The number of samples used was 50 respondents from employees of the Administration section of Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Jakarta, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The results of this research show that partially the Work Culture variable (X1) has an influence of tcount 4.056 >ttable 2,012 and Leadership Style (X2) is tcount 3,089 >ttable 2,012. Simultaneous test results obtained a count of 28,917 > F table 3.20. So simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of (Y) Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Jakarta employees. The employee performance variable can be explained by work culture and leadership style variables of 55.2% and the remaining 44.8% is explained by other variables not tested in this research.

Abstract

Impulse buying behavior significantly impacts retail sales, making it a crucial aspect of consumer purchasing decisions. However, the role of marketing strategies in driving impulse buying behavior remains underexplored, particularly in the context of supermarkets in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies on consumer impulse buying decisions at Superindo Cikaret Cibinong, focusing on key factors such as pricing, promotions, store layout, and in-store advertising. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory research design. Data was collected through a structured survey distributed to Superindo consumers, with the sample size determined using Cochran’s formula. The study applies multiple regression analysis using SPSS software to evaluate the impact of different marketing strategies on impulse buying behavior. The findings reveal that promotional activities and store layout have a significant influence on impulse buying decisions, whereas pricing strategies and in-store advertising have a more moderate effect. The results suggest that well-planned marketing strategies can effectively trigger unplanned purchases, emphasizing the importance of retail environment design in influencing consumer behavior. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical insights into marketing strategies and impulse buying behavior in the Indonesian retail sector. The findings offer practical implications for retail managers, highlighting the need for strategic promotional efforts, optimized store layouts, and engaging advertisements to enhance consumer impulse purchases. Future research could explore additional factors, such as psychological triggers and digital marketing influences, to further understand impulse buying behavior in modern retail environments.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the digital era has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in the world of Islamic education. This transformation requires curriculum adjustments that not only maintain the values of Islamic teachings, but are also able to adapt to the needs of the times. This article aims to review and analyze the development of an adaptive Islamic education curriculum amidst the dynamics of the digital era. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method based on literature studies, by reviewing various relevant literature related to the basic concepts of the curriculum, the principles of Islamic education, and the integration of technology in learning. The results of the study show that the development of Islamic education curriculum in the digital era cannot be done partially, but requires a holistic and collaborative approach. The involvement of various parties, such as educational institutions, government, and society is very necessary to create a relevant and contextual curriculum. The implementation of an online learning platform is one of the strategic solutions to improve the accessibility, quality, and efficiency of Islamic religious learning, especially in remote areas.

Abstract

Now days, the home environment is still much  less supportive of life for the elderly, most elderly living at  home need a companion to help them. Safety, health, happiness  and independence will be difficult for them to get even the  elderly will be further away from the surrounding  environment. Based on population projection 2017 data there  are 23.66 million elderly people in Indonesia and predicted in  2020 there are 27.08 million people elderly. Smart homes that  are currently widely studied have not focused on elderly; most  smart homes only provide a sense of security and convenience  for adult residents. And this will be a problem that until now  has not solved the improvement of human life through  technology to get happiness, care and health especially for the  elderly. In many cases of the elderly, it is easier to send them to  live in a nursing home and that keeps them separated from  their families for the rest of their lives. That's what makes  them less happiness. Orange Technology is a collection of  technological elements to improve human life by getting  happiness, Care and health. This study reviewed the journals  of scientific databases such as IEEE explore, ACM digital  library and Proquest published from 2002 to 2017. From the  search results obtained 54 papers that will answer the scientific  questions of this research. The result of this research is a  framework of smart house that has Sensor, Monitoring,  Wireless, Scalability, Low cost, GPS and ease of installation  and maintenance as components of smart house of orange  technology for elderly.
