Abstract

Abstract: Sujase Cell is a store that is engaged in Credit and Quota and has sales transaction data in it, one of which is the Sujase Cell shop owner who wants to know the Pattern of Product Combination 1 with another to increase revenue in the shop. The problems faced by the current Sujase Cell owner are the owner. confused in processing data and unable to know the pattern of product combination with one another means knowing the buyer bought the second product after buying the first product, therefore the data is processed using data mining techniques, one of the methods is the association method with a priori algorithm, data collection techniques used in this research is the observation of this research using the existing association method in the data. The results of this study were carried out using Weka software with a minimum support value of 0.10 (10%) and a confidence value of 1 (100%) rules obtained from the support and confidence values, namely 10 association rules. The association's rules result in the highest confidence value of 100% when purchasing Indosat Pulse 25 thousand, Simpati Credit 50 thousand, Indosat Sms Credit 5 thousand then buying simultaneously. Testing the system of weka in data mining with association rules can find itemset combination patterns from the sales of Pulse and Quota products at Sujase Cell, so that information is obtained that is useful in increasing sales and can process stock inventory of Pulse and Quota products properly. Keywords: Apriori Algorithm, Data Mining, Sales Transaction, Sujase Cell Abstrak: Sujase Cell adalah sebuah toko yang bergerak dibidang Pulsa dan Kuota dan didalamnya mempunyai data transaksi penjualan salah satunya pemilik toko Sujase Cell ingin mengetahui Pola Kombinasi Produk 1 dengan yang lainnya guna meningkatkan pendapatan di toko tersebut permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pemilik Sujase Cell saat ini yaitu si pemilik bingung dalam mengolah data dan tidak bisa mengetahui pola Kombinasi produk satu dengan lainnya maksudnya mengetahui pembeli membeli produk kedua setelah membeli produk pertama oleh karena itu di olah lah data tersebut dengan menggunakan teknik data mining salah satu metodenya dengan metode asosiasi dengan algoritma apriori teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiasi yang ada di data. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Weka dengan nilai minimum support 0,10 (10%) dan nilai confidence 1 (100%) aturan yang diperoleh dari nilai support dan confidence yaitu 10 aturan asosiasi. Aturan asosiasi tersebut menghasilkan nilai confidence tertinngi 100% pada pembelian Pulsa Indosat 25 ribu, Pulsa Simpati 50 ribu, Pulsa Sms Indosat 5 ribu maka akan membeli secara bersamaan. Pengujian sistem dari weka tersebut pada data mining dengan aturan asosiasi dapat menemukan pola kombinasi itemset dari hasil penjualan produk Pulsa dan Kuota di Sujase Cell, sehingga diperoleh informasi yang bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan dapat mengolah persediaan stok produk Pulsa dan Kuota dengan baik. Kata kunci: Algoritma Apriori, Data Mining, Transaksi Penjualan, Sujase Cell

Abstract

Administrasi persuratan di Desa Ciherang Pacet saat ini masih dikelola secara manual menggunakan buku catatan, yang mungkin menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan, seperti ketidakefisienan proses, potensi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, serta kesulitan dalam pencarian data arsip. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian terapan yang bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi persuratan berbasis web dan telah diberi nama SISUCI. Aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah pengelolaan surat dan dokumen administrasi. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter serta basis data MySQL. Fitur utama yang ditawarkan meliputi pengelolaan data penduduk, pembuatan dan pencatatan surat secara otomatis, pengarsipan digital, serta kemampuan mencetak dokumen dalam format PDF. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur pencarian data yang efisien untuk mempermudah pengambilan arsip ketika diperlukan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa implementasi sistem persuratan otomatis mulai dari pembuatan surat sampai pengelolaan arsip surat Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan sistem keamanan data yang memadai untuk memastikan bahwa data sensitif warga terlindungi dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat yang menjadi langkah awal dalam digitalisasi tata kelola desa, yang nantinya dapat diadopsi oleh desa lain sebagai model penerapan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Water quality monitoring is crucial in aquaculture to maintain fish health and increase productivity. This study developed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based water quality monitoring and automatic feeding system using an ESP32 microcontroller, DS18B20 temperature sensor, TDS sensor, turbidity sensor, and SG90 servo motor. The Blynk platform was used as an interface to monitor real-time data, set feeding intervals, and send notifications. The system was developed using the prototyping method, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and refinement. Sensor calibration was conducted by comparing the temperature sensor with a digital thermometer, the TDS sensor with a digital TDS meter, and the turbidity sensor with digital turbidity meter. A total of 30 measurement samples were collected to calculate deviations. The operational ranges detected were 20–30 °C, 220–260 ppm, and 2–4 NTU. Results showed average deviations of 2.04 °C (92.44%), 2.84 ppm (96.21%), and 0.17 NTU (98.11%). The system provides reliable monitoring and programmable feeding intervals, enhancing efficiency in aquaculture management.

Abstract

This research focuses on the design and implementation of a chicken coop temperature and humidity monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with automatic notifications through Telegram. The study was motivated by the problems faced by poultry farmers, particularly the difficulty of continuously monitoring environmental conditions manually and the lack of an early warning system when temperature or humidity exceeds the normal threshold. The proposed system integrates a DHT22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller to process data and connect to Wi-Fi, and the Telegram Bot API to deliver automatic notifications. The prototype was developed using a prototyping methodology, including design, implementation, and testing stages. The test results demonstrate that the DHT22 sensor provided sufficient accuracy with an average error of ±0.3°C for temperature and ±1%RH for humidity. Notifications via Telegram were successfully delivered within 3–5 seconds after critical conditions were detected. Additionally, the system applies a 10-minute delay for normal conditions to avoid message spamming while still ensuring continuous monitoring. Overall, the system effectively supports poultry farmers by enabling real-time monitoring, early warnings, and efficient management of coop environmental conditions. This prototype highlights the potential of IoT-based solutions to modernize poultry farming and increase productivity through practical and cost-effective monitoring technologies.

Abstract

This research aims to predict roof tile production trends at one of the roof tile companies in Kebumen to assist company management in determining and providing management recommendations for the tile production that occurs. A comparison of Single Moving Average (SMA) and Double Moving Average (DMA) Forecasting methods was used to better accommodate trends in roof tile production data optimally. Where the forecast is presented for several steps ahead, and is equipped with a value measuring the accuracy of the forecast using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), on roof tile production transaction data over 60 months, namely January-December 2019 to January-December 2023 to produce a monthly forecast for predicting roof tile production with n-th ordo 2 and 4. The total sample of training data processed was 1,415,987 records which were roof tile production transaction data, as well as data in January 2024 as test data (to test the accuracy of the forecast). The results of testing the forecast results produced a MAPE calculation of 6.6% for SMA with n-th ordo 2, while for n-th ordo 4 it was 7.2%. The MAPE value for DMA is 6.3% for n-th ordo 2, while for n-th ordo 4 it is 8.2%, which means the accuracy level is very good, namely above 90%. Based on the MAPE results obtained, the DMA method with n-th ordo 2 is a suitable method for carrying out periodic forecasting for roof tile companies in carrying out the production process to maintain stability and avoid unexpected events.
