Abstract

The agricultural sector is still the cornerstone of Jeneponto Regency. The urban area of Mallasoro and its surroundings is a coastal area with the potential for seaweed cultivation, agriculture, plantations, and animal husbandry. There are obstacles to the development of agro-industry in the research area, namely the lack of raw materials, low human resources, lack of use of agricultural technology, and lack of business partners. The analytical method used is the analysis of Location Quotient and Dynamic Location Quotient, which are combined to find out the leading commodities in the research area and its surroundings, and then an analysis of factors that are significant to the underdevelopment of agro-industry in the research area is carried out using chi-square analysis. and continued with a descriptive analysis in determining alternative strategies for minimizing the impact of significant factors on the underdevelopment of agro-industry in the urban area of Mallasoro and its surroundings. The results of the analysis provided directions and alternative strategies, namely: (1) carrying out various human resource capacity building programs so that they could be further improved by involving various parties, both private and public, including research institutions and universities. 2) Increasing the capacity of human resources can also maximize the application of agricultural technology for farmers so that agricultural products are abundant and able to produce quality raw materials independently, and the products produced are also of very good quality. This is also supported by the need to utilize superior agricultural commodities in Bangkala District, which are able to increase the availability of raw materials. As well as utilizing potential commodities such as corn and field rice as animal feed which are superior commodities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and to identity derection of fulfilment and need for Green Open Space (RTH) in urban area of Pattallassang District, Takalar Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method to answer factors How the availability and needs of Green Open Space (RTH) in the urban area of Pattallassang District, Takalar Until District the next 20 years by analyzing the availability of space open green. Next to find out how to get directions Fulfillment of Green Open Space (RTH) in urban districts Pattallassang Takalar District used an analysis of the literature sutdy according to the existing condition of thr area. Based on the results of the analysis conducted it was concluded that Space Open Green (RTH) in the urban area of Pattallang is only available 1.79% which is still lacking and 28.21% is still needed Green Open Space (RTH), As for the directives for the fulfillment of Open Spaces Green (RTH) what can be done is that the Government must from now on provide Green Open Space (RTH) land and land bank, Fulfillment of Green Open Space (RTH) can be done in stages for the next 20 years, Fulfilment of Green Open Space City parks, City Forests, District parks, Environmental parks, parks Residents (RW) and Taman Tetangga (RT), and the community are included in fulfilling Green Open Space (RTH).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Ulil Amri Khalis, 2022 "Priority of Land Provision Locations in Efforts to Fulfill Public Green Open Spaces in the Urban Area of Bulukumba". Supervised by Jufriadi and Ilham Yahya Green Open Space (RTH) so far has an important role in an urban area, especially Public Green Open Space (RTH) in realizing a sustainable urban area. The purpose of this research is to find out potential land so that it can be prioritized in an effort to fulfill Public Green Open Spaces (RTH) and find out the direction and level of need for Public Green Open Spaces (RTH) in Urban Areas of Bulukumba Regency. This study uses the method of analysis of proportions, potential and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of field surveys and analysis, the potential for Green Open Spaces in each urban area still has great potential for development but is constrained by the provision of land whose land ownership status belongs to the community and based on the results of a swot analysis for direction and level of need for Public Green Open Spaces (RTH) in the Urban Area of Bulukumba can be done in various ways, namely: Capture and take advantage of existing opportunities by maximizing strengths to minimize weaknesses and threats. Abstract

Abstract. The Padang Sappa Traditional Market in Ponrang District, Luwu Regency, has a waste management problem, and the surrounding community is still underrepresented in garbage management, which has an adverse effect on the market's ecology. In an effort to promote community involvement in trash management in the Padang Sappa Traditional Market, Ponrang District, Luwu Regency, this study aims to pinpoint the reasons for low community participation. Both quantitative and qualitative (descriptive) data analysis are used in this study. To identify the influential elements, quantitative analysis using the Chi Square test (chi square) with a significant value of 0.05 (a = 0.05) was employed, while to find out efforts to increase community participation in waste management descriptive analysis was used using source triangulation method, theory, policy and the results of the analysis of the most influential factors. According to the analysis's findings, the level of education and employment/income, with values of sig=0.000 and a=0.05, are the variables that have the greatest impact on community participation in waste management. While outreach initiatives are used to enhance community involvement in trash management, the government also plays a role by establishing tight regulations and good infrastructure.

