Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sangatlah pesat, khususnya di bidang informasi dan komunikasi yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada kehidupan manusia. Di Indonesia urusan komunikasi dan juga informatika berada di bawah Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika atau Kominfo. Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika merupakan lembaga pemerintah pusat yang membidangi urusan komunikasi dan informatika. Salah satu tupoksi Kominfo adalah merumuskan kebijakan di bidang komunikasi dan informatika untuk mencegah atau mengurangi perdagangan smartphone ilegal . Maka, dibuatlah kebijakan  pengendalian IMEI yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika (Permenkominfo) Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pengendalian Alat dan/atau Perangkat Telekomunikasi yang Tersambung ke Jaringan Bergerak Seluler melalui Identifikasi IMEI.  Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan oleh Asosiasi Ponsel Seluruh Indonesia, sebelum aturan IMEI ditetapkan pada 15 September 2020 diperkirakan sekitar 9 juta unit ponsel ilegal yang masuk Indonesia di setiap tahunnya. Masyarakat banyak memilih untuk membeli HandPhone impor dari luar negeri daripada membeli HandPhone pada toko resmi yang ada di Indonesia. Kominfo mengumumkan bahwa proses pengendalian IMEI di Indonesia menggunakan skema White List. Proses pengendalian IMEI dalam skema ini mengajarkan pada masyarakat agar mengetahui terlebih dahulu legalitas perangkat yang akan dibelinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif matematis siswa dengan model pembelajaran flipped classroom kelas XI SMA Swasta Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan pada materi limit fungsi. Kualitas produk yang dikembangkan dinilai berdasarkan aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian research and development (R&D). Dengan model penelitian 4D yaitu define, design, develop, dan dessiminate. Kualitas keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran dikatakan efektif berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest dengan peningkatan persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa dari pretest yaitu 9,09 % ke posttest yaitu 68,1% dengan kategori baik dan juga diukur kesignigikannya melalui uji t dengan hasil t hitung = 15,904 dan t tabel = 2,064, dimana t hitung > t tabel dengan keputusan terdapat perbedaan signifikan.  Kata Kunci : LKPD; Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis; Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif.   ABSTRAK       This study aims to develop a learning device for Student Worksheets (LKPD) to improve students' critical and creative mathematical thinking skills with the flipped classroom learning model for class XI at Sultan Iskandar Muda Private High School Medan on the limit function material. The quality of the developed products is assessed based on aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This research uses research and development (R&D) research methods. With a 4D research model that is define, design, develop, and desiminate. The quality of the effectiveness of learning devices is said to be effective based on the results of the pretest and posttest with an increase in the percentage of students' learning completeness from the pretest, which is 9.09% to the posttest, which is 68.1% in the good category and also measured its significance through the t-test with the results of t-count = 15.904 and t-table = 2.064, where t count > t table with the decision there is a significant difference. Keywords: LKPD; Critical Thinking Ability; Creative Thinking Ability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe students’ creative thinking skills in solving problem-solving questions in terms of cognitive style of eighth-grade students at SMPN 13 Mataram. A qualitative research method was used with descriptive approach. Three instruments were used in this study, GEFT test question to determine student cognitive style, math question in the form of description questions on the material of Polyhedron, and interview guidelines. The subjects were chosen using purposive sampling and involved 6 students, with 3 students representing each cognitive style selected based on GEFT test. subsequently, a creative thinking skills test was administered, followed by a semi-structured interview to confirm the students’ creative thinking abilities. The data analysis technique used Miles and Hubermans, interactive analysis model, while data credibility was tested using technique triangulation. The results of the study showed that one subject with a field-dependent cognitive style did not meet any of the three indicators of creative thinking skills, two field-dependent subjects met the fluency indicators, two field independent subjects met the fluency and flexibility indicators, and one field independent subject met all three indicators of creative thinking skills.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the understanding and capacity of parents, especially mothers, in implementing resilient parenting as a strategy to build disaster awareness in early childhood. The activity entitled "Smart Mom for Disaster Preparedness" was carried out in Kasemen District, Serang City in an area that is classified as disaster-prone through a qualitative participatory approach with the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. Participants in the activity consisted of mothers, PAUD teachers, and partner school principals. The material provided focused on the importance of effective communication based on love languages to strengthen the emotional relationship between mother and child as the basis for children's psychological resilience in facing emergency situations. The results of the FGD showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of resilient parenting and the emergence of new awareness regarding the strategic role of families in disaster mitigation education. Participants also began to apply a more empathetic and reflective communication approach in daily parenting. This activity proves that community-based education with a participatory approach can be an effective strategy in building disaster preparedness from an early age, starting from the family circle.
