Abstract

Children are the dream of every family, the preschool period is a period of increasing development so that it is expected to develop optimally according to their age. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the development of preschool children during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the factors of children's diet, child's nutritional status, child's gender, parents' education, parents' age, and parent's occupation. This research is a quantitative research that uses a correlation analytic design with a cross-sectional type of design. The sampling used was simple random sampling with a population of 53 and a sample of 47 preschool children aged 3-6 years at Tunas Melati Kindergarten, Cluring Village, Kalitengah District, Lamongan. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows 23 with Spearman, Mann Whitney, and Pearson correlation statistical tests. The results of the study showed that almost all of the parents were 20-35 years old, more than half of the parents had high school education, more than half of the parents were working status, more than half of the gender were girls, more than half of the children's diet was moderate, more than half of the children's status. normal child nutrition, and more than part of the child's development according to his age. The results of statistical tests show that there is a relationship between diet and nutritional status with the development of preschool children during the COVID- 19 pandemic, there is no relationship between parental age, parental education, parental occupation, and gender of children with the development of preschool children during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Perkembangan bahasa merupakan aspek yang sangat penting pada anak usia dini. Bahasa berfungsi sebagai sarana bagi anak untuk menyampaikan pikiran dan berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Komunikasi yang baik antara orang tua dan anak berperan penting dalam merangsang perkembangan kosakata anak. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah komunikasi orang tua, variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah ketelambatan perkembangan bahasa anak usia 4-6 tahun. Desain penelitian ini adalah korelasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 34 orang tua dan anak usia 4-6 tahun, menggunakan Teknik Simple Radom Sampling didaptkan sebanyak 34 orang tua dan anak usia 4- 6 tahun. Data penelitian ini diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Setelah ditabulasi data dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 18 anak mendapatkan komunikasi orang tua yang baik, dan sebanyak 25 anak usia 4-6 tahun perkembangannya sesuai Berdasarkan uji statistik, diperoleh H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi orang tua dengan perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia 4-6 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan orang tua memberikan komunikasi yang baik kepada anak sesuai usianya, supaya anak bisa mencapai perkembangan bahasa yang sesuai berdasarkan tingkat usia.

Abstract

Introduction: Development is the increase in the ability (skill) of the structure and function of the child's body which is more complex as a result of the body maturation process. Children of this age are expected to have mastered several skills that require fine motor skills. The aims of this study was to analyze the effect of playdough therapy on fine motor development in preschool students. Methods: The study used a descriptive case study design. The population was one class, and the sample was taken by simple random sampling according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The respondents were three Kindergarten students in October 2024. The instrument used was a DDTS to assess how much stimulation affects a child’s fine motor development. Data was analyzed with descriptive analytics. Results: Before the implementation of playdough therapy, there were 1-2 respondents who could not imitate until after the implementation all respondents could do everything. After 5 days of therapy, all students were able to play with playdough on several items, include imitate vertical lines, imitate circular, imitate a quadrilateral, imitate a triangle, and imitate diagonal lines. Conclusion: The implementation of playdough therapy for 5 days with a duration of 10 minutes to 3 kindergarten children showed fine motor development.  Fine motor development education needs to be conveyed to parents, so that they can provide stimulation at home. Abstract

Self-concept is an individual's views and feelings about himself that determine the determinants in communicatingwith others. Children who have a negative self-concept will view themselves and their environment in a low lightand aggressiveness among students will have the most negative impact. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between bullying behavior and self- concept in children at SDIT Al-Uswah Tuban. The design of this study used analytic correlation with a cross-sectional approach which was analyzed using random sampling technique on 52 respondents. The data was taken using a questionnaire on bullying behavior and self-concept, thenanalyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that 71.2% had a high self-concept, 69.2% had mild bullying behavior. Statistical test results obtained p = 0.001 (p <0.05) and r = 0,436, which means that there is a significant relationship between bullying behavior and self-concept in children with sufficient relationship strength.Students who have a high self- concept have low bullying behavior. Therefore, parents are expected to monitor andgive advice to their children to be kind to others. Therefore, the school teaches children many things so that this can become a child's weapon in the future through religious knowledge, because to become a better person.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah kesehatan pada usia lanjut ditandai penurunan fungsi organ, adanya penyakit kronis seperti hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien, tercapainya outcome terapi pasien yang terlihat dari terkontrolnya data tekanan darah, gula darah pasien lansia dengan kolaborasi bersama tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Babat yang memiliki keahlian khusus untuk diimplementasikan melalui interprofessional collaboration. Mitra pemberdayaan ini adalah tim tenaga kesehatan puskesmas babat dengan sasaran kegiatanya adalah di posyandu lansia desa Kuripan dan desa sumurgenuk. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 40 pasien lansia. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan ini di bulan Juli-September yang terbagi menjadi beberapa bagian sosialisasi kepatuhan minum obat, pelatihan penggunaan website ‘pharmcare’ untuk kader posyandu lansia dan pasien, pemberian kemasan obat khusus, konseling edukasi obat untuk pasien lansia dan monitoring kepatuhan minum obat sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan website ‘pharmcare’. Adanya peningkatan kepatuhan sejumlah 47,50% kepatuhan tinggi,40,00% kepatuhan sedang, dan 12,50% kepatuhan rendah menjadi indikator keberhasilan program bahwasanya intervensi yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi berupa pemberian sistem layanan kesehatan yang dapat diakses dimanapun, pemberian kemasan obat praktis untuk mempermudah aturan pakai obatnya dalm hal waktu minum,pembeda waktu minum obat juga dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh kader maupun peserta posyandu lansia.Abstract: Health problems in old age are characterized by decreased organ function, the presence of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The aim of this activity is to determine the improvement in the patient's quality of life, achieving patient therapy outcomes which can be seen from the controlled blood pressure and blood sugar data of elderly patients by collaborating with health workers at the Babat Community Health Center who have special expertise to be implemented through interprofessional collaboration. This empowerment partner is a team of health workers at the Babat Community Health Center with the target of their activities being at the posyandu for the elderly in Kuripan village and Subergenuk village. The activity participants numbered 40 elderly patients. Implementation of this activity in July-September is divided into several sections: socializing medication adherence, training on using the 'pharmcare' website for elderly posyandu cadres and patients, providing special medication packaging, drug education counseling for elderly patients and monitoring medication adherence before and after use of the 'pharmcare' website. An increase in compliance of 47.50% high compliance, 40.00% moderate compliance, and 12.50% low compliance is an indicator of the success of the program because the intervention carried out by the service team is in the form of providing a health service system that can be accessed anywhere, providing practical drug packaging. To simplify the rules for using medicine in terms of when to take medicine, differentiating times for taking medicine are also well utilized by elderly posyandu cadres and participants.
