination of ground, to address these issues. MP method increases the stiffness of soil, reducing excessive pore pressure and thereby minimizing liquefaction risks. In general, MP remediation appeared effective for any sloping ground. This study provides valuable information for devising an efficient remediation solution by comparing relevant variables, such as diameter, spacing, MP length, and ground inclination, under the same conditions. Numerical simulation with OpenseesPL yields results such as stress and strain path, acceleration time histories, excess pore pressure, displacement time histories, and maximum lateral displacement, which are then compared with various diameter parameters. The diY6-ameter parameters were compared to test how the additional diameter dimension affects the performance of the micropile provided to the soil. This will be demonstrated based on the results shown on excess pore pressure and maximum lateral displacement. This comparison shows that increasing MP diameter is more effective in reducing the risk of liquefaction.

Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan faktor utama dalam keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Bendungan Cijurey Paket 1 adalah salah satu proyek infrastruktur penting yang diinisiasi oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kapasitas penyimpanan air dan pengelolaan sumber daya air di wilayah Cijurey, Jawa Barat. Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Cijurey memiliki volume pekerjaan galian yang besar maka diperlukan kombinasi alat berat yang baik untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan tersebut. Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kombinasi alat berat yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pekerjaan galian batu di outlet proyek Bendungan Cijurey 1. Penelitian ini turut mempertimbangkan biaya operasional serta kepemilikan untuk setiap kombinasi alat. Penelitian ini menggunakan kedua metode observasi dan analisis. Jumlah alat berat yang ada di lapangan dihitung dengan metode observasi, dan produktivitas dan harga satuan alat dihitung dengan metode analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menambah jumlah excavator menjadi 3 unit, menambah excavator breaker menjadi 6 unit, dan menambah dump truck menjadi delapan unit dapat mempercepat 33,3% waktu pekerjaan menjadi 226,7 jam dengan biaya yang lebih rendah 9,1% menjadi Rp1.866.511.155,40. Evaluasi produktivitas memungkinkan pemilihan kombinasi alat berat yang paling efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan mengurangi waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan.

Abstract

Coastal infrastructure development is a strategic initiative to mitigate tidal flooding in North Jakarta. One of the main projects supporting this effort is the construction of a coastal protection embankment under the National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) program. This study aims to identify the stages involved in pile driving using the inner boring method for the NCICD Phase A embankment construction. Compared to conventional methods, the inner boring method was selected due to its advantages in minimizing noise, vibration, and environmental pollution. A mixed-method approach was employed, including video analysis of construction methods, project documentation, surveys, and expert validation. The research identified six primary activities in the pile-driving process: sling installation, pile lifting, shifting, and adjusting the drilling point, auger installation, drilling, and excavation disposal. Survey results showed that nearly all respondents fully agreed with the identified sequence of activities, with two exceptions—sling installation (93%) and pile lifting (87%). Expert validation confirmed full (100%) approval of all identified activities. These activities were subsequently structured into a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of construction operations. The expert validation results indicate that the identified activity sequence can serve as a reference for similar coastal construction projects. This study is expected to contribute to future embankment construction planning by optimizing time, resources, and workplace safety.

Abstract

The annual flooding that affects the capital city of the Republic of Indonesia is a critical issue being addressed through solutions outlined in the NCICD (National Capital Integrated Coastal Development) master plan. The capping beam, which forms the upper structure of the embankment, breaks waves, unites the spun pile series, and maintains the stability of the spun pile. The main objective of this study is to identify the criteria for selecting the capping beam construction method in the NCICD coastal protection embankment development project. The method used is a systematic approach to literature published in the form of articles or journals and scientific publications. The results of the study show that there are nine criteria for selecting the method of capping beam construction. The criteria that are widely discussed and have a dominant influence are the cost criteria and environmental conditions, with each having a percentage of 19%. This study provides valuable insights for academics and practitioners in developing effective strategies for construction method selection.

Abstract

Sistem perancah merupakan elemen penting dalam proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat, yang berfungsi sebagai struktur sementara untuk mendukung pekerja, material, dan peralatan selama proses pembangunan. Pemilihan sistem perancah yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, keselamatan, serta mengoptimalkan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria utama dalam pemilihan sistem perancah yang sesuai untuk proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat berdasarkan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber akademik dan praktik industri. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis literatur dari jurnal, buku, dan standar industri terkait sistem perancah. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama dalam pemilihan sistem perancah mencakup aspek keselamatan, efisiensi biaya, kemudahan pemasangan dan pembongkaran, fleksibilitas penggunaan, serta dampak lingkungan. Selain itu, perkembangan teknologi dalam sistem perancah, seperti penggunaan material inovatif dan integrasi dengan Building Information Modeling (BIM), semakin berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas perancah di proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi para praktisi konstruksi dalam menentukan sistem perancah yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan proyek, sehingga mendukung keberhasilan konstruksi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Keterlambatan dalam proyek konstruksi adalah masalah umum yang dapat berdampak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Keterlambatan dan biaya yang melebihi anggaran merupakan isu utama dalam hampir semua proyek konstruksi, yang berdampak negatif pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kemakmuran suatu negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi dari perspektif kontraktor, pemilik proyek, dan konsultan pengawas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan enam faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap keterlambatan, yaitu kemampuan manajemen, dukungan terhadap kontraktor, pemahaman kebutuhan proyek, keuangan, pengambilan keputusan, dan sikap. Keterlambatan proyek dapat menyebabkan pembengkakan biaya dan perselisihan antara pemilik dan kontraktor, serta dipengaruhi oleh kualifikasi tenaga kerja, aliran kas, dan konflik penjadwalan. Untuk meminimalkan keterlambatan, disarankan untuk meningkatkan koordinasi antara pihak terkait, menyusun penjadwalan yang lebih terperinci, dan memperhatikan dokumen pekerjaan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat, yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk mengatasi masalah serupa di masa depan. Dengan memahami penyebab keterlambatan dan menerapkan rekomendasi yang diberikan, diharapkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam manajemen proyek konstruksi dapat meningkat.Kata Kunci: Keterlambatan proyek, konstruksi, faktor penyebab, manajemen, keuangan.
