Abstract

Bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP). Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian sebanyak empat orang di antaranya satu orang pengelola, satu orang tutor/instruktur, dan dua orang peserta didik Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Karya Duta Education Bandung. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh terdapat empat tahapan dalam suatu pengelolaan, yang di mana di awali dengan melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan program dalam perencanaan. Pengorganisasian dengan cara mengelompokkan pengelola, tutor/instruktur, serta kelompok belajar pada peserta didik. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan mulai hari Senin-Kamis. Untuk penggunaan strategi, metode, dan media diserahkan kepada para tutor/instruktur karena mereka yang bersinggungan langsung dengan peserta didik. Proses pengawasan dilakukan terhadap dua pihak yaitu kepada para peserta didik dan lembaga. Untuk pengawasan kepada peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara pengelola melakukan terjun langsung ke dalam proses pembelajaran program maupun ke tempat mereka bekerja apabila telah menyelesaikan program yang ada di lembaga. Untuk pengawasan kepada lembaga dilakukan oleh penilik dari Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung yang di mana dilakukan untuk melihat progres peserta didik dan lulusan. Saran pihak lembaga meningkatkan lagi pelayanan, kualitas tutor/instruktur, serta sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the empowerment of women through hairdressing training in LKP Prostyle Bekasi. This study uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were four people, namely LKP managers, instructors and two trainees. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Validity of data using source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data collection, reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results explain that the training process is divided into three stages, namely planning, implementation and assessment/evaluation. Planning is determined by setting training goals. Infrastructure facilities adapted to the budget Disdik Bekasi. Recruitment of training instructors is selected directly by the manager and of course competent and recruitment of 20 participants. Implementation of training for 160 hours as many as 40 meetings. The training materials are tailored to the needs of the participants. Media training in the form of modules and salon equipment. The training method uses a semi-private method with a personal approach and an andragogical approach. Assessment/evaluation on hairdressing training at LKP Prostyle is through assessment or national examination from the Professional Certification Body (LSP).

Abstract

Literasi lisan merupakan keterampilan dasar yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan bahasa anak. Melalui dongeng, anak-anak tidak hanya mendengar berbagai kosakata baru tetapi juga belajar memahami struktur cerita, meningkatkan kemampuan mendengarkan, serta merangsang imajinasi dan kreativitas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Dongeng Dalam Mengembangkan Kemampuan Literasi Lisan Anak Usia Dini Di PAUD Al-Ikhlas. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan dampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan kemampuan literasi lisan anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of tutors, the impact, and the factors that influence early childhood social development. This playgroup is designed to be an appropriate environment for play, aiding in the growth and development of children, particularly in their social development. Harlock (1978), as cited in Khadijah and Jf (2021:12), states that "social development means the acquisition of the ability to behave in accordance with social demands." This research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, involving interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of five respondents. Data analysis was carried out through a process of collection, presentation, reduction, and verification. The findings indicate that tutors play a crucial role as facilitators in guiding and training children to exhibit good social behaviors such as adaptation, interaction, tolerance, and responsibility. Additionally, tutors serve as role models, whose attitudes and actions significantly influence children's social development in their external environment. The most influential factors in children's social development are their internal emotional and intellectual factors. In conclusion, tutors at the El-Akhyaar Citeureup Islamic Playgroup have effectively fulfilled their roles in fostering good social behavior in children. However, it is recommended to build partnerships to implement programs that further support the process of children's growth and development.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the life skills of learners at PKBM Rini Handayani Bekasi through graphic design training. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study examines the strategies used to improve these skills, which include personal, social, academic, and vocational skills. Data were obtained from respondents consisting of trainees, head of the institution, and instructors. The results show that graphic design training contributes positively to the development of technical and social skills, which can improve learners' work readiness. This study emphasizes the importance of a structured strategy in non-formal training to improve competitiveness in the job market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di wilayah kabupaten Bekasi. Namun, dari banyak nya lembaga tersebut, apakah metode pembelajaran yang dipilih sudah sesuai dengan potensi anak dan mempengaruhi kemampuan kognitif anak. Untuk memenuhi aspek kognitif, diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan untuk anak usia dini. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh metode fun learning terhadap kemampuan kognitif anak usia 4-5 tahun di biMBA AIUEO Kota Mega Regency Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Responden penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa, diambil menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis Sampling Jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel dan jumlah sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dapat diketahui variabel metode fun learning (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan kognitif anak (Y) dengan nilai koefisien regresi nya sebesar 0,696 (positif) serta memiliki nilai signifikasi 0,01 Dimana jika nilai sig dibawah 0,05 menandakan persamaan regresi penelitian ini adalah signifikan. Kesimpulan nya metode fun learning berpengaruh positif dan memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap kemampuan kognitif anak sebesar 57,9 %.Kata kunci : Fun Leatning, Kemampuan Kognitif, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the learning process of role playing method in improving interpersonal intelligence in early childhood at Paud Lentera. The research method uses qualitative type and case study approach. The subjects of this research are the Principal of Paud Lentera, Class B1 and B2 Teachers, and class B parents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis using Miles Huberman analysis. The results of the research obtained are developing students' thinking and reasoning power. In this method the teacher can find the talents, uniqueness, character, intelligence of the students. So students are encouraged to be able to socialise rules, learn what is learned in family life. In addition, in interpersonal intelligence there are 3 components, namely; first, social insight is that students have self-awareness about being aware of thoughts, feelings, and surrounding situations, introduction to social norms, student skills in solving problems. Second, namely social sensitivity, students have an empathetic attitude in their school and home environment, instilling prosocial attitudes in early childhood. Third is social communication, there are students' skills in communicating clearly and effectively and students' skills in listening clearly and effectively.

