Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the Settlement Environmental Management Plan Document (RPLP) in strengthening community capacity in the KOTAKU Program for environmentally sustainable development. The KOTAKU program is a government initiative that aims to improve access and quality of urban settlements, with a focus on slum settlements. RPLP is a planning document that provides guidance in structuring an integrated, sustainable and participatory settlement environment. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting case studies at several locations that have implemented RPLP in the KOTAKU Program. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including local communities, local governments and other relevant institutions. The analysis is carried out by identifying changes that have occurred in community capacity after the implementation of the RPLP, including increased knowledge, skills, and participation in decision-making related to the settlement environment. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the RPLP in the KOTAKU Program has a positive impact on strengthening community capacity. Community participation in planning and decision-making processes increases, resulting in a better and more sustainable living environment. Communities also acquire new knowledge and skills in managing the residential environment, such as waste management, energy saving and utilization of local resources. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the importance of implementing RPLP in environmental sustainable development. The recommendations resulting from this research can be used by local governments and other related institutions to increase the effectiveness of the KOTAKU Program and strengthen the community's role in environmentally sustainable development.

Abstract

Transparent and accountable village financial management is a crucial pillar of good village governance. In Wonosobo Regency, there is an increasing need to enhance the competence of accounting teachers in village financial management using the Village Financial System Application (Siskeudes) to support the successful implementation of this policy. This community service activity aims to assist accounting teachers in Wonosobo Regency in understanding and applying village financial management through the Siskeudes Application. The methods employed include training, hands-on practice, and participant competency evaluation. The results of the activity indicate that this assistance has successfully improved the understanding and skills of accounting teachers in managing village finances by relevant laws and regulations. With this increase in competence, accounting teachers are expected to be able to teach village financial management to students more effectively and encourage active involvement in village financial oversight in the future. This service contributes to strengthening a more accountable village financial governance system in Wonosobo Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh faktor psikologis dan informasi terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) dan Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). Variabel yang diteliti mencakup Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), Risk Tolerance Return, dan Role of Content Creator terhadap Keputusan Investasi Cryptocurrency Mahasiswa UNY dan UGM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 56 mahasiswa dari kedua universitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda untuk menilai pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Risk Tolerance Return memiliki pengaruh terbesar secara parsial (45,7%), diikuti oleh Role of Content Creator (25,7%), dan FoMO (9,7%). Secara simultan, ketiga faktor ini memiliki pengaruh sebesar 50% terhadap Keputusan Investasi Cryptocurrency Mahasiswa UNY dan UGM. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi bahwa mahasiswa lebih mempertimbangkan risiko yang mampu mereka toleransi, namun juga terpengaruh oleh konten dari figur populer di media sosial. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya mengedukasi mahasiswa agar lebih bijak dalam menilai informasi investasi dari media sosial dan memahami batas toleransi risiko mereka sendiri. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan bagi sektor pendidikan untuk mengembangkan program literasi keuangan yang fokus pada pengelolaan risiko dan pengambilan keputusan yang rasional di era digital.

Abstract

Financial literacy is one of the essential life skills that must be possessed by every individual, especially vocational students. However, financial learning media used in schools tend to be conventional and not interactive. Therefore, innovation is needed in the form of interactive learning media that can present relevant, interesting, and applicable learning experiences. This research is development research (R&D) that aims to improve the financial literacy of Vocational High School students through the development of "MOMA" Money Management learning media. The product feasibility test was conducted by material experts, media experts, teachers, and students. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. The data collection instruments used were interview guidelines, expert validation questionnaires, teacher response questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The feasibility of the learning media produced was analysed using the conversion of 5 quantitative categories. The result of this research is an android game-based learning media "MOMA" Money Management in learning financial literacy Vocational High School. The learning media “MOMA” is proven to be effective in improving students' understanding of the basic concepts of financial management. The learning media is considered feasible by material experts, media experts, teachers, and students. This media is also adaptive and easily accessible.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi telah mengubah lanskap dunia kerja dan kehidupan sosial, menjadikan keterampilan abad 21 sebagai kunci kesuksesan bagi individu di era modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian keterampilan mahasiswa yang valid dan reliabel sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman di abad 21. Proses pengembangan instrumen menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD). Data diperoleh melalui uji coba pada sampel 51 mahasiswa dengan purposive random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan terbentuk tujuh faktor yang dinyatakan valid secara isi berdasarkan hasil expert judegement 3 ahli dengan rentang nilai Aiken V 0.75-0.92. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan alat ukur yang dapat membantu pendidik mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan keterampilan abad 21 pada mahasiswa secara efektif.

Abstract

A high-quality test has a balanced level of difficulty and can be completed by the respondent with their level of abilities. This study analyzed the test instrument used to measure students' mathematics abilities in the semester final exam on System of Linear Equations in Two-Variables. The purposive sampling technique was applied to select the respondent students (N=195). The test items were twenty multiple-choice questions. The researchers performed the data analysis using Rasch model Item Response Theory (IRT) approach with the QUEST program. The analysis revealed that the twenty items’ validity matched the Rasch model with a range of INFIT MNSQ values between 0.89 – 1.17. Items on the final semester exam can be used based on the estimated OUTFIT t-value less than equal to 2.00. The OUTFIT t analysis obtained nineteen qualified items and one unqualified item.
