Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and develop a Web-based information system for ordering and delivering goods at PT. Total Logistic. This system is designed to address issues in managing consumer complaints, where data received from customers through customer service is still managed manually, making it easy to get lost before moving on to the next process. Through an analysis of the current system, it was found that a web-based information system is needed to help address this issue and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. This design utilizes a system development approach involving the creation of User Interface (UI) Design and Application Prototype. Testing of the developed UI and Prototype shows that the system functions well and has a valid success rate. With this web-based information system, PT. Total Logistic is expected to improve the quality of customer service and minimize the risk of data loss the delivering goods of consumer process.

Abstract

PT PASSWORD SOLUSI SISTEM is a company that provides IT Infrastructure, System Integrator & Business Application solutions, including implementing, maintaining, and providing other value-added services to customers. This thesis describes the design and development of a web-based Purchase Order Information System for PT. Password Solusi Sistem. The research aims to address the current manual and error-prone purchase order input process. Through a web-based development approach, the system is designed to improve efficiency in handling purchase orders, expedite responses to emerging issues, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction. The research results include a well-tested UI (User Interface) design and prototype of the information system application, demonstrating a valid level of success. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that PT. Password Solusi Sistem can more effectively and efficiently address purchase order issues, bringing significant benefits to the company and customers.

Abstract

The management of case administration at the IKADIN South Jakarta office is a crucial aspect in supporting the organization's performance and legal services to the community. Conventional administrative processes often face various challenges, such as difficulties in document tracking, data inaccuracy, and slow communication flow between lawyers and clients. To address these issues, this research aims to design and develop an effective, efficient, and easily accessible web-based case administration information system. This information system is designed to automate various case administration processes, from recording and tracking to reporting, in order to enhance productivity and data accuracy at the IKADIN South Jakarta office. In the system development, software development methods are used, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, as well as system testing and evaluation. The main features of this system include case data management, digital document management, reporting, and notification systems to monitor important deadlines.

Abstract

The design and creation of a web-based Purchase Order System at PT Adhy Mitra Permana, has a background problem, namely the process of ordering the purchase or rental of LED Panels at PT Adhy Mitra Permana is still carried out by recording the order book so that sometimes there are errors in the manual recording process, waste of paper, and the existence of lost data due to recording papers that are sometimes lost so that the system needs to be addressed and payment notes that are written manually and also the process of making reports on income and expenses at PT Adhy Mitra Permana. The system development method used is SDLC and Blackbox testing. System development includes making UML diagrams, namely Use Case, Activity, and Class Diagrams both on the current system and the proposed system. The results obtained from this study are the process carried out with an online web-based information system for LED ordering procedures, report generation, report monitoring and provide convenience in the process to be faster and more structured.

Abstract

PT Fajar Berkat Abadi is a food and beverage supply company, with the flagship product Forestly Indonesia, an instant chocolate powder drink. This research aims to overcome the challenges of manual document management that is prone to human error. The system is designed with a web-based approach to improve efficiency in document handling. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, literature study, design and testing. Then in this study there is also a system modeling with the UML (Unifield Modeling Language) method and PHP as a programming language and Mysql as a database. The results of the research include user interface design (UI) and application prototypes that have been tested, showing a valid success rate. The implementation of this system is expected to improve document management at PT Fajar Berkat Abadi, increase effectiveness, efficiency, and provide significant benefits to the company.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, keterampilan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menjadi kompetensi mendasar yang harus dimiliki oleh generasi muda. Pembuatan website statis merupakan salah satu bentuk keterampilan digital dasar yang relevan dan strategis untuk diajarkan di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 14 Jakarta melalui pelatihan pembuatan website statis. Pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan dasar HTML dan CSS, desain struktur informasi, serta pemanfaatan perangkat lunak pendukung. Proses pelatihan dirancang untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir logis, kritis, kreatif, dan kolaboratif siswa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa tidak hanya memahami konsep dasar pengembangan website, tetapi juga mampu menghasilkan karya digital yang sederhana namun fungsional. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memperluas wawasan siswa tentang potensi karier di bidang teknologi informasi dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka di dunia kerja maupun pendidikan lanjut. Keberhasilan pelatihan dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan perangkat, pendampingan guru yang kompeten, dan dukungan dari mitra eksternal. Program ini juga memberikan manfaat bagi sekolah, seperti penguatan citra sebagai institusi pendidikan berbasis teknologi dan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 14 Jakarta mampu menjadi individu yang adaptif, inovatif, dan siap berkontribusi di era digital.

