Abstract

Administrasi persuratan di Desa Ciherang Pacet saat ini masih dikelola secara manual menggunakan buku catatan, yang mungkin menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan, seperti ketidakefisienan proses, potensi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, serta kesulitan dalam pencarian data arsip. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian terapan yang bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi persuratan berbasis web dan telah diberi nama SISUCI. Aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah pengelolaan surat dan dokumen administrasi. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter serta basis data MySQL. Fitur utama yang ditawarkan meliputi pengelolaan data penduduk, pembuatan dan pencatatan surat secara otomatis, pengarsipan digital, serta kemampuan mencetak dokumen dalam format PDF. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur pencarian data yang efisien untuk mempermudah pengambilan arsip ketika diperlukan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa implementasi sistem persuratan otomatis mulai dari pembuatan surat sampai pengelolaan arsip surat Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan sistem keamanan data yang memadai untuk memastikan bahwa data sensitif warga terlindungi dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat yang menjadi langkah awal dalam digitalisasi tata kelola desa, yang nantinya dapat diadopsi oleh desa lain sebagai model penerapan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Water quality monitoring is crucial in aquaculture to maintain fish health and increase productivity. This study developed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based water quality monitoring and automatic feeding system using an ESP32 microcontroller, DS18B20 temperature sensor, TDS sensor, turbidity sensor, and SG90 servo motor. The Blynk platform was used as an interface to monitor real-time data, set feeding intervals, and send notifications. The system was developed using the prototyping method, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and refinement. Sensor calibration was conducted by comparing the temperature sensor with a digital thermometer, the TDS sensor with a digital TDS meter, and the turbidity sensor with digital turbidity meter. A total of 30 measurement samples were collected to calculate deviations. The operational ranges detected were 20–30 °C, 220–260 ppm, and 2–4 NTU. Results showed average deviations of 2.04 °C (92.44%), 2.84 ppm (96.21%), and 0.17 NTU (98.11%). The system provides reliable monitoring and programmable feeding intervals, enhancing efficiency in aquaculture management.

Abstract

This research focuses on the design and implementation of a chicken coop temperature and humidity monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with automatic notifications through Telegram. The study was motivated by the problems faced by poultry farmers, particularly the difficulty of continuously monitoring environmental conditions manually and the lack of an early warning system when temperature or humidity exceeds the normal threshold. The proposed system integrates a DHT22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller to process data and connect to Wi-Fi, and the Telegram Bot API to deliver automatic notifications. The prototype was developed using a prototyping methodology, including design, implementation, and testing stages. The test results demonstrate that the DHT22 sensor provided sufficient accuracy with an average error of ±0.3°C for temperature and ±1%RH for humidity. Notifications via Telegram were successfully delivered within 3–5 seconds after critical conditions were detected. Additionally, the system applies a 10-minute delay for normal conditions to avoid message spamming while still ensuring continuous monitoring. Overall, the system effectively supports poultry farmers by enabling real-time monitoring, early warnings, and efficient management of coop environmental conditions. This prototype highlights the potential of IoT-based solutions to modernize poultry farming and increase productivity through practical and cost-effective monitoring technologies.

Abstract

This research aims to predict roof tile production trends at one of the roof tile companies in Kebumen to assist company management in determining and providing management recommendations for the tile production that occurs. A comparison of Single Moving Average (SMA) and Double Moving Average (DMA) Forecasting methods was used to better accommodate trends in roof tile production data optimally. Where the forecast is presented for several steps ahead, and is equipped with a value measuring the accuracy of the forecast using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), on roof tile production transaction data over 60 months, namely January-December 2019 to January-December 2023 to produce a monthly forecast for predicting roof tile production with n-th ordo 2 and 4. The total sample of training data processed was 1,415,987 records which were roof tile production transaction data, as well as data in January 2024 as test data (to test the accuracy of the forecast). The results of testing the forecast results produced a MAPE calculation of 6.6% for SMA with n-th ordo 2, while for n-th ordo 4 it was 7.2%. The MAPE value for DMA is 6.3% for n-th ordo 2, while for n-th ordo 4 it is 8.2%, which means the accuracy level is very good, namely above 90%. Based on the MAPE results obtained, the DMA method with n-th ordo 2 is a suitable method for carrying out periodic forecasting for roof tile companies in carrying out the production process to maintain stability and avoid unexpected events.

