Abstract

In carrying out sustainable development, paying attention to many aspects is necessary. This article explores the aspect of justice for the entire community, which is one of the characteristics of religious tourism branding, which can provide access to the entire community to feel comfortable and safe when traveling and create significant growth in the creative economy of the surrounding community. Madura is generally known as a religious area that emphasizes religious values. In religious values, God never differentiates between his people. The research used a qualitative approach with the interpretive method where informants experienced an in-depth interview. The research finding described that in its development, Madura religious tourism should pay attention not only to economic aspects but also to the involvement of social justice in providing opportunities for people with disabilities to access the religious facilities and religious tourism they have. Together with the tourism department, researchers are trying to provide suggestions and strategies for the sustainability of religious tourism development that prioritizes aspects of religious branding and justice for every congregation. With increasing attention to the rights of people with disabilities in religious tourism, the image and branding will increase to attract the wider community to increasingly visit tourism in Madura in general and religious tourism in Sumenep in particular. Development focusing more on the tourism sector and the creative economy should not marginalize people with disabilities as part of the development object. Therefore, inclusion-friendly tourism development needs to be an input for related agencies and local governments to uphold aspects of social justice among fellow humans. This research uses a qualitative methodology with an ethnomethodological approach. This study focuses on the assumption of "subjectivity" through the interpretive actions of community members who produce and organize daily experiences related to inter-religious tolerance values. The focus of this study concern a views of stakeholders, including the organizational structure of educational institutions and local government officials regarding the implementation of non-Muslim religious-based education as a representation of minority groups. Bangkalan Regency was chosen as the research location, referring to the highest proportion of Christian and Catholic population among the four regencies on Madura Island. The results of this study show the attitude of tolerance between religious communities as a representation of pluralism, especially for religious minority groups in the field of education provision that occurs in Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

Sexual violence during dating is a serious issue. The increased sexual violence during dating demonstrates that this phenomenon is becoming increasingly dangerous. This study investigates the gender relationship between perpetrators and victims of sexual violence during dating among university students. This study employed a mixed method. This study included 404 male and female students who had experienced sexual violence as respondents. This study discovered various types of sexual violence that occurred in the context of a loving relationship pattern. The perpetrators tend to control and manipulate the victim, making them want to do whatever they want. The victim loved the perpetrator excessively and was forced to serve the perpetrator’s sexual desires as a form of attention and love for the partner, even though the victim was undergoing psychological treatment. Love is transformed into a “desire to have,” causing the individual to lose himself. The subject has become an object as a result of the dating relationship. The perpetrator was repeatedly abused and was very possessive of their partner. The perpetrator did not consider their partner as a subject but rather as an object for negative emotions that significantly impacted the victim. Repeated sexual violence indicates a dating relationship that leads to a controlling relationship. This occurs because the perpetrator’s hegemony over the victim is carried out persuasively by convincing the victim to approve of the perpetrator’s actions.