Abstract

Departing from the need to enhance the practical skills of equivalency program learners in relation to entrepreneurship, this study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of CorelDraw-based graphic design training at PKBM Tim Suara Masyarakat Dawuan Cikampek in fostering entrepreneurial character. The research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive approach with a case study method, supported by data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants included training organizers, instructors, and learners. The results showed that the training was carried out in three stages: pre-training, implementation, and evaluation. Supporting factors such as instructor competence, structured training design, relevant material, and learner motivation contributed to the success of the program. The findings indicate that the training positively influenced the development of entrepreneurial traits among learners, including selfconfidence, responsibility, risk-taking, leadership, originality, and future orientation. The main challenge identified was related to technological changes and participants' limited access to appropriate devices. Therefore, similar training programs should be developed sustainably and be responsive to technological developments to ensure that learners are equipped to face entrepreneurial challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategies of communication, information, and education (KIE) implemented by health cadres in increasing community participation at Posyandu Virgo 6, Bekasi Regency, and to identify the challenges encountered during implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants included the head of the cadres, two cadre members, and two posyandu participants. The results showed that KIE strategies were carried out through interpersonal, educative, participatory, and adaptive approaches. Communication was conducted directly using simple language, visual media such as posters and the maternal and child health (KIA) book, and dialogue-based education. These strategies proved effective in raising awareness and increasing community attendance. However, cadres faced several challenges, including limited understanding among some residents, shortage of cadre personnel, lack of educational media, and absence of supporting facilities such as toilets. Therefore, support from multiple parties, including cadres, community members, village government, and health workers, is needed to ensure that the implementation of KIE strategies at the posyandu can operate more effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population, which necessitates improved work competencies through non-formal education, such as sewing training at a vocational training center (LKP). The study aims to describe the implementation of the Discovery Learning model in sewing training and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factorsat the LKP Gita Pertiwi Training Centre in South Tambun, Bekasi. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation with the center’s management, tutors, and students. Theresearch findings indicate that the implementation of Discovery Learning at this LKP follows six stages: stimulation, problem identification, data collection, data processing, verification, and generalization. Supporting factors include students’ cognitive readiness, learning motivation, and tutor facilitation. Inhibiting factors involve time constraints, limited critical thinking readiness, and inadequate learning facilities. Discovery Learning can foster independence and skills when supported by an effective learning system.