Abstract

Jalur Sutra Tiongkok atau One Belt One Road (OBOR) adalah inisiatif ekonomi global dari pemerintah Tiongkok untuk memperluas konektivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak OBOR terhadap perdagangan internasional antara Indonesia dan negara-negara di Asia, Eropa, dan Afrika melalui jaringan infrastruktur. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OBOR memperkuat kerja sama keuangan, meningkatkan konektivitas jalan dan infrastruktur, mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi jangka panjang, dan mengurangi kesenjangan ekonomi antar daerah di Tiongkok. Bagi perdagangan internasional dengan Indonesia, OBOR berdampak positif dengan peningkatan volume perdagangan, diversifikasi pasar ekspor, peningkatan investasi asing langsung, dan peningkatan konektivitas infrastruktur. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan masukan berharga bagi pengambil keputusan ekonomi, perencana pembangunan, dan pelaku industri untuk memanfaatkan peluang dari inisiatif OBOR.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) on digital payment information systems and user behavior in Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis and validity-reliability tests. Data were collected through online questionnaires from 130 QRIS users at STIKOM CKI Campus. The results indicate that QRIS significantly affects the efficiency of digital payment systems, with regression coefficients of 0.8334 for ease of use and 0.0794 for security. Additionally, QRIS usage frequency influences user satisfaction (β = 0.462). Descriptive analysis reveals that 61.5% of respondents recommend QRIS, with the main constraint being slow internet connections (46.2%). These findings provide practical implications for service providers and regulators to enhance QRIS adoption.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the success of an organization. PT Hetra Vexa Group, a company engaged in software application sales, previously relied on a manual and subjective performance appraisal system. This condition created several problems, such as lack of objectivity, difficulties in real-time performance monitoring, and delays in strategic decision-making. To address these issues, this study implemented a mobile-based employee performance measurement system using the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) approach combined with the Objective and Key Results (OKR) method. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages, while system evaluation was conducted through Black Box Testing. The system features employee data management, KPI indicators, automated appraisal, and a monitoring dashboard displaying real-time evaluation results. KPI was applied to determine indicator weights, whereas OKR was used to map organizational strategic objectives into individual targets. The testing results show that the system produces more objective, accurate, and standardized performance appraisals. Employees with a KPI score ≥ 80% are categorized as high achievers and eligible for rewards, while those with a score ≤ 60% are categorized as low performers and subject to punishment. The system implementation has proven to increase appraisal efficiency by 40% compared to the previous manual method and significantly reduce subjectivity in managerial assessments. The average efficiency improvement was recorded at 80.63%, reflected in the reduction of performance evaluation time from eight days to one working day, a decrease of document costs by 80%, a reduction of data errors by 80%, and acceleration of performance report access from twenty working days to five working days. Therefore, this system contributes to enhancing productivity, work motivation, and sustainable achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan ketepatan pengelolaan data pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, pada praktiknya masih banyak UMKM yang menjalankan proses bisnis secara manual, termasuk dalam pencatatan transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan stok, dan penyusunan laporan. UMKM Seblak Reyhan merupakan usaha kuliner yang dikelola secara keluarga di Jakarta Timur dan masih menggunakan metode pencatatan manual, sehingga data penjualan belum terdokumentasi secara terstruktur, sulit ditelusuri, serta berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan dan keterlambatan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen penjualan berbasis web yang dapat membantu UMKM Seblak Reyhan dalam mengelola data operasional secara terintegrasi dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, serta analisis dokumen pencatatan penjualan. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan pemanfaatan framework Laravel dan basis data terpusat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mempermudah proses transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan stok, serta penyusunan laporan penjualan secara terstruktur dan real time. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat mengurangi risiko kehilangan data dan meningkatkan efektivitas kerja kasir. Fitur receipt sebagai bukti transaksi juga memberikan nilai tambah dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan pelanggan. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi digital yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM sejenis dalam mendukung pengelolaan usaha di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student satisfaction with the quality of academic services at ST Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika using the SERVQUAL approach. The method measures the gap between students’ expectations and perceptions across five service dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to 149 students and analyzed by comparing perception and expectation scores. The results show that all service dimensions had quality ratios below 1, indicating that service delivery does not fully meet student expectations. Empathy received the highest scores of 0.93, while reliability recorded the lowest scores of 0.87. These findings highlight the need for service improvement, particularly in the areas of reliability and timely response to student needs. Recommendations include enhancing academic information systems, ensuring consistency in academic services, and improving staff professionalism.Keywords: Student Satisfaction, Service Quality, Higher Education

Abstract

RSUP Persahabatan operates as a teaching hospital supporting clinical education for medical professionals through Specialist Medical Education Programs (PPDS) and medical internships (Coass). The current registration infrastructure exhibits significant operational deficiencies, including recurring data entry errors, compromised information integrity, and dependence on manual reporting via Microsoft Excel. These limitations create administrative bottlenecks and reduce process reliability. To address these challenges, we developed a web-based student registration platform employing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. RAD facilitates accelerated development cycles through iterative prototyping and continuous stakeholder engagement. The platform incorporates automated document validation mechanisms and WhatsApp notification systems triggered upon registration approval. Implementation involved four RAD phases: planning, user design, construction, and cutover. Black-box testing and user acceptance testing validated functional integrity across all modules. Testing results demonstrated zero errors in registration workflows, document uploads, and verification processes. The platform achieved a maximum response time of 2.8 seconds per transaction while supporting concurrent user access. Results indicate measurable improvements in administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and processing speed compared to the previous manual system.
