Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of democracy on cultural understanding of self-controlin. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational. Sample was 47 persons. Data collection techniques test, questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis using Chi Quadrate. The results showed that: (1) understanding the culture of democracy (X) dominant quite understand the category (2) control of the student (Y) the dominant good enough category (3) the results of the study showed a significant difference, and high category closeness between the influence understanding the culture of democracy.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pemahaman budaya demokrasi terhadap pengendalian diri . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik tes, angket, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pemahaman budaya demokrasi  (X) dominan pada kategori cukup paham (2) pengendalian diri siswa (Y) dominan pada kategori cukup baik (3) hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, dan kategori keeratan tinggi antara pengaruh  pemahaman budaya demokrasi.Kata kunci: budaya demokrasi, pemahaman demokrasi, pengendalian diri

Abstract

This resarch is aim for explain how the effect of attitude and motivation of society toward participation in the implementation of “siskamling” activity at village chief Labuhan Ratu Raya Bandar Lampung in 2013. The method used descriptive correlation method. The population was all of patriarch in the village chief Labuhan Ratu Raya RT 05, which amounted to 59 people. Technique in the data collective used questionnaire technique that was supported by interview and documentation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh sikap dan motivasi masyarakat terhadap partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan siskamling di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Raya Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Raya RT 05 yang berjumlah 59 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik angket, yang ditunjang dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi.Kata kunci: motivasi, partisipasi, sikap

Abstract

The implementation of this research was meant to explain the influence of study result of the Civic education on the application of the value character students In The Class XI State Senior High School 1 Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah. Methods used in this research is a method of descriptive correlational. Population in this research is the students class XI Senior High School 1 Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah academic year 2012/2013. Data collected through questionnaire in this research and documentation, the engineering data analysis using formulas correlation product moment. The result showed that there are the influence of study result of the Civic education on the application of the value character students In The Class XI In The State Senior High School 1 Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah academic year 2012/2013. The influence of study result of the education Civic on the application of the value character of students in the school class XI was in the category of very strong. This would mean higher study result of the obtained of students in the subject Civic hence the higher education also the level of the application of the value character of a student XI in the school. Keywords: The results of study, Civic education, and the value of a character

Abstract

In this study is to explain how the influence of the implementation of democracy in village elections to the rights and obligations of citizens in 2012. Method used is descriptive correlative, the studied subjects are people. Based on the data analysis of the effect of the implementation of democracy in the selection get village head count results x ^ 2 = 5.37 then consulted with Chi Square significant at the 5% level (0.05) and degrees of freedom = 4 then we obtain x ^ 2 table = 9. 49. Thus x ^ 2 count greater than x ^ 2 (x ^ 2 count ≥ x ^ 2 ), which is 5. 37 ≥ 9. 49. Based on the division between the value of C = 0. 32, the value of 0.32. with 0.32.Dalam penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pengaruh pelaksanaan demokrasi dalam pemilihan kepala desa terhadap hak dan kewajiban warga negara tahun 2012. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelatif, subjek yang diteliti adalah masyarakat Berdasarkan analisis data pengaruh pelaksanaan demokrasi dalam pemilihan kepala desa memperoleh hasil hitung = 5, 37 kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan chi kuadrat pada taraf signifikan 5% (0, 05) dan derajat kebebasan = 4 maka diperoleh = 9, 49. Dengan demikian hitung lebih besar dari ( hitung ≥ t ), yaitu 5, 37 ≥ 9,49. Berdasarkan pembagian antara nilai C = 0,32 dengan Cmaks 0, 812, diperoleh nilai 0, 32.  Dengan hasil 0, 32.Kata kunci: demokrasi, hak kewajiban warga negara, pemilu

Abstract

This study aims to explain the reasons for the changing habits of “nyirih” to cigarette smoking among mothers in Trimoharo II backwoods Bumi Harjo village Buay Bahuga sub- district Way Kanan regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This research is population research. Because the research is consist of population of 26 mothers who are smoking at Trimo Harjo II backwoods Bumi Harjo village Buay Bahuga sub- district Way Kanan regency. Data collection techniques used was questionnaires, documentation techniques, library research and interviews.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penyebab perubahan kebiasaan nyirih menjadi merokok dikalangan ibu-ibu di Dusun Trimo Harjo II Kelurahan Bumi Harjo Kecamatan Buay Bahuga Kabupaten Way Kanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi karena yang diteliti adalah seluruh populasi sebanyak 26 ibu-ibu yang merokok di Dusun Trimo Harjo II Kelurahan Bumi Harjo Kecamatan Buay Bahuga Kabupaten Way Kanan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, teknik dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Kata Kunci: merokok, perubahan, sirih
