Abstract

This study discusses how career influence, employee involvement, and compensation towards organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT Wika Intinusa Surabaya. This study aims to determine the effect of career, employee involvement, compensation on organizational Citizenship Behavior. The sampling technique in this study is to use the census method. Respondents in this study were 50 active employees in the city of Surabaya. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.1.8 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the variable Career and variable compensation partially affects the Organizational Citizenship behavior, but in Variable Employee Engagement (Employee Engagement) less influential partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الصعوبات التي تواجهها طلاب المدارس الثانوية في دراسة اللغة العربية. باستخدام نهج توصيفي نوعي، يتم جمع البيانات من خلال مقابلات عميقة، ومحطات، ومراقبة الفصل بين الطلاب والمدرسين. وتشير النتائج إلى أن الصعوبات الرئيسية التي تواجه الطلاب تشمل فهم قواعد اللغات المعقدة، واستخدام القصص الخاطئة، فضلاً عن الحد الأدنى من المساعدة والتفاؤل في التعلم. تم العثور على طرق التدريس الأقل التفاعلية والمواد التدريبية التي لا تتوافق مع مستويات المهارات الطلابية أيضًا كوادر خارجية مهمة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن الحد الأدنى من الوقت الدراسي وقلة الدعم من البيئة يزيد من الصعوبات التي تواجه الطلاب. وتؤكد النتائج من هذه الدراسة الحاجة إلى اتجاهات التعلم أكثر إبداعا ومهمة، فضلا عن دعم أكبر من بيئة التعلم للطلاب. وتشمل الإرشادات استخدام أساليب التدريس التفاعلية، وتوفير مواد تعليمية مثيرة للاهتمام، وزيادة الوقت الدراسي، وتحسين الدعم من الأسرة والأصدقاء. ويتوقع تنفيذ هذه الاستراتيجية أن تساعد الطلاب على التغلب على الصعوبات في دراسة اللغة العربية وتحقيق مهارات لغات أعلى

Abstract

The wider spread of the internet makes the internet a place for communication and promotion media in a business. One of the marketing strategies carried out by a company is the electronic word of mouth communication strategy which plays a role in building the brand image of a product, one of which is a product in the beauty sector. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth on brand image and its impact on purchasing interest in Emina brand cosmetic products.The population in this study are young women aged 13-24 years in Semarang City who use social media and are users of Emina cosmetic products. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. This research uses quantitative methods. The data obtained is analyzed then including: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis.The results of the data analysis carried out, the indicators used in this study are all valid and reliable. For the classical assumption test, overall the data is normally distributed. The results of the T test in this study indicate that the electronic word of mouth variable (X) has an effect on brand image (Z) with a significant value of 0.000. Brand image variable (Z) partially affects purchase intention (Y). The electronic word of mouth variable (X) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (Y) on young women who use Emina products in Semarang City, with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05.. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) analysis test in this study on the electronic word of mouth (X) and brand image (Z) variables on purchase intention (Y) amounted to 52.6%.In this study, it can be concluded that (1) the electronic word of mouth variable has an influence on brand image, (2) the brand image variable has an influence on purchasing interest, (3) the electronic word of mouth variable has an influence on buying interest. For this reason, it is recommended for companies to be able to improve the brand image of products and create good marketing ideas through electronic word of mouth strategies so that purchasing interest in Emina cosmetic products increases.

Abstract

Abstraksi. Persaingan dalam dunia bisnis semakin bertambah ketat. Persaingan yang semakin ketat ini menuntut para pelaku bisnis untuk mampu memaksimalkan kinerja perusahaannya agar dapat bersaing di pasar. begitu juga yang terjadi dengan Bengkel AC Nagara Batang saat ini terjadi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi dan Keamanan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing (Studi Kasus Bengkel AC Nagara Batang).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Bengkel AC Nagara Batang dari bulan Januari 2023 sampai bulan Juli 2023 yaitu sebanyak 1.656 pelanggan dan Metode Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 orang pegawai, kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis data secara kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi: uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2).Data-data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y = 0.335+ 0.515X1 +0.014X2 +0.462X3, Di mana variable Keunggulan Bersaing (Y), variabel Kualitas Pelayanan(X1), Lokasi X2), dan Keamanan (X3). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan(X1) dan Keamanan (X3), secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing, sedangkan Lokasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,759 menunjukkan bahwa 75,9 persen variabel Keunggulan Bersaing dapat dijelaskan oleh tiga variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,1 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar ketiga variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah Bengkel AC Nagara Batang diharapkan dapat mempertahankan sekaligus meningkatkan lagi Keunggulan Bersaing, dengan meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi dan Keamanan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency, and activity on financial performance in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021–2023. Financial performance is measured by Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable, while liquidity is measured by Current Ratio (CR), solvency by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and activity by Total Assets Turnover (TATO) as the independent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, so that a sample of 23 companies was obtained with a total of 69 observations over three years. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, preceded by a classical assumption test. The results of the study indicate that partially: (1) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, (2) Solvency does not have a significant effect on financial performance, and (3) Activity has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on the company's financial performance. These findings suggest that firms should maintain adequate liquidity and asset utilization efficiency to support profitability, while paying attention to their capital structure to avoid burdening financial performance. This study offers implications for corporate management and investors in making strategic decisions.