Abstract

Community organizations today often face obstacles in managing member, activity, and financial data centrally and efficiently. This condition causes difficulties in tracking information, coordinating between members, and making timely decisions. Therefore, community organizations need an integrated web-based Management Information System (SIM) to facilitate data management, increase transparency, and support the decision-making process effectively. The purpose of this research is to create and build a community organization management information system that can be accessed via the internet. This system will help the North Jakarta Tribal Agency for National Unity and Politics manage and manage data on community organizations (Ormas) in a systematic and effective way. This research uses observation, interviews, and literature studies. The Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model was employed for system development, while the Unified Modeling Language (UML) was utilized to design use case, activity, and class diagrams. The system incorporates features for data management, activity proposal submission, activity reporting, and society registration. The functionality of each feature was validated through system testing using the Blackbox method. The implementation of this information system has been demonstrated to enhance data management efficiency, reduce error occurrence, and facilitate enhanced supervision of CSO activities by the National Unity and Political Organization Tribe. Abstrak Organisasi kemasyarakatan saat ini seringkali menghadapi kendala dalam mengelola data anggota, kegiatan, dan keuangan secara terpusat dan efisien. Kondisi ini menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pelacakan informasi, koordinasi antaranggota, dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat waktu. Sehingga organisasi kemasyarakatan memerlukan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) berbasis web yang terintegrasi untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data, meningkatkan transparansi, dan mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan secara efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen organisasi masyarakat yang dapat diakses melalui internet. Sistem ini akan membantu Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara mengelola dan mengelola data organisasi masyarakat (Ormas) dengan cara yang sistematis dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem, sementara Unified Modeling Language (UML) merancang diagram use case, aktivitas, dan class. Sistem ini memungkinkan manajemen data organisasi, pengajuan usulan kegiatan, laporan kegiatan, dan fitur registrasi Ormas. Setiap fitur berjalan dengan benar ditunjukkan oleh pengujian sistem dengan metode Blackbox. Dengan penerapan sistem informasi ini, proses pengelolaan data menjadi lebih efisien, kesalahan pencatatan diminimalkan, dan pengawasan aktivitas Ormas oleh Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik menjadi lebih mudah.

Abstract

Arabic letter writing is known as khat art. Khat is classified into many categories and can be identified into three types: Khat Naskhi, Khat Qufi, and Khat Farisi, per the rules established in the art of Khat. Arabic letters, the subjects of khat art, evolved following the region where it first appeared. As a result, the Qufi style, for instance, marked the start of the evolution of Khat in the tenth century. Previously somewhat rigid, Khat became more fluid and beautiful, although it remained angular. Subsequently, the art of Sulus, Naskhi, Raiham, Riqa, and Tauqi evolved and exhibited the form of Khat, cursive (italic)—artificial neural network-based khat art type recognition by selecting the Kohonen

Abstract

The dictionary is a kind of reference book composed of abjad and contains terms of terms and their meanings. Dictionaries are needed in education to figure out the word or term you want to know its meaning. In education, it is found in many terms, for example, in the biological sciences. In biology, there is the term a scientific term that must be known to every student, especially those who pursue the field of biology. The scientific term, or scientific name, is the Latin name of plants and animals and is one of the critical discussions in the biology field contained in the course curriculum of elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school lectures. The field of biology is the subject of the taxonomy of plants and animals, and each student is required to know the Latin of every plant and animal. This is because plants and animals in the world of biology are known to scientists with scientific language. In this research, the author applies the scientific language dictionary of plants and animals using an algorithm based on the android Jaro Winkler distance. Jaro Winkler's distance algorithm searches for the desired plants and animals. In this study, the plant names and scientific names are taken from existing books and journals. Each name consists of 1000 names of plants and animals, with each of the 500 names of plants and 500 animal names along with scientific language and the images, respectively. The system will generate output from the scientific names of plants and animals and be equipped with pictures and explanations. The results from this study use an algorithm called Jaro Winkler Distance to search for the names of the desired plants and animals by matching each character entered with the characters in the database.

Abstract

Suku Dayak Kanayatn memiliki warisan budaya yang kaya dan unik, termasuk tradisi, adat istiadat, tarian, dan cerita rakyat. Permasalahan yang dialami di Suku Dayak Kanayatn adalah keterbatasan aksesibilitas dan penyebaran informasi budaya mereka. Kurangnya platform yang secara khusus mengangkat tradisi dan budaya Suku Dayak Kanayatn menyebabkan sulitnya akses bagi masyarakat umum, baik di dalam maupun di luar komunitas. Untuk menangani kendala tersebut dibuatlah aplikasi penyedia informasi berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi tentang Suku Dayak Kanayatn. Penelitian ini dirancang dan dimodelkan menggunakan Unifield Modelling Langueage (UML), PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman yaitu framework laravel, serta MySQL sebagai database. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses-proses yang ada.
