Abstract

Employee performance issues are related to external factors and the work environment, including personal communication, work relationships, and employee well-being. This study, conducted on 48 employees at the Bireuen Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, used a quantitative associative research method. Using path analysis, it was found that: (1) employee performance is determined by communication, work relationships, and well-being, with significant and positive partial effects of 54.66%, 40.86%, and 52.81%, respectively. (2) These three factors simultaneously contribute positively to each other, amounting to 80.1%. (3) There is a causal relationship between the variables of communication, work relationships, and well-being, with a fairly strong categorization.

Abstract

Program diversi telah menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya mengurangi tingkat rekidivisme di kalangan anak pelaku tindak pidana. Dalam konteks ini, evaluasi terhadap efektivitas program diversi menunjukkan hasil yang menjanjikan. Melalui pendekatan ini, anak-anak pelaku tindak pidana diberikan kesempatan untuk menghindari proses peradilan pidana formal, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti usia, latar belakang, dan keadaan pribadi mereka. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki perilaku mereka melalui alternatif seperti konseling, rehabilitasi, atau pengabdian masyarakat. Studi-studi menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak yang mengikuti program diversi memiliki tingkat rekidivisme yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan mereka yang menjalani proses peradilan pidana konvensional. Dalam konteks ini, faktor-faktor seperti dukungan sosial, akses terhadap pendidikan dan pekerjaan, serta peran keluarga memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program diversi. Namun, untuk memaksimalkan hasilnya, diperlukan dukungan yang kuat dari berbagai pihak, termasuk lembaga hukum, lembaga pendidikan, masyarakat, dan keluarga. Kesimpulannya, program diversi telah terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam mengurangi tingkat rekidivisme di kalangan anak pelaku tindak pidana, dengan menawarkan pendekatan yang lebih humanis dan rehabilitatif.

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the effect of service on the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Aceh in Banda Aceh City in terms of the dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This study uses primary data for the period 2021. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results showed that the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and assurance had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. For that researchers expect the management of PT. Bank Aceh pays attention to customer satisfaction as a response to experiences related to the products or services provided. Emotional responses are stimulated by cognitive evaluative processes in which perceptions (beliefs) of an object, action, or condition are compared with one's values (needs, wants, desires).Keywords:     service, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy

Abstract

Problem the fiscal deficit still has a bad influence on the increase in government debt every year. So far, the government has tended to withdraw new debt to cover the fiscal deficit.In conditions of negative primary balance, debt withdrawals tend to increase deficits and fiscal failures in the long run. This condition is also exacerbated by the Covid-19 that hit Indonesia. The deficit has exceeded 3 percent of GDP. even though the state finance law is a maximum of 3 percent of GDP. This condition has had a bad influence on people's purchasing power. caused by a decrease in purchasing power of goods and services. In dealing with this condition, the government needs to increase people's purchasing power through price regulation. Energy subsidiesclosely related to fiscal policy and a number of macroeconomic variables such as: inflation, exchange rates and BIR.This study aims to determine the relationship between energy subsidy control and fiscal deficit, in order to obtain an optimal fiscal deficit. Through the control of energy subsidies, the optimal value of the fiscal deficit can be obtained. Subsidy controls also affect the amount of government debt, so that optimal debt is obtained.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Keuchik leadership on the economic empowerment of gampong communities.  This is a case study in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency in 2022. With a quantitative approach using questionnaire instruments and analysis using regression and correlation. The research results stated; (1) the success rate of keuchik leadership is not optimal at 79.81%. And the village government's efforts to empower the community's economy have only reached 75.37%, which is in line with expectations. (2) From the regression analysis, it is proven that there is a significant influence of keuchik leadership in empowering the community's economy. From the correlation analysis, it was obtained that the geuchiek leadership variable contributed 63% to the economic empowerment of the community in Peusangan sub-district, Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

Investors often make irrational investment decisions. Decisions are often based on judgments that are far from rational assumptions. This research aims to examine the influence of experience regret, risk tolerance, illusion of control and financial literacy on investment decisions in the crypto market. Data was collected using an online media-based questionnaire instrument via Google Form involving 112 investor respondents who actively invest in cryptocurrencies. The data was processed and analyzed using the E-Views 10 software application. The types of data in this research are primary and secondary data using quantitative research methods and multiple linear regression models. The results of this research show that experience regret, risk tolerance and illusion of control do not influence investment decisions in the crypto market. Meanwhile, financial literacy influences investment decisions in the crypto market but at a significance level of 10 percent. It is very necessary to have clear regulations in the crypto market in an effort to provide protection to investors. Remember, the definition of crypto currency has different views.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the background of leadership, capacity development, and good governance in strengthening employee performance. The study was conducted at the DPR secretariat of Pidie Jaya Regency. This type of research is quantitative and uses a causality analysis method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SMART-PLS. The results of the analysis show (1) aspects of leadership, capacity development and good governance provide positive support for strengthening employee performance by 23.9%, 19.6% and 31.2% respectively. (2) The leadership factor through good governance contributes to improving performance by 10.8% while through capacity development it has a positive effect on strengthening performance by 14.1%. (3) aspects of capacity development through good governance have a positive impact on strengthening employee performance by 13.2% and (4) simultaneously policies, capacity development and good governance contribute to strengthening employee performance by 28%.
