Abstract

Abstrak: Pada hakikatnya setiap manusia ingin sama dan sejajar dengan manusia lainnya dalam segala sesuatu apapun, hanya saja terkadang keadaan ataupun harapan itu berbeda dengan kenyataan yang ada bahkan sangat berbeda jauh. Keinginan untuk meraih dan mendapatkan apa yang dicita-citakan juga hanya tinggal angan belaka. Untuk menyikapi keadaan dan situasi tersebut maka demi dapat tercapainya kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemerintah pusat menggulirkan dana yang berasal dari dan perimbangan keuangan daerah untuk dikelola dan dimanfaatkan terutama oleh masyarakat di desa, sehingga kesejahteraan itu lambat laun dapat dirasakan. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari Alokasi Dana Desa ini adalah meningkatkan   penyelenggaraan   Pemerintahan   Desa   dalam   melaksanakan pelayanan pemerintahan, pembangunan, dan kemasyarakatan sesuai kewenangannya, meningkatkan    kemampuan    lembaga    kemasyarakatan    di    desa    dalam perencanaan   pelaksanaan   dan   pengendalian   dan   pembangunan   secara partisipatif sesuai dengan potensi desa, meningkatkan pemerataan pendapatan, kesempatan bekerja  dan kesempatan berusaha bagi masyarakat, mendorong peningkatan swadaya gotong royong masyarakat dan membantu meringankan beban masyarakat, terutama masyarakat berekonomi lemah/miskin. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bersifat kwantitatif. Unit populasi adalah masyarakat Desa Hiliwa’ele II kecamatan Botomuzoi Kabupaten Nias tahun 2019  sebanyak 412 orang, sedangkan sampel dari terdiri dari 60 orang (purposive sampling) dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan cara penyebaran angket atau dengan kuesioner. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif (Inferest), dimana data yang dikumpulkan diverifikasi, validasi, reliabilitas dan diuji hipotesisnya dengan menggunakan uji t. Pengolahan data distribusi t dengan dk = 58 dan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh ttabel = 1.671. Kata kunci : Alokasi Dana Desa, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat  Abstract: In essence, every human being wants to be equal and equal with other humans in everything, it's just that sometimes the circumstances or expectations are different from the reality that is even very different. The desire to achieve and get what you aspire to is also just a dream. To respond to these conditions and situations, in order to achieve community welfare, the central government rolls out funds originating from and balancing regional finances to be managed and utilized, especially by the community in the village, so that the welfare can gradually be felt. The purpose of this Village Fund Allocation is to improve the implementation of Village Government in carrying out government, development, and community services according to their authority, increasing the capacity of community institutions in the village in planning implementation and control and participatory development in accordance with village potential, increasing income distribution, employment opportunities and business opportunities for the community, encouraging the improvement of community self-help and helping to ease the burden on the community, especially the economically weak/poor community. This research is quantitative in nature. The population unit is the community of Hiliwa'ele II Village, Botomuzoi District, Nias Regency in 2019 as many as 412 people, while the sample consists of 60 people (purposive sampling) and the data collection method uses questionnaires or questionnaires. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method (Inferest), where the data collected is verified, validated, reliably tested and the hypothesis is tested using the t test. Abstract

Strategi komunikasi adalah perencanaan dalam penyampaian pesan melalui kombinasi berbagai unsur komunikasi seperti frekuensi, formalitas, isi dan saluran komunikasi sehingga pesan yang disampaikan mudah diterima dan dipahami serta dapat mengubah sikap atau perilaku sesuai dengan tujuan komunikasi. Proses komunikasi melibatkan pengiriman pesan dari satu individu (pengirim) kepada individu lain (penerima), dengan harapan pesan tersebut dipahami dan diberikan respons. Komunikasi dapat terjadi dalam berbagai bentuk, baik lisan maupun tulisan, menggunakan kata-kata, isyarat, atau bahasa tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Gunungsitoli dalam mengurangi resistensi pegawai dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam komunikasi mengurangi resistensi pegawai pada badan pusat statistik Kota Gunungsitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dimana penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Strategi komunikasi untuk mengurangi resistensi pegawai di BPS Gunungsitoli melibatkan pelatihan, pertemuan rutin, kolaborasi, dan evaluasi. Namun, beberapa kendala muncul: kurangnya pemahaman akan alasan perubahan, ketidakpastian dampak perubahan, minimnya keterlibatan pegawai, dan kesenjangan antara nilai organisasi dan perubahan yang diusulkan. Dukungan manajemen juga menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi resistensi ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of non-financial incentive programs in creating a productive work environment at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Gunungsitoli Branch. The non-financial incentive programs at this company are designed to enhance employee motivation and job satisfaction through various non-material rewards, such as best employee awards, recognition certificates, and career development opportunities. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with human resource managers (HRD) as key informants and several employees as supporting informants. The findings reveal that the non-financial incentive programs at Bank BNI Gunungsitoli Branch have a positive impact on employee motivation, productivity, and collaboration. However, challenges exist in the implementation of these programs, including the relevance of incentives for all departments and transparency in performance evaluation. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company expand the scope of incentives to cover aspects of work-life balance and broader career development, as well as improve transparency in the performance evaluation and incentive distribution processes.