Abstract

Tourism in Burau District, East Luwu Regency has great potential for development. This is because most of the area is a coastal area and borders directly on Bone Bay. Two beaches in Burau District that are popular with tourists are Lemo Beach and Ujung Suso Beach. Ujung Suso Beach, which has a lot of potential to be managed, currently has not received special attention from the East Luwu Regency government. As a result of the government's lack of attention in the process of managing Ujung Suso Beach, it has a negative impact on its natural conditions, such as severe coastal erosion which causes the distance between the seashore and the road to become closer, and increasing piles of rubbish around the beach in the long term can damage the ecosystem on the beach. The Ujung Suso Beach tourist attraction requires supporting facilities. Therefore, currently a regional tourism management strategy is needed that can improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure, and the natural resources of Ujung Suso Beach. The data collected includes visitor data, tourism potential consisting of physical potential, social culture and previous management methods of Ujung Suso Beach. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the Ujung Suso Beach tourist attraction is at the coordinate point in quadrant II with the strategy used to prioritize, namely the WO strategy, where the strategy used to prioritize is taking advantage of opportunities to overcome weaknesses.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengeboran tentunya perlu memperhatikan nilai produktivitas dari alat bor, agar dapat mengetahui apakah performa dari alat bor tersebut dinilai maksimal atau tidak. Masalah yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini yaitu alat bor tidak mampu mencapai target harian dalam pembuatan lubang bor untuk peledakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT X. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor apa yang mengakibatkan nilai produktivitas aktual di lapangan menurun sehingga nantinya dapat dilakukan usaha perbaikan untuk meningkatkan nilai efisiensi kerja alat bor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data-data aktual di lapangan, lalu dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus terkait sehingga dapat diketahui nilai produktivitas alat bor tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya kondisi aktual alat bor dalam keadaan baik dengan bukti pada nilai Physical Availability sebesar 94,44% dan Mechanical Availability 90,38%, namun rendah pada nilai Use of Availability sebesar 55,29% dan Effective Utilization 52,22%, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa alat bor sering menganggur pada saat waktu operasional berlangsung. Kemudian untuk nilai produktivitas aktual alat bor yang didapatkan sebesar 441,08 m3/jam dengan rata-rata produksi lubang bor yang dihasilkan tiap hari sebanyak 41 lubang, sedangkan target dari perusahaan yaitu sebanyak 60 lubang. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan didapatkan kenaikan terhadap nilai efisiensi kerja alat bor yaitu Physical Availability sebesar 94,44%, Mechanical Availability menjadi 92,82%, Use of Availability sebesar 76,08%, dan Effective Utilization menjadi 71,85%. Tentunya nilai produktivitas alat bor juga mengalami kenaikan menjadi 624,96 m3/jam dan jumlah perkiraan lubang yang didapat kurang lebih antara 59-85 lubang perharinya.

Abstract

Perkembangan kota terjadi ketika fasilitas yang tersebar di suatu wilayah menjadi pusat kegiatan baru. Hal ini seiring dengan pembangunan sistem jaringan transportasi terencana yang dapat memberikan manfaat terhadap pergerakan lancar dan menguntungkan bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah karena ketersediaan jaringan transportasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan transportasi di perkotaan sebagai solusi dalam mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas, mengurangi tingkat kerusakan jalan akibat beban berlebihan, biaya tinggi, dan waktu lama terbuang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari sumber data primer dan sekunder, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan teori yang akan digunakan dalam mengembangkan sarana transportasi baru sebagai solusi serta alternatif dalam mengatasi dan mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas dengan menggunakan media sungai dan kanal sebagai alur penghubung ke tempat aktivitas. Metode ini bergantung pada bagaimana sungai dan kanal digunakan untuk pergerakan kendaraan, seberapa baik jaringan jalan melayani, di mana area tertentu digunakan sebagai simpul pelayanan, dan di mana ada kemacetan lalu lintas. Sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh hasil penelitian, masalah yang paling mencolok adalah masalah transportasi di Kota Makassar, terutama tingkat kemacetan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengintegrasikan sistem jaringan dan kegiatan masyarakat yang memudahkan pergerakan masyarakat sehingga mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi menuju pusat transit perkotaan untuk pergi ke tempat aktivitas. Sistem transportasi perkotaan ini menghubungkan beberapa area perumahan sehingga memudahkan sampai ke jalan-jalan utama untuk melanjutkan kegiatannya. Sungai dan kanal di Kota Makassar berpotensi untuk dibangun sebagai jalur transportasi penumpang dan barang dengan kapal kayu, fiber, atau speedboat, serta tongkang untuk mengangkut material.

Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengintegrasikan sistem jaringan dan kegiatan masyarakat yang memudahkan pergerakan masyarakat sehingga mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi menuju pusat transit perkotaan untuk pergi ke tempat aktivitas. Sistem transportasi perkotaan ini menghubungkan beberapa area perumahan sehingga memudahkan sampai ke jalan-jalan utama untuk melanjutkan kegiatannya. Sungai dan kanal di Kota Makassar berpotensi untuk dibangun sebagai jalur transportasi penumpang dan barang dengan kapal kayu, fiber, atau speedboat, serta tongkang untuk mengangkut material.

Abstract

Land title certificates are strong evidence as confirmed in Article 19 paragraph (2) letter c UUPA and Article 32 paragraph (1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. The problem formulation in this research is: How is family land registered in the name of the head of the heir in Padang City? Why do disputes arise in recording the transfer of land rights belonging to registered people to third parties in Padang City, and how are these disputes resolved? The research method used is qualitative research and empirical juridical research. The results of the research are the Registration of clan-owned land in the name of the chief heir in Padang City. Land originating from clan customary rights can be transferred in the name of clan members based on the Approval/Statement of Clan Approval that has been given by the Agency Agency. Land. The process of transferring rights to customary community land in the name of the chief heir is by submitting an application to the Head of the Land Office so that the community's customary land is registered in the name of the clan or Chief. The Heirs use a Statement of Physical Control of the Land Plot signed by the Head of the Heirs.
