Abstract

The rise of innovations in the public sector creates something new in delivering public services. This study aims to analyze value-added in the practices of service innovation in the public sector. Drawing on desk research method, this study uses secondary data from literature sources. Innovation becomes a way to create value-added in public service sphere. This study concludes that some innovations created in the integrated service units in Pontiana Municipality and Tanah Bumbu District are included in innovation process which delivers efficiency and easiness values for the users of SITU, SIUP and TDP services. The innovation in the two service agencies has succeeded to reduce service delivery duration and minimized the occurrence of opportunity lost among citizens so that the innovation creates public value.Furthermore, those innovation practices demonstrate that there is an adjustment of network community governance in the process of public service administration.

Abstract

PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi, known as Mitratel, a subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, is a one of the leading company in tower leasing industry. In 2012 General Meeting of Shareholders, the shareholders asked Mitratel to explore the possibility of an IPO (Initial Public Offering). The objective of the shareholders is to unlock Mitratel value and to finance Mitratel capex while maintaining the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) below 4.0x. Mitratel must assess the value of the company and also asses the IPO plan itself. Undertaking an IPO is a business decision that must be based on consideration of a number of factors. The methods used in this final project to determine the value of Mitratel are Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Valuation and Relative Valuation. DCF method used is two-stage Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) Discount Model. Relative valuation methods used are Price to Earning Ratio (P/E) and Price to Book Value (PBV) multiples. The results from the two methods are combined to come up with the realistic and attractive price of equity per shares. This final project will also analyze the IPO decision based on strategic, financial, and valuation factors, whether the IPO will satisfy the objective of the shareholders. From the analysis, Mitratel is already eligible to list its shares in the main board of Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the recommended price for Mitratel equity is between Rp. 15.000,- to Rp. 20.000,- per share. However from the strategic, financial, and valuation analysis, in order to get better value, Mitratel is recommended to hold the IPO plan. Keywords: Two-stage Free Cash Flow to Equity Discount Model, Relative Valuation

Abstract

The pretrial decision in the BG case (No. 04/Pid.Prap/2015/PN.Jkt.Sel) represents a pivotal moment in Indonesian legal history, significantly impacting the landscape of pretrial mechanisms and the balance of power in law enforcement. This research delves into the implications of this landmark decision, examining its role in expanding the scope of pretrial authority to include the review of suspect designations, a move that has since been codified through amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code. The study further explores the decision's emphasis on upholding the presumption of innocence, a fundamental human right often overlooked in the pursuit of justice. Additionally, the research scrutinizes the decision's impact on the authority of the Corruption Eradication Commission, highlighting the need for a delicate balance between robust law enforcement and the protection of individual rights. By analyzing legal documents, scholarly literature, and the socio-political context surrounding the case, this research provides a comprehensive understanding of the decision's transformative effect on Indonesia's legal system and its broader implications for the fight against corruption.

Abstract

Dalam sastra bahasa, tidak ada satu bahasa yang unggul dari bahasa lainnya melainkan dilihat dari sejarah budayanya dan Peradabannya. Bahasa Arab memiliki keistimewaan yang tidak dimiliki oleh bahasa yang lainnya. Dikarenakan bahasa Arab memiliki Historis yang mengandung unsur Hikmatis dan timbah lagi bahasa Arab sangat fokus terhadap hal-hal yang kecil seperti penerapan dalam kaidah-kaidah tata kebahasan dan lain sebagainya, sehingga membuat bahasa arab dijadikan sebagai bahasa Al-Quran. Dengan memahami bahasa Arab secara mendalam maka dapat mengerti dengan baik kitab suci agama islam yakni Al-Quran. Keunggulan bahasa Arab tidak hanya sebgai bahasa agama Islam, akan tetapi juga dapat ditinjau dari segi ketata bahasaannya. Dengan mengetahui ilmu tata bahasa Arab akan dapat menikmati indahnya tulisan bahasa didalam Al-Quran. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, yang dimana sangat tepat diterapkan dalam mengkaji sejarah dan struktur tata bahasa dalam bahasa Arab yang diterapkan di Al-Quran. Abstract