Abstract

This research project aims to examine how the fulfillment of the workforce can enhance customer satisfaction through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature in the field. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the quantity, quality, and distribution of the workforce and the level of customer satisfaction. Previous research indicates that ensuring the optimal quantity, skill level, and strategic placement of the workforce can enhance service performance and, subsequently, customer satisfaction. Additionally, workforce training and development, as well as an effective performance management system, are vital in developing a workforce equipped to address customer needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction at CV. Primajaya Logistic Je'El Medan Employess. Job satisfaction is the attitude or feeling of a person to view his job as a matter of being satisfied and dissatisfied, happy or unhappy that concerns a person's feelings of employees or employees for all the work they receive. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 45 people, the sampling technique was the total sampling method. This study uses a Likert scale model. The analysis technique used is Product Moment correlation. The results of this study indicate the rxy correlation coefficient = 0.789 with p = 0,000 (p <0.050), meaning that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction. With these results, the study hypothesize in this study is that there is a positive relationship between the organizational climate and acceptable job satisfaction. The positive correlation coefficient indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that the higher the organizational climate, the higher job satisfaction. Organizational climate effectively contributes 69.1% on job satisfaction and 30.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as salary factors, company characteristics etc. The empirical mean of job satisfaction variable was 128,01 while the empirical mean of organizational climate variable was 121,08, then for the hypothetical mean variable job satisfaction was 107.5 and the hypothetical mean organizational climate variable was 105. Reviewing the results of the study was declared acceptable.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of implementing strategic management on the performance of PT XYZ, an important provider of electricity services in the industry. Intense competition, dynamic changes in the business environment, and customer needs demand the adoption of effective strategies. This research employs qualitative methods and a case study approach at PT XYZ. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with company management and analysis of internal documents, as well as direct observation of operational activities. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of efficacious strategic management exerts a positive influence on the efficacy of PT XYZ. By adopting a lucid and well-defined strategy, the company is capable of optimising the utilisation of its resources, augmenting its competitive edge, and fortifying its client relationships. Furthermore, strategic management enables companies to identify and address the risks inherent to their operational activities.

Abstract

This study aimed to understand the utilization of information technology on employee performance at the Lolofitu Moi Sub-District Office. It was found that despite most employees having defined job descriptions, some of them were unable to harness information technology due to limited understanding and skills in technology, as well as issues of accessibility and inadequate infrastructure, particularly concerning stable internet availability. This condition obstructed access and the utilization of information technology, subsequently impacting employee performance. Employing a qualitative method, in-depth interviews were conducted with employees at the Lolofitu Moi Sub-District Office to comprehend their perspectives and experiences regarding the use of information technology and its effects on their performance. The research results revealed that employees faced challenges related to hardware maintenance, software usage, network management, data security, and inadequate infrastructure. Additionally, obstacles in achieving optimal work results, such as differing priorities and expectations between staff and management, and a lack of coordination in task completion were identified. In the context of the office's operations, employee initiatives and mental agility influenced efficiency, while issues of time discipline and attendance were also a primary concern. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges and barriers encountered in utilizing information technology, offering a foundation for further deliberation on improving performance and effectiveness at the Lolofitu Moi Sub-District Office.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Lolofitu Moi. Ditemukan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar pegawai memiliki tupoksi yang telah ditetapkan, sebagian dari mereka belum mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi karena keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan terhadap teknologi, serta masalah aksesibilitas dan infrastruktur yang kurang memadai, terutama dalam ketersediaan internet yang stabil. Kondisi ini menghambat akses dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Lolofitu Moi untuk memahami pandangan dan pengalaman mereka terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi serta dampaknya pada kinerja mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pegawai menghadapi tantangan terkait perawatan perangkat keras, penggunaan perangkat lunak, manajemen jaringan, dan keamanan data serta kurangnya infrastruktur memadai. Selain itu, tantangan dalam mencapai hasil kerja optimal, seperti perbedaan prioritas dan ekspektasi antara staf dan manajemen, dan kurangnya koordinasi dalam menyelesaikan tugas, juga terdeteksi. Dalam konteks operasional kantor, inisiatif dan kecekatan mental pegawai mempengaruhi efisiensi, sementara masalah disiplin waktu dan absensi juga menjadi perhatian utama. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan menyediakan landasan untuk pemikiran lanjutan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan efektivitas di Kantor Kecamatan Lolofitu Moi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine community satisfaction with employee performance at the Gomo Subdistrict office. This research uses qualitative research with the research sources being the people of Gomo District and employees of the Gomo District Head's office. Qualitative research uses observation, documentation and interviews. Researchers can contribute to designing good research by integrating qualitative methods effectively. The research results show qualitatively that community satisfaction with employee performance at the Gomo Subdistrict office based on indicators of community satisfaction and employee performance can be classified as Satisfactory. This is based on the results of research conducted on community informants receiving services at the Gomo District office who assessed the ability of employees to carry out their duties because employees were unable to understand their duties and provide good service to the community. Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To find out whether there is an influence of HR planning on employee performance. 2) To find out how much influence HR planning has on employee performance. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The research results and conclusions are: (1) This research produces valid and reliable data, as proven by the results of the Validity Test with a Sig. less than 0.05 and Cronbach's Alpha Reliability Test with a value of more than 0.6. Apart from that, the data also shows a normal distribution based on the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with Asymp values. Sig. of 0.151. (2) The absence of autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity problems in the data, which is proven through Test Runs and scatterplot patterns, strengthens the reliability of statistical analysis. The Determination Coefficient (R Square) of 0.700 indicates that around 70% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by HR Planning Variables. The other 30% is influenced by other factors that have not been examined in this study. (3) The results of the t test show that there is a significant influence of HR Planning on Employee Performance, with a significance value (0.000) smaller than 0.05 which indicates the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This is also supported by the results of a simple linear regression test which shows that the regression model used is valid for predicting the effect of HR Planning on Employee Performance.
