Abstract Employees are required to be able to satisfy customers in the availability of electricity and also satisfaction in administrative services. The purpose of this study was to determine and partially test the effect of emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication on employee performance and test it simultaneously on employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Ternate Branch. The number of research samples was 57 people. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool. The study results partially show that emotional intelligence does not affect employee performance while interpersonal communication significantly influences employee performance. The survey results also prove simultaneously that emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication substantially impact employee performance.Keywords: Emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, employee performance. Abstrak Karyawan dituntut mampu memuaskan pelanggan dalam ketersedian listrik dan juga kepuasan dalam pelayanan yang bersifat administratif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara parsial pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan dan juga mengujinya secara simultan pada karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Ternate. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 57 orang. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan secara simultan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Komunikasi Interpersonal, Kinerja Karyawan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kota Ternate Selatan. Model analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sampel sebanyak 33 responden. Dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 16 for windows.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara Parsial (1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai. (2) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai. Sedangkan secara Simultan Disiplin Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada Kantor Kecamatan Ternate Selatan.

Keberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) sebagai Penguatan Ekonomi Desa. Badan usaha milik desa ini adalah salah satu lembaga yang bergerak di bidang sosial dan ekonomi dan sebagai penyedia layanan terhadap masyarakat desa utamanya mengenai bidang usaha.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan fokus penelitian: (1) keberadaan adan Usaha Milik Desa (2) Pendapatan Masyarakat Sebelum dan Sesudah adanya Keberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES). The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of Ternate City Tourism Office. Sampling using Proportionate random sampling amounted to 41 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Organizational Culture, and Work Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From these results can be concluded that Organizational culture fun to encourage good work, and high work discipline will improve the performance of employees of Ternate City Tourism Office.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Human Capital and Job Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Office of the Environment in Ternate. The analysis model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, and the research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach and sample of 69 respondents. With data processing techniques using SPSS 16 for windows. The results of the study prove that: (1) Human Capital has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, which means that the better human capital, the better the performance of employees. (2) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, which means that the higher level of employee job satisfaction will give satisfaction to the performance. With the simultaneous results of both variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with R2 (R Square) corrected by 0.574 or 57.4%.

This study aims to examine (1) the effect of performance rewards on increasing performance, (2) the effect of performance allowances on transformational leadership styles, (3) the effect of transformational leadership styles on increasing performance, (4) the effect of performance rewards on increasing performance through transformational leadership styles as a mediating variable for educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Ternate City. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method, namely sampling on the basis of the criteria for teachers with status and receiving performance allowances in accordance with established regulations from the Ministry of Religion. With a sample of 43 people. The results of the study found that (1) performance allowances had a significant positive effect on improving performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Ternate City educators, (2) performance allowances had a significant positive effect on transformational leadership style on Madrasah Aliyah Negeri City Ternate educators, (3) transformational leadership style had an effect significant positive effect on performance improvement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri educators in Ternate City, (4) indirectly performance allowances have a significant positive effect on performance improvement through transformational leadership style

influence of motivation on employee performance : (2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of work discipline on employee performance : and (3) Knowing and analyzing the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Tidore Island City Environmental Agency. The total Sample of the study was 47 people at the Tidore Island City Environmental Agency. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool. The result showed that : (1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. This show that motivation is is able to improve the performance of Tidore Island City Environmental Agency Employee : (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. This show that imployee work discipline is able to improve the performance of employees of the Tidore Island City Environmental Agency: And (3) Motivation (X1) And work discipline (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that motivation and work discipline are able to improve the performance of employees of the Tidore Island City Environmental Agency.

The abstract is written in English. It should contain the primary issues of study, the Understanding the elements influencing employee performance is critical since it can determine organizational success. In other words, whether or not employees perform well will significantly impact the organization's future production and profitability. This study aims to see how internal marketing affects Job satisfaction by using employee engagement as a moderating variable. Employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Ternate are the research subjects. This study is quantitative. Validity and reliability tests should be performed on the research instrument. Descriptive statistical analysis, SEM (Structural Equation Model), and PLS (Partial et al.) analysis were used to analyze the data. According to the study's findings, internal marketing has no positive or substantial effect on job satisfaction. Internal marketing has a significant and beneficial impact on employee engagement. Employee involvement has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. Employee engagement serves as a bridge between internal marketing and Job satisfaction.

Research has been considered “negligent” in seeing performance as mediation on the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, even more so in village governance. The study aimed to test performance directly related to the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. This research was conducted in South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. The total population in this study was 249 people, and samples were conducted by the purposive sampling method. A total of 179 respondents were involved in the survey. The validity and reliability test uses factor analysis with factor loading values ? 0.5 and Cronbach alpha ? 0.7. Simple regression and hierarchical analysis are used to test research hypotheses. The results showed that the performance variables were as complete as mediation in the study.

Employee turnover has become a problem for many business owners because it affects the sustainability of the business. This research was intended to explore the role of transformational leadership in determining SME employee turnover intention with job satisfaction and work engagement as mediators. Using purposive sampling, two hundred twenty-seven responses were obtained by distributing questionnaires to SME employees. The PLS-SEM application was used to analyze the collected data. The results revealed that transformational leadership positively affects work engagement and job satisfaction. On the other hand, transformational leadership negatively affects turnover intention. In addition, the results also reveal that work engagement and job satisfaction negatively affect turnover intention. Furthermore, work engagement and job satisfaction also intercede the impact of transformational leadership on turnover intention. This research provides essential implications for managing human resources owned by SMEs.
