Abstract

The author conducted this community service through a communicative approach with village officials to involve women in various village activities. The villages in question are Kalawiran Village, Minahasa, Bajangrejo Village, Banyuurip, and Simpang Sungai Duren Village, Muaro Jambi. The conclusion in this article show that The author conducted outreach in this community service after obtaining approval from the village apparatus for women to be involved in every village activity. However, women in the village where the author conducted community service did not have high self-confidence and sufficient experience to be involved in rural activities. Based on this, the author conducted outreach to increase women's self-confidence to be involved in rural activities. There are six advantages of women compared to men in general, including the following: 1). Handle stress better. 2). Better at maintaining relationships. 3). Better at communicating. 4). Better at managing finances. 5). More capable of multitasking. 6). Have a sharper memory. These six advantages are important for women to have to improve the quality of village activities and help create independent villages. The creation of independent villages can also lead to the creation of Indonesia GOLD 2045.

Abstract

Kemajuan perbankan syariah di Indonesia kini tidak diragukan lagi. Namun, tidak dapat dipungkiri kasus fraud juga semakin marak, seperti kasus kredit fiktif, pencurian kas perusahaan, dan fraud pada laporan keuangan. Dalam ketetapan dunia perbankan, definisi fraud atau kecurangan diatur dalam surat edaran No. 13/28/DPNP Tahun 2011. Tindakan fraud tersebut dicegah oleh perusahaan dengan mengetahui faktor pendorong tindakan fraud. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan fraud pentagon dengan tendensi kecurangan karyawan. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis sehingga data dapat dibaca dan diinterpretasikan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 17. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instumen, uji normalitas, dan uji korelasi berganda product moment untuk menguji hipotesisnya yang dibantu dengan Microsoft excel dan program SPSS 25. Dari hasil uji dapat disimpulkan bahwa pressure, opportunity, rasionalization, arrogance memiliki hubungan positif yang kuat dan capability memiliki hubungan positif sangat kuat dengan kecurangan karyawan di BSI KCP Ajibarang Pancasan 1.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the development of the Islamic capital market began in 1997 with the introduction of Islamic mutual funds, initiated by Danareksa. The principles of this Islamic capital market differ from those of conventional capital markets. In this study, the author employed a quantitative approach. This research is part of a study that employs a survey method for data collection. The survey conducted by the researcher in this study used an online questionnaire to collect data from students of the Faculty of Economics at several campuses, resulting in 150 respondents. The population and sample in this study consisted of students from the Faculty of Economics, and the data analysis technique employed was SPSS multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that online community interaction, content sharing, and accessibility variables have a significant influence on investment decisions in the Islamic capital market. This suggests that a well-designed engagement strategy plays a crucial role in enhancing investor participation in instruments that adhere to Islamic principles. Meanwhile, the credibility variable has no effect on investment decisions in the Islamic capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze social media engagement as a means of Islamic hybrid banking literacy among the millennial generation. The background of this study is based on the rapid digitalization of Islamic banking which encourages the implementation of the hybrid banking model as an integration of digital and physical services. Although the millennial generation is known as a group that actively uses social media, the level of literacy regarding the concept and mechanisms of Islamic hybrid banking is still relatively limited, especially regarding the understanding of Islamic principles. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation of social media activities, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that social media engagement plays a role as a means of Islamic hybrid banking literacy through cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions. The active involvement of the millennial generation in social media can increase knowledge, positive attitudes, and skills in understanding and using Islamic hybrid banking services. However, the use of interactive social media features is still more oriented towards promotion than in-depth education. This research is expected to be an evaluation material in developing a digital communication strategy based on Islamic banking literacy.