Pendidikan sangat penting untuk setiap kalangan, jenjang dan di berbagai daerah. Begitu halnya terutama bagi para peserta didik yang ada di MTs Negeri 1 Majene. Namun, Jiwa Kompetitif untuk bersaing dalam bidang intelektual masih kurang sehingga menimbulkan keprihatinan yang cukup besar sehingga diadakanlah sebuah kegiatan lomba cerdas cermat di MTs Negeri 1 Majene Cerdas  cermat  merupakan  teknik  pembelajaran  yang  digunakan  untuk  dapat  meningkatkan keaktifan  dan hasil  belajar  siswa  melalui  perlombaan.  Peserta  kegiatan ini  diikuti  oleh  15 kelas dengan  satu  tim  terdiri  dari  3  peserta didik.  Cerdas  cermat  terdiri  dari  3  babak  yaitu  babak  penyisihan, babak  semifinal  dan  babak  final.  Pada semifinal dan final para peserta didik menunjukkan perubahan prilaku yaitu antusiasme dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan. Hasil dari kegiatan lomba cerdas cermat ini diharapakn dapat menumbuhkembangkan jiwa berkompetitif yang berintelektual di Mts Negeri 1 Majene.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan metode yang tepat dalam upaya individu mengembangkan potensinya. Strategi pembelajaran terus diperbaiki guna tercapainya cita-cita pendidikan itu sendiri. Pendidikan holistik yang menjadi fokus kajian para aktivis dan pemerhati pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang integrasi sekolah sepak bola dengan lembaga pendidikan pesantren. Terdapat sebuah pengertian bahwa pondok pesantren darul amanah bedono telah mengintegrasikan, antara pendidikan agama dan olahraga. Diantaranya, (1)  relevansi visi-misi pesantren dan sekolah sepak bola, (2) menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter, (3) implementasi kurikulum persatuan sepak bola seluruh Indonesia (PSSI) sebgai standar latihan sekolah sepak bola darul amanah bedono football academy, (4) progam jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang yang menjadi acuan dalam menjalan kan progam pengembangan peserta didik, (5) uraian jadwal latihan sekolah sepak bola darul amanah bedono football academy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observation, yang dimana penulis mendeskirpsikan hasil penelitian dengan melakukan participant observation dan studi pustaka sebagai tambahannya. Dengan hasil, terintegrasi nya pembelajaran pesantren dan sekolah sepak bola, implementasi pendidikan karakter, standar kurikulum PSSI menjadi standar progam latian sekolah sepak bola darul amanah bedono football academy dan jadwal latihan yang terkonsep sehingga dapat melancarkan progam pembinaan sekolah sepak bola darul amanah bedono football academy.

Abstract

Current character education needs to be integrated into every lesson, including the integration of character education in social science. The ideas that should be prioritized in character education are values such as experience, empathy for others, personal obligation, feelings of the same destiny, suffering, peaceful conflict solvers. This study aimed to determine how to integrated character education in social science learning in elementary schools. The method used in this research is a literature study using book sources and articles, both national and international journals. The study focus is to reveal models that can be used to integrate character education in social science in elementary schools. The result is that character education can be integrated with the following four models: ARCS, VC, CTL, and LVE models. These models have in common is integrating values ​​through contextual problems. These contextual problems are the main components for the development of values ​​that are integrated into character education. However, the differences between the four models can be distinguished by the nature, context and application of social science learning. The integration of character education in every subject is essential for students' readiness to face every problem in their life. Further research needs to clarify the effectiveness of these models in efforts to develop character education.

Abstract

One of the problems experienced by the Padukuhan Kayen community is the difficulty of elementary school students in participating in online learning, so that learning assistance is needed for children in elementary school. These problems include not understanding the material, not doing assignments straightforwardly, to the role of parents who are not right in helping students learn at home. The purpose of this activity is to provide learning assistance to students to train academic abilities and master learning objectives, starting from tutoring reading and numeracy, doing assignments, and providing explanations of school materials that are not yet understood.The stages of mentoring carried out include the preparation stage, the socialization stage, and the implementation stage of activities. The location of the mentoring is planned in Kayen Hamlet, Kalurahan Sendangsari, Pajangan, Bantul. The results obtained by students are being able to read and count well, being more active in doing schoolwork, and better understanding learning materials at school.This activity received a very good response from local residents. The children are also very enthusiastic in participating in activities as evidenced by always being present when there is a schedule of guidance and trying to complete the tasks given. At the end of the activity, KKN-T students held a children's quiz competition as an evaluation of the implementation of the activity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan perbedaan gaya berpikir mahasiswa berdasarkan perbedaan angkatan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah noneksperimental design yang diberikan kepada 194 mahasiswa PGSD Tahun 2019-2022 pada salah satu Universitas yang ada di Yogyakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Yan-Piaw Critical-Creative Thinking Style Test yang telah memenuhi nilai validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya berpikir mahasiswa prodi PGSD pada setiap angkatan memiliki gaya berpikir seimbang, meskipun demikian pada setiap angkatan dari Tahun 2019 sampai dengan angkatan Tahun 2022 memiliki perbedaan signifikan. Perbedaan signifikan terletak antara mahasiswa angkatan 2019 dengan angkatan 2020 (p=-0,0005), dan angkatan 2019 dengan angkatan 2021 (p=-0,0434). Penelitian lanjutan harus menentukan metode belajar yang efektif berdasarkan perbedaan gaya berpikir mahasiswa.

Abstract

Damage to the forklift will cause problems that have an impact on inhibiting other activities. So that good and continuous maintenance is needed to maintain the performance of the tool. The purpose of this study is to plan periodic maintenance on the forklift to avoid damage that can stop the operation of the forklift. The method used in this study is to collect data, make direct observations of the damage that occurs to the hydraulic pump, and conduct interviews with experienced mechanics who handle the forklift. The results of the research are maintenance planning with Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance methods, by implementing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance activities. In daily maintenance, inspections will be carried out, check all lubrication and perform service. Daily maintenance is carried out every 8 working hours, weekly is carried out every 60 working hours. Monthly maintenance is carried out every 250 working hours, while annual maintenance is carried out every 2500 working hours. The operation of the 5 tons FD 50-7 Forklift unit must be in accordance with the Manual Book. So that the service life of the unit and its components is in accordance with the life time
