Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Putikayo. Based on the results obtained, the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance with the linear regression equation Y= 28,175+0.660 The linear regression equation value Y=22.465+0.560X2, with a value of Tcount > Ttable (5.711 > 1.677) and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously the work environment variables and work stress influence employee performance with a linear regression equation value of Y= 18.749 + 0.101X1 + 0.561X2, with the f test results Fcount > Ftable (17.371 > 4.047) and a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi pada pegawai kecamatan Kembangan di Jakarta barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien regresi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,1% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,754 1,991). Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 42,9% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,601 > 1,991). Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,226 + 0,420X1 + 0,387X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (32,507>3,16).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa seberapa kuat hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik dengan kinerja karyawan bagian produksi spinning PT Prima Rajuli Tangerang.Populasi dari Penelitian ini  jumlah  karyawan bagian spinning  di PT Primarajuli Sukses Tangerang sebanyak 70 orang dan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sensus (tidak dengan sampel) dengan alasan jumlah populasi yang relatif sedikit dengan dominan pekerja laki-laki 70 orang atau 100% dan dengan usia dominan 20-30 tahun dengan pendidikan berdominan SLTA dengan dominan masa kerja 5-10 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini, Penulis melakukan sensus terhadap sumberdaya manusia sebagai karyawan di bagian spinning PT Primarajuli Sukses Tangerang. Objek yang diteliti adalah motivasi kerja baik motivasi intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik dan kinerja kerja karyawan bagian spinning PT Primarajuli Sukses Tangerang. Ada dua Variabel yang digunakan yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Motivasi Intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik sebagai variabel bebas dan Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Untuk menguji variabel yang berpengaruh, peneliti menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan uji T dan Uji F. Menurut hasil yang diperoleh, Motivasi Intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik terhadap Kinerja tidak sesuai dengan yang diperkirakan. Persepsi tersebut hanya menjelaskan 50,6% dari Motivasi intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik, sisanya 49,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Motivasi Intrinsik, Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

PT. Actual Kencana Adhijaya engaged in asset assessment (appraisal) and financial management and business consulting services. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Leadership and Organizational Culture variables on Employee Performance using Linear Regression Analysis. In this study, the influence of the Moderating Variable (Organizational Culture) in Strengthening or Weakening the Influence of Leadership on Employee Performance. From the results of the analysis carried out, it is known that 1) Leadership has a significant influence on Employee Performance with a calculated t value (5.403)> t table (1.985). Where leadership has an influence of 23.5% on employee performance; 2) Organizational Culture has a significant influence where Organizational Culture Weakens the Influence of Leadership on Employee Performance with a calculated F value (64.874)> from F Table (3.094). Where leadership and organizational culture have an influence of 67.7%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT Telkom in West Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, a population of 130 people with sampling using probability sampling techniques: simple random sampling and Slovin's formula with an error level of 5% so that 99 respondents were obtained. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 14,573 + 0.632X1, the correlation value of 0.646 means that the two variables have a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 41.7%. Hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t table or (8.338 > 1.985). The value of the coefficient of determination is 52.5% while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test obtained value of F arithmetic > F table or (52,963 > 2,700). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Finaccel Teknologi Jakarta Pusat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam Penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 78 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y) secara parsial pada PT Finaccel Teknologi Indonesia Jakarta Pusat. Dimana nilai dari thitung 5,984 > ttabel 1,665.hal tersebut juga di perkuat signifikasi Sig 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Kepuasan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y) secara parsial pada PT Finaccel Teknologi Indonesia Jakarta Pusat. Dimana nilai dari thitung 3,412 > ttabel 1,665.hal tersebut juga di perkuat signifikasi Sig 0,001 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y) secara simultan pada PT Finaccel Teknologi Indonesia Jakarta Pusat.dimana nilai Fhitung 17,816 > Ftabel 3,119, ini diperkuat dengan signifikasi Sig 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan santri di Ponpes Ruhama Al Fajar Bogor melalui pelatihan keuangan dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Program ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri dalam mengelola keuangan dan mengembangkan kemampuan diri, sehingga mereka dapat menjadi lebih mandiri dan berkontribusi pada masyarakat. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain melakukan studi pendahuluan, mengadakan pelatihan dan workshop bagi para santri/santriwati di pondok pesantren Ruhama Al fajar Bogor. Hasil pengabdian yang diharapkan lulusan para santri mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang bagaimana mereka bisa megelola keuangan dan membuat laporan petty cash perusahaan. Serta dapat turun langsung di lingkungan sosial kemasyarakatan. PKM ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi dan kualitas hidup santri. Dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai, santri dapat menjadi agen perubahan di masyarakat dan memberikan kontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial. Oleh karena itu, program ini perlu terus dikembangkan dan diperluas untuk mencapai dampak yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has made social media and the internet an integral part of students' lives. However, the high intensity of digital media use also carries various risks, one of which is cyberbullying, which can affect students' mental health and motivation to learn. Therefore, efforts to improve digital literacy are needed so that students are able to use social media wisely, safely, and responsibly. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to increase students' understanding and awareness of digital literacy, particularly related to cyberbullying, its impact on mental health and learning motivation, as well as prevention and handling efforts. The activity was carried out face-to-face at Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang High School, involving 35 students as participants. The methods used included peer-to-peer training, material delivery, question and answer sessions, experience sharing, interactive discussions, and ice breaking. The results of the activity showed that students gained a better understanding of the various forms of cyberbullying, its negative impacts, and the importance of maintaining ethics and mutual respect in social media. In addition, students also showed an increased awareness of the importance of creating a healthy digital environment that supports the learning process. Thus, this PKM activity made a positive contribution to shaping wise, responsible, and ethical attitudes among students in using social media and the internet.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has made social media and the internet an integral part of the lives of the younger generation. The high intensity of digital media use among students has both positive impacts and potential problems if it is not accompanied by an understanding of ethics and good character. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to increase digital literacy and shape the positive character of the younger generation in using social media and the internet wisely and responsibly. The activity was conducted face-to-face at Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang High School, South Tangerang City, using methods of socialization, counseling, and interactive discussion. The material presented included digital literacy, social media ethics, the impact of digital media use, and the importance of positive character building. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding and awareness of the importance of ethics, responsibility, and critical thinking in digital media. Thus, this PKM activity made a positive contribution in supporting the formation of a positive and ethical digital generation in utilizing social media and the internet.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology requires today’s generation to possess adequate digital literacy skills in order to use social media intelligently, responsibly, and in a healthy manner. Digital literacy not only refers to the ability to search for and understand information, but also includes skills in processing, creating, and behaving ethically in the digital environment. This study aims to examine how digital literacy contributes to shaping a generation that is critical, wise in using social media, and capable of maintaining mental health during digital activities. The research method employed a literature study based on various references related to digital literacy and social media user behavior. The results of the analysis indicate that digital literacy plays an important role in improving the ability to evaluate information, preventing the spread of misinformation, strengthening digital ethics, and reducing risks such as cyberbullying and social media addiction. Therefore, strengthening digital literacy is a strategic step in building a generation that is better prepared to face digital challenges in a positive and productive manner.
